Crochet de fermeture (5, 15, 18), destiné à rapprocher deux rabats de la tige d'une chaussure, comprenant une embase (8, 8', 8") fixée sur le premier desdits rabats, un levier (9, 9', 9") articulé sur ladite embase, un élément d'accroche (10, 10', 10") relié audit levier par l'intermédiaire d'un tirant (11, 11', 11 "), le contour du levier définit une surface dont la superficie (S) est supérieure à 27 cm2 et sa largeur (La1) est supérieure à 53 mm. Le crochet de fermeture comprend également une crémaillère (13, 13', 13") fixée sur le deuxième desdits rabats et dont la largeur (La2) est supérieure à 25 mm.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne les crochets de fermeture d'une chaussure de sport, et notamment d'une chaussure de ski. De tels crochets sont connus dans l'art antérieur et sont généralement constitués d'une embase fixée sur la chaussure, d'un levier articulé sur cette embase, pièce d'accrochage reliée au levier par l'intermédiaire d'un tirant.
  • Le document EP 1 142 497 décrit une chaussure de ski équipée de quatre de ces crochets. Deux des crochets servent au serrage bas de jambe et deux autres assurent le serrage du bas de coque. La fermeture d'une telle chaussure est relativement longue et elle peut se révéler difficile pour les personnes qui n'ont pas une force musculaire suffisamment importante dans la main, le poignet ou le bras. En effet, la manipulation des leviers peut nécessiter une force importante.
  • La présente invention a pour objectif de fournir un dispositif de serrage qui permette de s'affranchir des limitations posées par les dispositifs connus dans l'art antérieur. Notamment, l'invention a pour objectif un dispositif de serrage qui améliore l'ergonomie de manipulation.
  • L'objectif de l'invention est obtenu par la fourniture d'un crochet de fermeture, destiné à rapprocher deux rabats de la tige d'une chaussure, comprenant une embase fixée sur le premier desdits rabats, un levier articulé sur ladite embase, un élément d'accroche relié audit levier par l'intermédiaire d'un tirant; caractérisé en ce que le contour du levier définit une surface dont la superficie est supérieure à 27 cm2.
  • De préférence le crochet de fermeture selon l'invention comprend une crémaillère fixée sur le deuxième desdits rabats, laquelle crémaillère a une largeur supérieure à 25 mm.
  • L'augmentation de la superficie du contour se traduit notamment par une plus grande largeur du levier, dont la largeur maximale est supérieure à 53 mm, ce qui améliore d'autant plus l'ergonomie de la prise en main du levier.
  • Dans un mode préférentiel de réalisation de l'invention, deux crochets seulement équipent une chaussure de ski, l'un assurant le serrage du bas de coque, tandis que l'autre assure le serrage du bas de jambe.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui suit, à laquelle est jointe le dessin dans lequel:
    • La figure 1 est une vue d'une chaussure de ski équipée de crochet de fermeture selon l'art antérieur.
    • La figure 2 est une vue de dessus d'un crochet selon l'invention.
    • La figure 3 est une vue de côté du crochet de la figure 2.
    • La figure 4 est une vue d'une chaussure de ski équipée de crochets selon l'invention.
  • La figure 1 est une vue latérale d'une chaussure de ski équipée de crochet de fermeture selon l'art antérieur. Il s'agit de crochets courants. Les leviers de ces crochets ont un contour dont la superficie est comprise entre 10 et 13 cm2. On parle ici de la superficie du contour du levier et non pas de la superficie du levier lui-même. En effet, ce qui compte pour apprécier l'ergonomie de manipulation du crochet, et notamment, la prise en main du levier, c'est le contour du levier. Le levier peut être ou ne pas être ajouré, mais c'est bien ses arêtes extérieures, lesquelles définissent son contour, qui en déterminent la prise en main par l'utilisateur.
  • Le levier a une forme sensiblement rectangulaire. La longueur maximale "L" est sensiblement égale à 5 cm, tandis que la largeur "1" est égale à 2,5 cm. La superficie du contour du levier atteint environ 12,5 cm2. La crémaillère, quant à elle, dispose d'une pluralité de dents ayant une largeur "1c" égale à 1 cm.
  • Des leviers ayant de telles dimensions ne sont pas toujours facilement manipulables, notamment lorsque l'utilisateur porte des gants de ski, lesquels sont particulièrement épais pour pouvoir assurer une protection efficace contre le froid.
