Claims (12)

- Device according to anyone of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the panel is chosen among a double-sided panel, or a cylindrical panel.
- Device according to anyone of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that in cross-section, the panel has the shape of a trapeze the height of which is the device symmetry axis, the large basis of which at its both ends is interdependent with two elastic means, and the sides of which are curved and concave.
- Device according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the base is fixed.
- Device according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the base is mobile, is preferably an automobile roof.
