Claims (7)

  1. Maschine zum Verpacken eines Produkts (2) in einer Lage (3) aus Heißschrumpf-Verpackungsmaterial, wobei die Maschine aufweist eine Verpackungsstation (17); eine Fördereinrichtung (4), welche eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Tragfläche (S) für das Produkt (2) bildet und zum Vorschieben des Produkts (2) in einer gegebenen Richtung (5) und durch die Verpackungsstation (17) hindurch vorgesehen ist; wenigstens einem Paar von Spulen (25, 26) eines Heißschrumpfstreifens, wobei eine erste (25) der Spulen (25, 26) bei Benutzung in einer angehobenen Betriebsposition liegt, in welcher die erste Spule (25) über der Tragfläche (S) angeordnet ist, und eine zweite (26) der Spulen (25, 26) bei Benutzung in einer abgesenkten Betriebsposition liegt, in welcher die zweite Spule (26) unter der Tragfläche (S) angeordnet ist; eine Verpackungseinrichtung (39), die an der Verpackungsstation (17) angeordnet ist, um das Produkt (2) in die Streifen des Spulenpaares (25, 26) einzuwickeln und die Lage (3) Verpackungsmaterial von den Streifen abzulösen; und eine erste Betätigungseinrichtung (22, 27, 29) zum Bewegen der ersten Spule (25) zwischen der angehobenen Betriebsposition und einer abgesenkten Spulen-Austauschposition; und gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass diese auch eine zweite Betätigungseinrichtung (34, 35) zum Bewegen der zweiten Spule (26) zwischen der abgesenkten Betriebsposition und einer angehobenen Ruheposition umfasst, in welcher die zweite Spule (26) über der Tragfläche (S) angeordnet ist.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die erste Betätigungseinrichtung (22, 27, 29) aufweist eine erste Führungseinrichtung (22); einen ersten Schlitten (27), der so angebracht ist, dass dieser entlang der ersten Führungseinrichtung (22) gleitet; und eine erste Betätigungseinrichtung (29), um den ersten Schlitten (27) entlang der ersten Führungseinrichtung (22) zu bewegen; wobei die erste Spule (25) durch den ersten Schlitten (27) getragen wird, so dass sich diese mit dem ersten Schlitten (27) entlang der ersten Führungseinrichtung (22) verschiebt.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in welcher die zweite Betätigungseinrichtung (34, 35) einen zweiten Schlitten (34) umfasst, der so angebracht ist, dass dieser entlang der ersten Führungseinrichtung (22) gleitet; und eine zweite Betätigungseinrichtung (35), um den zweiten Schlitten (34) entlang der ersten Führungseinrichtung (22) zu bewegen; wobei die zweite Spule (26) durch den zweiten Schlitten (34) getragen wird, so dass diese mit dem zweiten Schlitten (34) entlang der ersten Führungseinrichtung (22) verschoben wird.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3 und mit wenigstens zwei Spulenpaaren (25, 26), die nacheinander in der Richtung (5) angeordnet sind und, für jedes Spulenpaar (25, 26), einen Rahmen (19), der das jeweilige Spulenpaar (25, 26), die jeweilige erste Führungseinrichtung (22) und die jeweilige erste und zweite Betätigungseinrichtung (29, 35) trägt; wobei die Rahmen (19) miteinander verbindbar sind.
  5. Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche und auch mit einer Positionierrolle (43), die quer zur Richtung (5) positioniert ist, in der Richtung (5) beweglich ist und bei Benutzung durch einen der Streifen einer der Spulen (25, 26) berührt wird.
  6. Maschine nach Anspruch 5, in welcher die Tragfläche (S) gemessen in der Richtung (5) eine variable Länge hat und einen Bereich aufweist, der zwischen einer zurückgezogenen Position und einer ausgefahrenen Position beweglich ist; wobei sich der Bereich und die Rolle (43) in der Richtung (5) mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Bewegungsgesetzen bewegen.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6 und auch mit einer dritten Betätigungseinrichtung (46) zum Bewegen der Rolle (43) in der Richtung (5) und mit einer zweiten Führungseinrichtung (44), die sich in der Richtung (5) und über die Tragfläche (S) erstreckt, und einer dritten Betätigungseinrichtung (47), um die Rolle (43) entlang der zweiten Führungseinrichtung (44) zu bewegen.