  • Les figures 2 et 3 montrent le crochet de fermeture 5 selon l'invention. Le crochet 5 comprend une embase 8, qui est destinée à assurer la fixation du crochet sur l'un des rabats de la chaussure, un levier 9 articulé sur ladite embase 8 et un élément d'accroche 10 relié au levier 9 par l'intermédiaire d'un tirant 11. La liaison du tirant 11 avec le levier 9, ainsi que celle du tirant avec l'élément d'accroche 10 sont des liaisons pivotantes. Le levier 9 est réalisé dans une matière plastique et comprend une ouverture centrale 12, dans laquelle vient se loger le tirant 11. La largeur maximale "La1" du levier 9 est supérieure à 5,3 cm, tandis que sa longueur maximale "Lo1" est supérieure à 6 cm.
  • Grâce à ses dimensions accrues par rapport aux crochets de l'art antérieur, le contour du levier définit une surface dont la superficie "S" est supérieure à 27 cm2.
  • L'élément d'accroche 10 comporte une partie principale réalisée en matière plastique et une partie métallique constituée d'un fil métallique 14 destiné à venir en prise avec les dents 14 de la crémaillère 13.
  • La crémaillère 13, a elle aussi des dimensions agrandies. La largeur "La2" de cette dernière est supérieure à 2,5 cm et atteint dans le cas présent la valeur de 2,8 cm. La crémaillère est réalisée en matière plastique.
  • Bien entendu les choix des matériaux pour la fabrication des différents éléments du crochet ne sont pas limitatifs, et on pourra fabriquer ceux-ci en tout matériau possible sans sortir du cadre de l'invention. Par exemple, le levier ou la crémaillère pourront être réalisés par moulage d'un alliage métallique comprenant de l'aluminium.
  • La figure 3 est une vue latérale d'une chaussure de ski équipée de crochet selon l'invention. La chaussure 1 comprend une tige extérieure 2 rigide constituée d'un bas de coque 3 surmonté d'un collier 4. Le bas de coque 3 est une pièce monobloc obtenue par injection d'une matière plastique. Il comprend une large ouverture supérieure permettant le passage du pied. Cette large ouverture se prolonge en direction de l'avant de la chaussure par une fente longitudinale, laquelle est recouverte par une paires de pans qui se chevauchent et peuvent se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre pour ajuster l'enveloppement et le serrage du bas de coque contre le pied de l'utilisateur. Un unique crochet bas de coque 15 assure le serrage du bas de coque 3. Il comprend une embase 8' fixée sur le pan latéral 6, un levier 9' articulé sur ladite embase 8' et un élément d'accroche 10' relié au levier 9' par l'intermédiaire d'un tirant 11'. La liaison du tirant 11' avec le levier 9' est une liaison pivotante. Le levier 9' a un contour dont la superficie est sensiblement égale à 27 cm2.
  • Le crochet bas de coque comprend également une crémaillère 13' qui est fixée sur le pan médial 7 du bas de coque 3.
  • Le collier 4 est fixé sur le bas de coque 3, il comprend un rabat médial 16 et un rabat latéral 17 qui se chevauchent pour assurer l'enveloppement du bas de jambe de l'utilisateur. Le serrage du collier est réalisé par un unique crochet bas de jambe 18. De façon similaire au crochet bas de coque 15, le crochet bas de jambe 18 comprend une embase 8", fixée sur le rabat latéral 16, un levier 9", un tirant 11", un élément d'accroche 10" et une crémaillère 13" fixée sur le rabat médial 17.
  • L'utilisation de la chaussure équipée de crochet de serrage selon l'invention est simplifiée par le fait qu'il n'y a que deux crochets de serrage à fermer. D'autre part, du fait de la grande taille des leviers 9' et 9", leur manipulation est facilitée.
  • L'invention ne se limite pas au mode de réalisation décrit ici à titre d'exemple mais comprend également toute réalisation équivalente.

Claims (7)

  1. Crochet de fermeture (5, 15, 18), destiné à rapprocher deux rabats de la tige d'une chaussure, comprenant une embase (8, 8', 8") fixée sur le premier desdits rabats, un levier (9, 9', 9") articulé sur ladite embase, un élément d'accroche (10, 10', 10") relié audit levier par l'intermédiaire d'un tirant (11, 11', 11 "), caractérisé en ce que le contour du levier définit une surface dont la superficie (S) est supérieure à 27 cm2.
  2. Crochet de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une crémaillère (13, 13', 13") fixée sur le deuxième desdits rabats et en ce que cette crémaillère a une largeur (La2) supérieure à 25 mm.
  3. Crochet de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (La1) maximale du levier est supérieure à 53 mm.
  4. Chaussure de ski équipée d'au moins un crochet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3.
  5. Chaussure de ski caractérisée en ce qu'elle est équipée d'un unique crochet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 pour la fermeture du bas de coque.
  6. Chaussure de ski caractérisée en ce qu'elle est équipée d'un unique crochet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 pour la fermeture du bas de jambe.
  7. Chaussure de ski caractérisée en ce qu'elle est équipée uniquement de deux crochets selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3.
