Description
The invention relates to a suction belt table for conveying a submerged sheet flow to a sheet-processing machine, wherein the suction belt table has at least one circulating suction belt, which is provided with suction holes, which are connected via at least one suction box arranged in a table top of Saugbändertischs suction openings.
Such Saugbändertische are well known (
When operating a Saugbändertischs in a sheet-processing machine three operating states occur. In a first operating state, which is characterized by the feeding of the first sheet from a separating device to the suction belt, only a small part of the suction holes is covered. This means, however, that a large amount of false air drawn and thus only a low suction power is realized. However, in order to be able to take over the first sheet as slip-free as possible, it is necessary to assign a fan to the suction box with which a large volume flow can be generated. But such fans realize only a slight negative pressure.
In the second operating state, which is characterized in that the entire suction belt table is covered by the sheet of sheet and thus little false air is drawn, a small volume flow is required, however, a sufficient negative pressure for holding the sheet scale on the suction belt is needed. Ultimately, there is a third operating state, which is characterized in that the last sheet of the sheet stagger is guided with the leading edge against registration marks. However, since the last sheet of the sheet stagger is not underlapped by a follower sheet, this lies with a larger area on the suction belt table and is thus fixed with a large holding force of this. If the sheet is then guided by the suction belt against the Anlegmarken, there is a deformation of the leading edge, which leads to a spoilage. In order to avoid this, a low negative pressure must be realized in the suction box when applying the last sheet in the suction box.
In addition, there is a problem in the sardine tables that the sheets are surely caught by the suction belt or belts when being supplied to the belt table. In sheetfed machines, the sheets are singulated in a sheet feeder from a stack and transported in a horizontal plane to the belt table. However, the belt tables run more or less inclined to the horizontal plane in which the sheets are transported in the sheet feeder. Thus, the sheets must be guided around a kink point when entering the suction belt table. Depending on the rigidity of the material to be processed, an increased suction force must be generated in the inlet area in order to be able to guide the incoming sheets safely. It is from the
The object of the invention is to design a generic suction belt table so that the suction effect of the suction belts can be improved with a reduced fan power and an increased negative pressure can be realized in the inlet region with simple means.
According to the invention the object is achieved by a suction belt table according to the features of
The solution according to the invention limits the supply of false air, so that even in critical operating conditions with limited fan power, such a suction effect can be realized that the sheets are reliably guided by the suction belts, wherein the light-emitting behavior of the suction belt is ensured by a special design of the inlet region of the belt is improved by a horizontal transport plane of the sheet feeder in an inclined thereto extending transport plane of the suction belt transition sheet.

In
