- Using this embodiment of the invention is in a knitted fabric advantageously reached very good plating of elastan fiber 128 from one side by the ground thread 126 and from the other side the plush thread 127 because this fiber 128 is fed in the exact position for correct lapping between both threads 126, 127.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne une machine à tricoter circulaire destinée à la production de jersey bouclette, qui est composée d'au moins un système de tricotage comportant des platines radialement mobiles (8) équipées d'un ventre (83) destiné à se rabattre sur le fil de support (126) et d'un bec (84) destiné à se rabattre sur un fil de boucle (127), lesquelles platines (8) sont commandées par des cames équipées de cames d'aiguille (91) et/ou de parties de cames d'aiguille radialement fixes et de tendeurs de boucles radialement mobiles (92) destinés à tendre les boucles par un mouvement radial vers le centre de la machine et le bec (84) des platines (8), le fait de tirer la platine (8) vers le centre de la machine faisant pénétrer le fil dans les boucles déjà formées. La machine comprend en outre des moyens de tricotage qui sont agencés en cylindre et commandés par un système de came à cylindre comportant une partie de montée et une partie de descente de chemin de came. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la came d'aiguille radialement fixe (91) est équipée d'une partie (913) destinée à tirer les platines (8) devant le tendeur de boucles (92), qui est situé dans le sens de rotation de la fonture (2, 3) derrière le point de descente du fil de support (126) par-dessus le bord du ventre (83) de la platine (8), cette partie (913) étant suivie par une extrémité avant (921) du tendeur de boucles (92), et en ce que la partie (913) de la came d'aiguille radialement fixe (91) est moins raide que l'extrémité avant (921) du tendeur de boucles (92) et/ou en ce que l'extrémité arrière (927) du tendeur de boucles (92) s'incline dans la direction qui tire les platines (8) vers le bas, présentant de la sorte une pente moins raide que celle de la partie suivante (914) de la came d'aiguille radialement fixe (91) qui tire les platines (8) vers le bas derrière le tendeur de boucles (92). L'invention se rapporte également à l'utilisation de ce principe dans un système de came à cylindre, et à un guide-fil (11) sur la machine à tricoter circulaire, qui permet de produire du jersey bouclette. L'invention porte enfin sur des fonctionnalités permettant d'ajuster adéquatement la position mutuelle des chemins de came en régulant le mouvement des platines (8) et des aiguilles (6).
