Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur Herstellung von topfartigen Betonteilen, insbesondere Schachtbodenstücken. Sie umfasst eine zwischen einer Füllstellung und einer Ablagestellung wendbare Formeinrichtung (10) mit einem äußeren Formmantel (12) und einem inneren Formkern (14) zur Ausbildung eines mit Beton befüllbaren Formhohlraums zwischen dem Formmantel (12) und dem Formkern (14). In der Füllstellung ist die Oberseite des mit Beton befüllten Formhohlraums durch einen mit der Formeinrichtung (10) verspannbaren Unterboden (48) abdeckbar. Die Anlage umfasst ferner eine mit der Formeinrichtung (10) koppelbare Wendeeinrichtung zum Wenden der Formeinrichtung (10) aus ihrer Füllstellung in ihre Ablagestellung, sowie einen zumindest in der Füllstellung mit dem Formkern (14) verbindbaren Formrahmen (20), an dem die Wendeeinrichtung angreift.

The present invention relates to a plant for the production of pot-like concrete parts, in particular shaft floor pieces. It comprises a forming device (10) which can be turned between a filling position and a storage position and has an outer mold jacket (12) and an inner mold core (14) for forming a mold cavity which can be filled with concrete between the mold jacket (12) and the mold core (14).
