Claims (21)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufdecken und Abdecken der Öffnung eines Schwimmbeckens, ausgehend von niedrigen Schutzdächern, wobei die Vorrichtung die niedrigen Schutzdächer umfasst, die aus Dachelementen (I) bestehen, die in Längsrichtung des Schwimmbads nebeneinander liegen und jeweils aus einer Abdeckung aus durchscheinendem Material (100) und einer unbiegsamen Armierung bestehen, die aus mindestens zwei Bügeln (210) gebildet ist, die in Querebenen angeordnet sind und durch Längsstreben (220) mit zwei Endstreben verstrebt sind, die zwei zum Dachelement (I) parallele Längseinfassungen (220a und 220b) begrenzen, wobei die beiden Endstreben im montierten Zustand der Vorrichtung auf den Längskanten des Beckens des Schwimmbads aufliegen, welche eine Stützfläche (S) bilden, wobei die Vorrichtung Mittel zum Bewegen der Dachelemente (I), die es ermöglichen, diese waagerecht (Pfeil H) am Becken entlang zu bewegen, und Mittel (900) zum Verbinden der Dachelemente (I) untereinander, die einerseits unzertrennbar sind, um sie miteinander zu verzurren, um einen Zug aus Dachelementen (I) zu bilden, der sich fest verbunden und waagerecht (Pfeil H) an dem Becken entlang bewegen kann, und die andererseits voneinander trennbar sind, um die senkrechte Verschiebung (Pfeil V) der Dachelemente (I) zu erlauben, umfasst,

    - Unterbringungsmittel (800), die es ermöglichen, in den oben genannten Lagermitteln (600) und in einer gestapelten Position die oben genannten vom Becken gelösten Dachelemente (I) anzuordnen,
    wobei die waagerechte Verschiebung (H) der Dachelemente (I) in Richtung auf und außerhalb der Lagermittel (600) erfolgt und die senkrechte Verschiebung (V) der Dachelemente (I) zum Zwecke des Stapelns in den oben genannten Lagermitteln (600) erfolgt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Unterbringungsmittel (800), die es ermöglichen, die oben genannten Dachmittel in einer gestapelten Position im Innern der oben genannten Lagermittel (600) anzuordnen, aus einem Traggestell bestehen, das als logische Struktur für mindestens zwei Fördereinrichtungen (810a und 810b) dient, die, da sie im Innern der oben genannten Lagermittel (600) auf beiden Seiten des Stapels von gelagerten Dachelementen (I) angeordnet sind, imstande sind, im Innern derselben das Ergreifen und das senkrechte Verschieben (Pfeil V) jedes Dachelements (I) in einer ansteigenden Bewegung sicherzustellen, um sie aufeinander gestapelt zu lagern, und in einer absteigenden Bewegung (umgekehrt zu derjenigen des Pfeils V) sicherzustellen, um sie auf den Längskanten (S) des Beckens abzusetzen, um sie nebeneinander zu legen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Unterbringungsmittel (800) aus einem Traggestell bestehen, das als logische Struktur für mindestens zwei Hebewerke dient, die, da sie auf der Lagerfläche (600) auf beiden Seiten des Stapels von gestapelten Dachelementen (I) angeordnet sind, imstande sind, auf der Lagerfläche (600) das Ergreifen und das senkrechte Verschieben (Pfeil V) jedes Dachelements (I) sicherzustellen, und zwar in einer ansteigenden Bewegung, um sie durch eine übereinander gehende Zuführung übereinander gestapelt zu lagern, und in einer absteigenden Bewegung (umgekehrt zu derjenigen des Pfeils V), um sie abzusetzen und sie auf die Längskanten des Beckens zu setzen, um sie nebeneinander zu legen, und dadurch, dass jeder Aufzug (830a) aus zwei Kurbeln (831a und 832a) besteht, deren synchronisierte Drehung die senkrechte Bewegung (Pfeil V) des einzelnen Dachelements (I) oder der bereits gestapelten Dachelemente (I) nach oben sicherstellt, wobei die Kurbeln mit dem Dachelement zusammenwirken, das an der Lagerfläche vorliegt, um es von einer unteren Position in eine obere Position zu versetzen; wobei dieser Übergang von einer unteren