Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Bereiten von Warmwasser (1), insbesondere einen Durchlauferhitzer, mit wenigstens' einer Heizeinrichtung (5), welche wenigstens einen Zulauf (2), einen Ablauf (3) und eine Heizstufe' aufiveist. Dass Wasser, das durch den Zulauf (2) mit einer ersten Temperatur T1 in die Heizeinrichtung eintritt, wird erwärmt, so dass es mit einer zweiten Temperatur T2 aus der Heizeinrichtung (5) ausströmt. Der Durchlauferhitzer weist ferner wenigstens eine Messeinrichtung (8) zur Bestimmung einer durch die Heizeinrichtmg (5) pro Zeiteinheit hindurch strömenden Wassermenge auf, wobei die Messeinrichtung ein, die Information über den Fluss repräsentierendes elektrisches Signal ausgibt. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine elektronische Steuerungseinrichtung (9) vorgesehen ist, welche die dem Wasser durch die Heizeinrichtung (5) zugeführte Wärmemenge auf der Grundlage des Fluss repräsentierenden elektrischen Signals steuert und die Steuerung der zugeführten Wärmemenge mittels diskreter Schaltzustände so erfolgt, dass für ein erstes Flussintervall ein erster Schaltzustand und ggf. für weitere Flussintervalle weitere Schaltzustände angesteuert werden.
