Claims (19)

  1. A storing and applying device (1) including an applicator part (2), the latter including:
    a first container (3) designed to contain a product (P) to be applied,

    - a sheath (15) secured to the first container at least during use and at least partially surrounding the rod (8) while arranging a space (16) therewith, the inner channel (9) of the rod emerging in that space through at least one opening (18),
    the device being characterized in that it includes at least one air inlet (20) in this space (16) above this opening (18).
  2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that it includes a second container (5) on which the applicator part (2) can be mounted.
