These reinforcing profiled members 4", 5", 6" are arranged to be capable of being joined to reinforcing profiled members in longitudinal direction 15 intermediate or adjacent floor deck member 13, where the reinforcing profiled members of the floor deck member 13 are indicated by respective reference numerals 17, 18. 19. If the floor deck member 13 is to be inserted between the floor deck member parts 15, 16, this can be done as indicated by the arrows A and B. If joining is perhaps desirable from an end portion of the members 15, 16, such as at a scaffold beam, this can be done at the areas A' or B' using the respective portions A or B of the member 13.
- the elongate reinforcing profiled members 17, 18, 19 are embedded in longitudinal ribs 20, 21, 22 on the underside of the extension piece 13.
- the walk surface 23, the ribs 20-22 and the optional support ribs 24, 25 of the extension piece are unitarily made of the aforementioned composite material.

Claims (7)
- Bodenplattformglied (1; 30) für ein Gerüst (24), wobei das Bodenplattformglied an jedem Ende einen Montagebereich (2, 3; 33, 34) aufweist, welcher zur Lagerung auf einem Gerüstbalken (25; 26) ausgebildet ist,- wobei das Bodenplattformglied eine Mehrheit von länglichen, in Rippen (7, 8, 9; 35, 35', 35") an der Unterseite des Bodenplattformglieds eingebetteten Verstärkungsprofilelementen (4, 5, 6; 37, 38, 39) aufweist, welche Rippen sich in der Längsrichtung erstrecken;- wobei zwischen angrenzenden Rippen (7, 8, 9; 35, 35', 35") Stützrippen (10, 11; 36, 36') angeordnet sind; und- wobei eine Gehfläche (12, 31, 32), die Rippen (7, 8, 9: 35, 35', 35") und die Stützrippen (10, 11; 36, 36') des Bodenplattformglieds einheitlich aus einem Verbundkunststoff hergestellt sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweilige Endabschnitte (4', 5', 6'; 37', 38', 39') der Profilelemente (4, 5, 6; 35, 35', 35") den Montagebereich bilden, wenn sie an jeweiligen von gegenüberliegenden Gerüstbalken (25; 26) anliegen, und dass an jedem Ende des Bodenplattformglieds Unterstützungsstücke (2, 3; 33', 34') angeordnet sind, welche zur Begrenzung von Bewegungen des Bodenplattformglieds (1; 30) relativ zu den gegenüberliegenden Gerüstbalken (25; 26) ausgebildet sind, wenn diese über die Montagebereiche (2, 3; 33, 34) das Bodenplattformglied unterstützen.
- Bodenplattformglied für ein Gerüst nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff aus Polyolefinwerkstoff, beispielsweise Copolymer-Polypropylen, gebildet ist, mit einem Zusatzmineralstoff, welcher Kunststoff ferner ein im Formverfahren zugegebenes Dehnungsmaterial enthält.
- Bodenplattformglied für ein Gerüst nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil des Mineralstoffs 10-40 %, vorzugsweise 20 % beträgt.
- Bodenplattformglied für ein Gerüst nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mineralstoff Dolomit ist.
- Bodenplattformglied für ein Gerüst nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dehnungsmaterial in einer Menge von 1-5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2 Gew.-%, zugegeben ist.
- Bodenplattformglied für ein Gerüst nach einem oder mehreren der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsprofilelemente (4", 5", 6") in dem Bodenplattformglied dazu im Stande sind, in einer Längsrichtung in einem dazwischen liegenden oder angrenzenden Bodenplattformglied (13) mit Verstärkungsprofilelementen verbunden zu werden.
- Bodenplattformglied für ein Gerüst nach einem oder mehreren der vorgehenden Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bodenplattformglied in mindestens zwei Teile (19, 16) trennbar sind, um sie in ein oder mehrere Verlängerungsstücke (13) einzusetzen, welche eine Mehrheit von länglichen Verstärkungsprofilelementen (17, 18, 19) aufweisen, welche in in der Längsrichtung sich erstreckenden Rippen (20, 21, 22) an der Unterseite des Verlängerungsstückes eingebettet sind, und wobei eine Gehfläche (23), die Rippen (20-22) und eventuelle Stützrippen (24, 25) des Verlängerungsstückes aus dem Verbundwerkstoff einheitlich hergestellt sind, und dass das Verlängerungsstück eine mechanische Verbindung mit angrenzenden Bodenplattformgliedteilen (1; 15; 16) bildet, wenn es zwischen den Verstärkungsprofilelementen (4", 5", 6") des Bodenplattformgliedteils und den Verstärkungsprofilelementen (17-19) des Verlängerungsstückes verbunden wird.
