Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein rückstoßgedämpftes Druckluftschlaggerät, welches aus zwei in einem Zylinder angeordneten, in entgegengesetzte Richtungen von einem über einen Zuführungskanal eingespeisten Druckmittel bewegbaren Kolben, einem Schlagkolben und einem Ausgleichskolben, besteht, wobei außerdem jedem der Kolben im Zylinder vorgesehene Luftkanäle und dem Schlagkolben ein Döpper zugeordnet sind.The invention relates to a recoil-damped compressed air impact device, which consists of two arranged in a cylinder, in opposite directions from a fed via a supply port pressure piston movable piston, a percussion piston and a balance piston, wherein also each of the piston provided in the cylinder air ducts and the percussion piston an anvil assigned.

Stanzniet) unterbunden und eine Anpassung der Schlagenergie an unterschiedliche Fügeaufgaben ermöglicht werden kann, wird diese dadurch gelöst, dass der Schlagkolben (9) und der Ausgleichskolben (10) in ein und demselben Zylinder (8) angeordnet sind, wobei dem Schlagkolben (9) eine mit dem Döpper (5) zusammenwirkende Kolbenstange (11) zugeordnet ist sowie der Zylinder (8) eine feststehende Kolbenstange (12) aufweist, auf der der Ausgleichskolben (10) verschiebbar geführt und der Zuführungskanal (13) für das einzuspeisende Druckmittel (14) in dieser Kolbenstange (12) vorgesehen und dabei deren kolbenseitiges Ende (15) sich bis in den Bereich zwischen den Schlagkolben (9) und den Ausgleichskolben (10) erstreckend ausgestaltet ist.