Position in eine obere Position durch die Einwirkung der Bewegungsmittel die Ankunft eines neuen Dachelements (I) an den Unterbringungsmitteln ermöglicht, die durch eine Drehbewegung das angehobene Dachelement auf dem Dachelement absetzen, das darunter liegt, und die zusammenwirken, um die Anordnung, die aus den beiden gestapelten Dachelementen (I) gebildet wird, von einer unteren Position in eine obere Position zu versetzen, und so weiter, bis zur Ankunft des letzten Dachelements, auf dem die anderen aufliegen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Unterbringungsmittel (800) aus zwei Rampen (840a und 840b) bestehen, die, da sie auf der Lagerfläche (600) auf beiden Seiten des Stapels von gestapelten Dachelementen (I) angeordnet sind, imstande sind, auf der Lagerfläche (600) die senkrechte Verschiebung (Pfeil V) jedes Dachelements (I) sicherzustellen, und zwar in einer ansteigenden Bewegung, um sie übereinander gestapelt mittels einer Verschiebung der Elemente auf den Rampen durch eine übereinander gehende Zuführung zu lagern, und in einer absteigenden Bewegung (umgekehrt zu derjenigen des Pfeils V), um sie nebeneinander zu legen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese beiden Rampen (840a und 840b) mit Zapfen zusammenwirken, die außen an den Dachelementen (I) abstehen, um die Elemente dazu zu bringen, eine ansteigende Bewegung sowie eine Kippbewegung auszuführen, so dass die gelagerten Dachelemente einen offenen Winkel gegenüber denjenigen bilden, die sich auf ihrer unteren Oberfläche durch eine durch die Bewegungsmittel auferlegte Verschiebung abstützen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Bewegungsmittel der Dachelemente (I), die es ermöglichen, diese waagerecht am Becken entlang zu und/oder aus den Lagermitteln (600) zu verschieben, bestehen aus:
    - einerseits Wälzlagern (710a), die über die Breite der beiden parallelen Längseinfassungen (220a und 220b) jedes Dachelements (I) verteilt die freie Verschiebung (Pfeil H) der Einfassungen (220a und 220b) und somit des ganzen dazugehörigen Elements (I) an der Kante (S) entlang sicherstellen,
    - und andererseits mindestens einer antreibenden Antriebsrolle (720a), die am Eingang der oben genannten Lagermittel (600) angeordnet sich auf dem Dachelement (I) abstützt, das sich vor diesen befindet, um es in einer Richtung (Pfeil H) zum Äußern des Beckens hin laufen zu lassen, um es vollständig in die oben genannten Lagermittel (600) eindringen zu lassen, um es von dem Becken zu lösen, das es abdeckte, und es in den Lagermitteln gestapelt zu lagern, oder um es in die andere Richtung zum Innern des Beckens (umgekehrte Richtung als die des Pfeils H) laufen zu lassen, um es aus den Lagermitteln (600) zu entnehmen, indem die anderen Elemente (I) verdrängt werden, die als ein Zug aus nebeneinander liegenden Elementen (I) die Öffnung des Beckens nach und nach abdecken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Bewegungsmittel der Dachelemente (I), die es ermöglichen, diese an dem Becken entlang zu und/oder aus den Lagermitteln (600) waagerecht zu bewegen, mindestens ein antreibendes waagerechtes Laufband (740a und 740b) umfassen, das am Eingang der oben genannten Lagermittel (600) angeordnet mit dem Dachelement (I) zusammenwirkt, das sich vor diesen Mitteln befindet, um es in einer Richtung (Pfeil H) zum Äußern des Beckens laufen zu lassen, um es vollständig in die oben genannten Lagermittel (600) eindringen zu lassen, um es von dem Becken zu lösen, das es bedeckte, und um es darin gestapelt zu lagern, oder in der anderen Richtung zum Innern des Beckens (umgekehrte Richtung als die des Pfeils H) laufen zu lassen, um es aus den Lagermitteln (600) zu entnehmen, indem die anderen Elemente (I) verdrängt werden, die in Form eines Zugs aus nebeneinanderliegenden Elementen (I) die Öffnung des Beckens nach und nach bedecken.