Claims (7)

  1. Ensemble de coupe (1) pour couper en continu des longueurs de tube de matériau en matière plastique, ledit ensemble de coupe comprenant, sur un châssis porteur (2), au moins une unité de coupe (3, 4) et des moyens de soufflement d'air sous pression (30) destinés à souffler de l'air dans ledit élément tubulaire (5) de manière à maintenir son calibre à une valeur réglée, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de coupure comprend en outre des moyens de préhension (10) pour saisir un élément tubulaire (5), lesdits moyens de préhension (11) étant associés aux moyens de coupe (21) pour couper ledit élément tubulaire (15), et une coulisse (20) qui supporte lesdits moyens de coupe (21) et lesdits moyens de soufflement d'air (30).
  2. Ensemble de coupe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de préhension (10) comprennent un élément formant organe de préhension (10) ayant une paire de mâchoires comprenant une surface inclinée (11) pour une mise en prise avec des moyens de serrage (12).
  3. Ensemble de coupe, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de serrage (12) sont entraînés de façon coulissante par un premier piston (13).
  4. Ensemble de coupe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de coupe (21) comprennent une lame (21) qui présente un trou traversant (22) au niveau desdits, moyens de soufflement d'air (30).
  5. Ensemble de coupe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de coupe comprend de plus une buse (30) qui peut être mise en prise dans une partie d'extrémité d'un tube coupé (5) et peut être entraînée de manière à être mise en prise dans ledit élément tubulaire (5) par un second piston (31) couplé à ladite coulisse (20).
  6. Ensemble de coupe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de coupe (1) comprend une première et une seconde unités de coupe (3, 4), qui sont alternativement mobiles sur ledit châssis porteur à partir d'une position de début de cycle de fonctionnement jusqu'à une position de fin de cycle de fonctionnement et vice versa.
  7. Ensemble de coupe (1), selon la revendication 1 et la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de coupe (1) comprend un élément de commutation (40) pour mettre en prise tour à tour ledit élément tubulaire (5) avec ladite première et avec ladite seconde unités de coupe (3, 4).
