  • the movement of the first conveyor 4 causes the film 2 to be intercepted and pushed as far as the aforementioned area, the film 2 being unwound in the process, if necessary using the motors on the selected rolls 7 and 8.
  • the rods 22 and 23 are rotated in such a way as to move into contact with the film 2 on both sides of the latter, in the vicinity of the sealing and cutting unit 30 (see Figure 6 ), whilst the carriage 27a that supports them is disengaged from the bin 14 below it by turning the hooks 25a.
  • An apparatus made in this way achieves the preset aims thanks to an optimised and practical portal frame structure that does not unduly encumber the machine as a whole.
  • the apparatus according to the invention offers the same production quality and speed as prior art apparatus of the same kind.

Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verpacken einzelner oder gruppierter Produkte (1), bestehend aus:
    - einem ersten und einem zweiten Förderband (4, 5), die auf derselben Ebene liegen, zum Befördern von Produkten (1) entlang einer Zuführlinie (A); worin das erste Förderband (4) einen Produkteinlaufförderer bildet und einen Endabschnitt (4a) beinhaltet, der in der Länge verstellbar ist zwischen einer Rückzugsstellung, in der er von dem zweiten Förderband (5) entfernt ist, und einer Ausfahrstellung, in der er dem zweiten Förderband (5) angenähert ist;
    - einem Portalrahmen (6), der am ersten Förderband (4) angeordnet ist und an dem mehrere Paare von Rollen (7, 8) unterschiedlicher Breite montiert sind;
    - Bewegungsmitteln (9), die dazu dienen, die Rollen (7, 8) eines gewählten Paares voneinander weg in einer vertikalen Richtung zu bewegen, um einen Abschnitt der Folie (2) quer zu der Zuführlinie (A) anzuordnen, wenn sich das erste Förderband (4) in der Rückzugsstellung befindet;
    - Mitteln (10) zum Führen der ausgewählten Folie (2) in einer polygonzugförmigen Konfiguration zum Abfangen der sich vorwärts bewegenden Produkte (1), wenn sich der erste Förderband (4) in der Ausfahrstellung befindet;
    wobei die Vorrichtung (3) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    - jede Rolle (7, 8) in einem entsprechenden Kasten (13, 14) untergebracht ist, der jeweils ein Aufnahmegehäuse (11) bildet;
    - jedes Paar von Kästen (13, 14) ein entsprechendes Paar Rollen (7, 8) enthält und dank geeigneter Mittel (17) beweglich ist zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung, in der die Rollen (7, 8) unter dem ersten Förderband (4) angeordnet sind, und einer Ruhestellung, in der jedes Paar Kästen (13, 14) in eine Richtung (P) perpendikular zu der Zuführlinie (A) in eine Stellung bewegt wurde, die außerhalb des Raumes liegt, der von dem ersten Förderband (4) und dem Portalrahmen (6) umschrieben ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Rollen (8) in jedem Paar (7, 8) mit den Bewegungsmitteln (9) ausgerüstet ist, die sie von der anderen Rolle (7) weg bewegen, so dass bei Auswahl eines Rollenpaares (7, 8) die Rolle (8) in dem betreffenden Paar zur Oberseite des Portalrahmens (6) hin angehoben wird, das heißt über das erste Förderband (4).
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kasten (14), der die obere Rolle (8) jedes Rollenpaares (7, 8) enthält, durch entsprechende beidseitige Paare von Laufwerken (27), die einen Bestandteil der Bewegungsmittel (9) bilden, an entsprechenden vertikalen Führungen (18) befestigt werden kann, die einen Bestandteil des Portalrahmens (6) bilden, um die obere Rolle (8) mit ihrem Kasten (14) vertikal auf und ab zu bewegen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kasten (14), der eine obere Rolle (8) enthält, mit einem Motor (19) zum Abwickeln der Folie (2) ausgestattet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufwerke (27) für die Bewegung mit einem kinematischen System (20) verbunden sind, das mit einem Motor (21) ausgestattet ist, der oben am Portalrahmen (6) angeordnet ist und einen weiteren Bestandteil der Bewegungsmittel (9) bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen von 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (10) zum Führen der Folie (2) zumindest ein Paar Stangen (22, 23) beinhalten, die mit einem entsprechenden vertikalen Laufwerk (27a) verbunden sind, das an dem Kontaktbereich zwischen dem beweglichen Ende (4a) des ersten Förderbandes (4) und dem Einlaufende des zweiten Förderbandes (5) angeordnet ist; wobei jede der Stangen (22, 23) fest mit einer vertikalen Achse (Z) verbunden ist, um die sie sich, angetrieben von geeigneten Mitteln (24), bewegen lässt zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in der die Stangen (22, 23) parallel zu der Zuführlinie (A) angeordnet sind, und einer Arbeitsstellung, in der die Stangen (22, 23) zumindest um einen Winkel (α) gedreht und quer zu der Zuführlinie (A) angeordnet sind, um den Abschnitt der gewählten Folie (2) abzufangen, wenn sich das erste Förderband (4) in der Ausfahrstellung befindet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das mit Führungsmitteln (10) ausgestattete Laufwerk (27a) Mittel (25) für die Herstellung und das Lösen des Eingriffes mit einem entsprechenden Kasten (14), der eine obere Rolle (8) enthält, aufweist, so dass die Stangen (22, 23) unabhängig von der Bewegung des Kastens (14) in die Arbeitsstellung angehoben werden können, um in Zusammenwirkung mit dem beweglichen Ende (4a) des ersten Förderbandes (4) einen vertikalen Abschnitt (T) einer polygonzugförmigen Konfiguration der Folie (2) am Auslaufbereich einem Portalrahmens (6) zu bilden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Laufwerke (27, 27a) in der Vorrichtung (3) mit den Mitteln (25) für die Herstellung und das Lösen des Eingriffes mit dem entsprechenden Kasten (14) ausgestattet ist.