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Bewegungsmittel der Dachelemente (I), die es ermöglichen, diese zu und/oder aus den Lagermitteln (600) waagerecht am Becken entlang zu verschieben, mindestens ein Translationsauslösungsmittel (730a) nach Art eines Zahnrads (731a)/ einer Zahnschiene (732a) umfassen, wobei das Zahnrad (732a) durch eine ortsfeste Getriebemotoranordnung drehbar angetrieben wird und die Zahnstange (732a) mit der Längskante des Dachelements (I) fest verbunden ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Dachelement mit Unterlegkeilen ausgestattet ist, die zwischen jedes gestapelte Dachelement eingeschoben werden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Verbindungsmittel (900) aus den Flügeln der Bügel (210) bestehen, die, da sie in der Verlängerung der Platten (100) der Abdeckung aus einem durchscheinenden Material angeordnet sind, um die teilweise dichte Abdeckung der nebeneinander liegenden Elemente (I) des Dachs in der geschlossenen Position sicherzustellen, mit aus einer abnehmbaren Vorrichtung zum festen Verbinden der Flügel mit dem Bügel (210) des angrenzenden Elements (I) erstellt werden.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die es ermöglicht, die Öffnung eines Schwimmbeckens aufzudecken und/oder abzudecken, ausgehend von niedrigen Schutzdächern, die aus nebeneinander liegenden Dachelementen (I) bestehen von der Art, bei der mindestens eine Längseinfassung (220b) im Verhältnis zur Stützkante (S) des Schwimmbeckens angelenkt ist (Pfeil A), wobei die Vorrichtung im Verhältnis zu dem Gelenk schwenkt, um von einer geschlossenen Position in eine halb geöffnete Position und umgekehrt überzugehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Verbindungsmittel (900) voneinander trennbar sind, um die senkrechte Verschiebung (Pfeil V) der Dachelemente (I) zum Zwecke der Stapelung in den oben genannten Lagermitteln (600) sowie die freie Anlenkung (Pfeil A) jedes Elements (I) im Verhältnis zur Stützkante des Beckens (S) des Schwimmbads zu erlauben.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 10 und/oder 11 und die es erlaubt, die Öffnung eines Schwimmbeckens aufzudecken und/oder abzudecken, ausgehend von Dachelementen von der Art, bei welcher der Bügel (210) des abdeckenden Elements (I) mit einem Flügel ausgestattet ist, der in der Verlängerung der Platten (100) überstehend angeordnet ist, um die teilweise dichte Abdeckung des Bügels (210) des danebenliegenden Elements sicherzustellen, das in der geschlossenen Position mit dem Dach abgedeckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der oben genannten Verbindungsmittel von zwei angrenzenden Bügeln (210r) für das abgedeckte Dachelement und (210c) für das abdeckende Dachelement der Dachelemente (I) aus einem U-Profil (211) besteht, das, da es dazu gedacht ist, sich den rechteckigen unteren Profilen (212r und 212c) der beiden angrenzenden Bügel (210r und 210c) anzupassen, mit dem rechteckigen Profil (212r) des Bügels (210r) des abgedeckten Elements fest verbunden ist, so dass sich das rechteckige Profil (212c) des Bügels (210c) des abdeckenden Elements bei der Absenkbewegung des abdeckenden Elements in die geschlossene Position in das U-Profil (211) legen und darin festsetzen kann, und dass es sich umgekehrt bei der Hebebewegung desselben Elements in eine geöffnete Position aus dem U-Profil (211) lösen kann.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil des Schenkels (211a) des oben genannten U-Profils (211), der nicht mit dem Bügel (210r) des abgedeckten Elements fest verbunden ist, aufgeweitet ist, um den Eingriff mit Spiel des rechteckigen unteren Profils (212c) des Bügels (210c) des abdeckenden Elements bei seiner Absenkbewegung in eine nebeneinanderliegende Position zu erleichtern.