Claims (5)

  1. Kühlvitrine, umfassend ein Fach (2) für die Bevorratung von haltbar aufzubewahrenden Produkten, eine Tür (3), die aufklappbar an der Vitrine angebracht und geeignet ist, in Kontakt mit einem Rahmen (4) der Vitrine zu kommen, um das Vorratsfach (2) luftdicht zu schließen, ein Haltemittel, das geeignet ist, die Tür (3) in der geschlossenen Stellung derselben zu halten, und wenigstens eine Vorrichtung (5), um die Tür (3) einen Spalt offen zu halten und so die Belüftung des Vorratsfachs (2) in Zeiten, in denen die Kühlanlage nicht in Gebrauch ist, zu ermöglichen,
    wobei die Vorrichtung (5) einen Arm (6) umfasst, der auf drehbare Weise mit einer Aufnahmestruktur (7) verbunden ist, die geeignet ist, den Arm (6) in einer Betriebsstellung und einer Nicht-Betriebsstellung desselben zu halten, wobei die Struktur (7) in Verbindung mit der Tür (3) oder dem Rahmen (4) steht und der Arm (6) einen freien Endabschnitt (14) aufweist, der einen Anschlagsabschnitt (15) und einen Anlageabschnitt (16) umfasst und in der Lage ist, gezielt in die Betriebsstellung und die Nicht-Betriebsstellung desselben geführt zu werden, wobei der Arm (6) in der Betriebsstellung desselben von der Tür (3) oder dem Rahmen (4) vorsteht, so dass der Anschlagsabschnitt (15) an der Tür (3) oder dem Rahmen (4) des Vorratsfachs (2) anliegt, wodurch verhindert wird, dass die Tür (3) in Kontakt mit dem Anlagerahmen kommt, um so die Tür (3) einen Spalt offen zu halten, wobei der Arm (6) in der Nicht-Betriebsstellung desselben im Gegensatz dazu vollständig in der Aufnahmestruktur (7) enthalten ist, wodurch ermöglicht wird, dass sich die Tür (3) bewegt, um das Vorratsfach vollständig auf luftdichte Weise zu schließen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmestruktur (7) eine erste Aufnahme (17), die geeignet ist, den Anschlagsabschnitt (15) aufzunehmen, und eine zweite Aufnahme (18) festlegt, wobei elastische Mittel (19) vorgesehen sind, um in den Anlageabschnitt (16) des Arms (6) einzugreifen, wenn der Arm (6) in die Betriebsstellung desselben gebracht wird, um den Arm (6) zu dämpfen, wenn er an dem Rahmen (4) oder der Tür (3) zur Anlage kommt, wobei die Aufnahmestruktur (7) einen Stift (11) umfasst, der geeignet ist, drehbar in den Arm (6) einzugreifen, wobei der Arm (6) in der Lage ist, sich zwischen der Betriebsstellung und der Nicht-Betriebsstellung desselben um den Stift (11) zu drehen, wobei der Arm (6) einen ersten Endabschnitt (13), der geeignet ist, in den Stift (11) einzugreifen, und einen zweiten Abschnitt umfasst, der durch den freien den Anschlagsabschnitt (15) und den Anlageabschnitt (16) umfassenden Endabschnitt (14) festgelegt ist.
  2. Kühlvitrine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Aufnahme (18) der Aufnahmestruktur (7) in der Betriebsstellung in den Anlageabschnitt (16) des Arms (6) eingreift, so dass bewirkt wird, dass der Anschlagsabschnitt (15) von dem Rahmen (4) oder einer Innenwand (9) der Tür (3) vorsteht, wobei der Anschlagsabschnitt (15) auf diese Weise geeignet ist, zunächst an der Tür (3) oder dem Rahmen (4) des Vorratsfachs (2) zur Anlage zu kommen, wodurch verhindert wird, dass sich die Tür (3) vollständig schließt, und die gleiche Tür (3) einen Spalt offen gehalten wird.
  3. Kühlvitrine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder nach einer Kombination derselben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagsabschnitt (15) des Arms (6) in der Nicht-Betriebsstellung in der ersten Aufnahme (17) enthalten ist, so dass der Arm (6) nicht von dem Rahmen (4) oder der Innenwand (9) der Tür (3) vorsteht, wodurch ermöglicht wird, dass die Tür (3) sich bewegt, um das Vorratsfach auf luftdichte Weise zu schließen.
  4. Kühlvitrine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder nach einer Kombination derselben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmestruktur (7) an einer unteren Kante (8) der Tür (3) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Kühlvitrine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder nach einer Kombination derselben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arm (6) in der Lage ist, von einem Benutzer mit der Hand um den Stift (11) gedreht zu werden, so dass er gezielt in die Betriebsstellung und die Nicht-Betriebsstellung desselben geführt wird.
