Claims (8)
- Un bouchon avec valve pour récipient à siphon, la valve utilisant une membrane souple (1.2) comme ressort et des éléments de remise en état de la position de la valve qui comprend :- une coque cylindrique (2) d'où émerge un conduit oblique (2.5), qui possède une entrée et une sortie, la sortie étant connectée avec l'extérieur, la coque cylindrique ayant un écran discoïdal (2.1) destiné à séparer deux chambres, une inférieure (2.3) placée sous l'écran discoïdal (2.1) et une supérieure (2.2) placée sur la face supérieure de l'écran discoïdal (2.1), l'écran discoïdal étant voisin de ladite membrane souple (1.2) placée sur le sommet de la coque cylindrique, dans laquelle le conduit oblique (2.5) est directement connecté avec un conduit central (2.4) qui va de la chambre supérieure (2.2) jusqu'à la chambre inférieure (2.3),- un couvercle (1) qui est constitué d'une membrane souple (1.2) sous laquelle un poussoir (1.1) est assemblé de sorte qu'il soit logé dans ledit conduit central (2.4), du poussoir se prolongeant presque jusqu'à l'extrémité inférieure dudit conduit central (2.4), dans lequel ledit conduit central (2.4) a une longueur pour la stabilisation du fluide sous pression qui est connectée avec l'extérieur via le tube oblique (2.5), et la longueur pour la stabilisation du fluide dans ledit conduit central (2.4) consiste en un élargissement (2.4.2) du diamètre interne dudit conduit central (2.4), l'élargissement se prolongeant en direction de ladite chambre supérieure (2.2) de ladite entrée (2.5.1) dudit conduit oblique (2.5),- une valve élastique (3) qui possède une protrusion (3.5) qui est commandée par le poussoir (1.1) et soutenue par des segments élastiques radiaux (3.4), ayant quelques ailettes (3.2) sur sa partie externe,- le poussoir possédant quelques éléments d'étanchéité pour le fluide afin d'éviter la sortie de tout liquide dans la chambre supérieure, lesdits éléments sont constitués d'un premier épaulement (1.4) d'un diamètre égal au diamètre interne dudit conduit central (2.4) dans sa longueur élargie (2.4.2) qui est associé à un second épaulement (1.3) externe audit conduit central (2.4) lesquels empêchent la sortie du fluide dans la chambre supérieure (2.2) lorsque la valve est comprimée.
- Un bouchon avec valve pour récipient à siphon selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (1.1) possède quelques nervures (1.1.1) disposées longitudinalement pour son guidage correct à l'intérieur du conduit (2.4) et pour le guidage du liquide sous pression via l'espace libre entre le conduit (2.4) et le poussoir (1.1).
- Un bouchon avec valve pour récipient à siphon selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'écran (2.1) possède sur la face correspondant à la chambre inférieure (2.3) une projection périphérique (2.6) qui associée à une rondelle périphérique (3.1) de la valve procède à la fermeture de la chambre inférieure (2.3).
- Un bouchon avec valve pour récipient à siphon selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la protrusion sphérique (3.5) de la valve possède une zone supérieure plate (3.5.1) pour accroître la surface de support du poussoir (1.1).
- Un bouchon avec valve pour récipient à siphon selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la coque (2) possède une bordure avec lèvre (2.2.1) pour le logement du couvercle (1).
- Un bouchon avec valve pour récipient à siphon selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la membrane souple (1.2) a une zone centrale (1.5) incurvée de façon concave vers le haut au-dessus du poussoir (1.1) pour le fonctionnement correct de ce dernier (1.1).
- Un bouchon avec valve pour récipient à siphon selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le conduit (2.4) possède à son extrémité inférieure et à l'intérieur (2.4.1) une terminaison incurvée pour son meilleur ajustement à la protrusion (3.5).
- Un bouchon avec valve pour récipient à siphon selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la chambre inférieure (2.3) sur sa partie inférieure possède une bordure en biseau (2.8) antagoniste à une autre bordure en biseau sur l'élément fileté qui maintient la position optimale relative entre la bouteille et le bouchon agissant comme une butée entre les deux éléments.
