Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundelementes (1) aus einer Betonplatte (10) und damit verbundenen Tragelementen (20), insbesondere Holzbalken. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Tragelemente (20) auf einem Schaltisch (50) fixiert und anschließend die Anordnung mit Beton vergossen, so dass ein Verbundelement (1) aus einer Betonplatte (10) und den Tragelementen (20) entsteht. Nach dem Aushärten des Betons wird das Verbundelement (1) um bevorzugt 180° gedreht, so dass die Betonplatte (10) die Oberseite des Verbundelementes (1) bildet. The invention relates to a method for producing a composite element (1) from a concrete slab (10) and associated support elements (20), in particular wooden beams. According to the invention, the support elements (20) are fixed on a switch table (50) and then cast the assembly with concrete, so that a composite element (1) of a concrete slab (10) and the support elements (20) is formed. After curing of the concrete, the composite element (1) is rotated by preferably 180 °, so that the concrete slab (10) forms the upper side of the composite element (1).