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Fördereinrichtungen (810a und 810b) der oben genannten Unterbringungsmittel (800) jeweils aus einem Laufband bestehen, das um zwei Umlenkrollen oben und unten an den beiden Fördereinrichtungen (810a und 810b) der oben genannten Lagermittel (600) drehbar angetrieben wird (Pfeile R), und von denen eine antreibend ist, um den Antrieb des Laufbandes um die Rollen sicherzustellen.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufbänder der beiden Fördereinrichtungen (810a und 810b) der oben genannten Unterbringungsmittel (800) über ihre Breite aus mindestens einer Kette von Greiforganen (811a und 811b) erstellt werden, die gegenüber jedem Laufband (810a und 810b) angeordnet sind, um gleichzeitig mit den beiden parallelen Längseinfassungen (220a und 220b) jedes Dachelements (I) zusammenzuwirken, das dazwischen auf der Lagerfläche (600) ankommt.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Greiforgane (811a und 811b) als Haken ausgebildet sind, die einerseits regelmäßig um einen Abstand "p" voneinander beabstandet sind, und andererseits dazu geeignet sind, um mit entsprechenden Rastmitteln (221a) auf den parallelen Längseinfassungen (220a und 220b) der Dachelemente (I) zusammenzuwirken, um das Einrasten oder Ausrasten derselben durch die Drehung (Pfeil R) der Laufbänder (810a und 810b) zu erlauben, die eine senkrechte Linearverschiebung (Pfeil V) der dazugehörigen Haken (811a und 811b) auf dem geradlinigen Abschnitt der Laufbänder sicherstellt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Bewegungsmittel zwei antreibende Antriebsrollen (720a) umfassen, um die waagerechten Verschiebungen (Pfeil H) der Dachelemente (I) sicherzustellen, indem sie sich auf den beiden Längseinfassungen (220a und 220b) der Dachelemente (I) abstützen.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachsen (721a) der oben genannten antreibenden Antriebsrollen (720a) der oben genannten Bewegungsmittel im Verhältnis zur Senkrechten und zum Innern des Beckens hin im Wesentlichen derart geneigt angeordnet sind, dass die Laufbänder der antreibenden Rollen sich auf den Längseinfassungen (220a und 220b) der Dachelemente (I) abstützen und dabei die Führung der waagerechten Verschiebung (Pfeil H) der Elemente (I) sicherstellen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach allen Ansprüchen 1, 2, 3, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Regelelektronik für die Antriebsmotoren der Antriebsrollen (720a) und der Arbeitszylinder der Laufbänder (810a und 810b) umfasst, die es in Abhängigkeit von Endstellungsdetektoren und einem vom Benutzer betätigten programmierten Bedienelement ermöglicht, die waagerechten (Pfeil H) und senkrechten (Pfeil V) Linearverschiebungen der Dachelemente (I) in einem Betriebszyklus zu koordinieren, der darin besteht, die Arbeitstakte von waagerechten (Pfeil H) und senkrechten (Pfeil V) Verschiebungen der Dachelemente (I) abzuwechseln, und zwar in Abständen, die Folgendem entsprechen:
    - einerseits für die senkrechte Verschiebung (Pfeil V) der Laufbänder (810a und 810b) und der dazugehörigen Elemente (I) dem Abstand "p" von zwei Haken (811a und 811b) einer selben Kette,
    - und andererseits für die waagerechte Verschiebung (Pfeil H) der Elemente (I), die von den antreibenden Antriebsrollen (720a) betätigt werden, einem Abstand, der mindestens gleich der Breite der Dachelemente (I) ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagermittel (600) mit Elementen ausgestattet sind, welche die Funktion eines mechanischen Anschlags (610) für die Dachelemente (I) in ihrer Bewegung erfüllen.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbeln (831a und 832a) mit Unterlegkeilen (240) zusammenwirken, die Nocken bilden und mit jedem Dachelement (I) verknüpft sind.
