Nachteilig ist, dass die aus den Holzprodukten herausgefrästen Federn beim Transport beschädigt werden können und herausbrechen. Auf dem Tisch werden in die Nuten der Holzklötzchen Federn eingepresst. Die Federn werden aus Magazinen, in notwendiger Anzahl nebeneinander gelagert sind gleichzeitig in die Nuten der Holzklötzchen eingepresst. Nachdem eine Platte hergestellt wurde, wird diese entfernt und der Vorgang für die nächste Platte beginnt. Mit dieser Maschine ist nur eine diskontinuierliche Produktion möglich, wobei aus einzelnen Holzteilen ein größeres Holzprodukt entsteht. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einrichtung zu schaffen, bei der die Verbindungselemente industriell in den kontinuierlich laufenden Produktionsprozess der Herstellung der technischen Holzprodukte, beispielsweise Fußbodenpaneele in die Stirn- und/oder Längsseite der technischen Holzprodukte eingefügt werden.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch eine Vorrichtung mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Besondere Ausgestaltungen finden sich in den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen der Unteransprüche.
Erfindungsgemäß besteht die Vorrichtung zum Einsetzen von Verbindungselementen aus einem oder mehreren an einer Längsseite der Transporteinrichtung für die technischen Holzprodukte zur Aufnahme der Verbindungselemente angeordneten Magazinen, die oberhalb oder unterhalb der Transporteinrichtung angeordnet sind, einer Übergabevorrichtung für die Verbindungselemente von dem/ den Magazin/en zum Einpressaggregat, ebenso können die Verbindungselemente von einer endlosen Bevorratung kommend der Übergabevorrichtung zugeführt werden, wobei sie unmittelbar vor oder in der Übergabevorrichtung auf die gewünschte Länge geschnitten werden und einem quer zur Förderrichtung der technischen Holzprodukte verfahrbaren Einpressaggregat oder einer quer zur Fördervorrichtung der technischen Holzprodukte angeordneten schiefen Ebene oder einer Anpressrolle als Einpressaggregat zugeführt werden.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung werden die Verbindungselemente, die aus Holz oder Kunststoff bestehen, auf die gewünschte Länge geschnitten und bei einer Variante in Magazine eingeordnet. Dabei können in den jeweiligen Magazinen Verbindungselemente unterschiedlicher Länge oder aber gleicher Länge abgelegt werden. Der Transport erfolgt dabei von der horizontalen Ebene des Sortiertopfes in die horizontale Ebene des Transports der Holzprodukte. Nach Umlenkung der Richtung des ungetakteten Riemenförderers, die mittels Riemenscheiben geschieht, erfolgt die Übergabe des Verbindungselementes von dem ungetakteten Riemenförderer an den getakteten Riemenförderer. Dabei wird ein erstes Verbindungselement unterhalb des getakteten Riemenförderers gegen einen nicht dargestellten Anschlag gefördert und ein zweites, dem ersten Verbindungselement nachfolgendes Verbindungselement wird gegen das erste Verbindungselement gefördert und so fort. Dabei rutschen sowohl der Transportriemen als auch der Druckriemen des ungetakteten Riemenförderers unter Überwindung der zuvor zum Transport genutzten Reibkraft über die Verbindungselemente hinweg. Wird als Einpressaggregat eine schiefe Ebene oder eine Anpressrolle verwandt, so wird das durch die Übergabevorrichtung gehaltene Verbindungselement mit seinem in Förderrichtung zeigenden Ende in das vorn liegende Ende der stirn- oder längsseitigen Nut der technischen Holzprodukte eingehakt. Beim Weitertransport der technischen Holzprodukte wird das Verbindungselement problemlos vollständig durch die schiefe Ebene oder die Anpressrolle in gewünschter Weise in die Nut eingedrückt.
Wird als Einpressaggregat eine quer zur Fördervorrichtung der technischen Holzprodukte arbeitende Anordnung angesetzt, so wird das Verbindungselement von der Übergabevorrichtung erfasst und auf die passende Höhe zur Nut der technischen Holzprodukte geführt und parallel zu den Abmessungen des gerade auf der Förderanlage aufliegenden technischen Holzproduktes gehalten. Das wird durch die auf dem Förderband vorgesehenen Mitnehmer für die technischen Holzprodukte und durch ein auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Einpressaggregates angeordnetes Gegenlager erreicht.
Die mit der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung erhaltenen technischen Holzprodukte mit stirn- und/oder längsseitig eingesetztem Verbindungselement zeigen nach zusammenfügen zu größeren Elementen eine gute formschlüssige Verbindung. Die Verbindung zeichnet sich durch sehr hohe Auszugswerte aus.

Vorzugsweise sind mehrere Magazine 6 vorgesehen. Es handelt sich bei den Magazinen beispielsweise um Schachtmagazine, in denen die Verbindungselemente 4 übereinanderliegend angeordnet sind. Dabei sind die Verbindungselemente in ihrer Längsrichtung bereits parallel zur Transportrichtung 12 der Transportvorrichtung 1,2 ausgerichtet. Entsprechend der Ausrichtung der Verbindungselemente 4 sind das /die Magazin/e 6 ebenfalls parallel zur Transportvorrichtung 1,2 ausgerichtet und liegen seitlich neben der Transportvorrichtung 1,2.
Das/ die/ Magazin/e 6 besitzen am unteren Ende eine Durchbrechung, durch welche die Verbindungselemente 4 nach unten hindurchfallen. Unterhalb jedes der Magazine 6 werden die Verbindungselemente 4 von einer Übergabevorrichtung 7 erfasst, die in Horizontalrichtung zwischen einer vorderen und einer hinteren Position jeweils verfahrbar ist und dabei gleichzeitig auf die Höhe des Einpressaggregates 8/ 13 angehoben oder abgesenkt wird.Figures 1 and 2 show a two parallel conveyor chains 1.2 existing transport device on the technical Holzprodukte.3, such as floor panels, horizontally lying, promoted. Mittels des Sortiertopfes werden ungeordnet zugeführte Verbindungselemente 4 vereinzelt und ausgerichtet an die Übergabevorrichtung 7 übergeben. Die Übergabevorrichtung 7 besteht dabei aus einem ungetakteten Riemenförderer 16 und einem getakteten Riemenförderer 17. Der ungetaktete Riemenförderer 16 weist einen Transportriemen 18 und einen Druckriemen 19 auf. Die Verbindungselemente 4 werden zwischen dem Transportriemen 18 mit dem Druckriemen 19 des ungetakteten Riemenförderers durch Klemmung gehalten und durch die Wirkung der Reibkraft zwischen der Oberfläche des Verbindungselementes 4 und der Oberfläche mindestens eines der beiden Riemen 18, 19 transportiert. Der Transport erfolgt dabei von der horizontalen Ebene des Sortiertopfes in die horizontale Ebene des Transports der Holzprodukte 3. Nach Umlenkung der Richtung des ungetakteten Riemenförderers 16 mittels Riemenscheiben 20, 20' erfolgt die Übergabe des Verbindungselementes 4 von dem ungetakteten Riemenförderer 16 an den getakteten Riemenförderer 17. Dabei wird ein erstes Verbindungselement 4 unterhalb des getakteten Riemenförderers 17 gegen einen nicht dargestellten Anschlag gefördert und ein zweites, dem ersten Verbindungselement 4 nachfolgendes Verbindungselement 4 wird gegen das erste Verbindungselement 4 gefördert und so fort. Dabei rutschen sowohl der Transportriemen 18 als auch der Druckriemen 19 des ungetakteten Riemenförderers 16 unter Überwindung der zuvor zum Transport genutzten Reibkraft über die Verbindungselemente 4 hinweg. Das erste Verbindungselement 4 wird dann entsprechend der gewählten Taktung von dem getakteten Riemenförderer 17 aus dieser quasi Warterstellung übernommen und weitertransportiert.In FIGS. 4 and 5, the
Gegenüber dem Einpressaggregat 8,13 sind auf der anderen Seite der Transportvorrichtung 1,2 Gegenlager 9 vorgesehen. Die Gegenlager 9 sind in ihrem Abstand zur Transportvorrichtung 1,2 veränderbar angeordnet.
In gleichen Abständen sind entsprechend der Breite des jeweiligen technischen Holzproduktes 3 auf beiden Ketten oder ähnlichem der Fördervorrichtung 1,2 Mitnehmer 10,11 angeordnet. Durch die Mitnehmer 10,11 im Zusammenspiel mit dem Gegenlager 9 wird eine parallele Ausrichtung der zu bearbeitenden technischen Holzprodukte 3 untereinander und ein gleichbleibender Abstand zum Einpressaggregat 8,13 gewährleistet. Liegt ein technisches Holzprodukt 3 mit seiner Stirn- oder Längsseite kongruent zum Einpressaggregat 13 gemäß Figur 2 wird das durch die Übergabevorrichtung 7 gehaltene Verbindungselement 4 durch Verschieben des Einpressaggregates 13 quer zur Förderrichtung 12 des Transportbandes 1,2 in die Nut des anliegenden technischen Holzproduktes 3 eingedrückt.
Das Einpressaggregat 8 gemäß Figur 1 ist als schiefe Ebene ausgebildet. Bei dieser Variante der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung wird das durch die Übergabevorrichtung 7 gehaltene Verbindungselement 4 mit seinem in Förderrichtung 12 zeigenden vorderen Ende in das vordere Ende der Nut des anliegenden technischen Holzproduktes 3 eingehakt. Beim Weiterfahren des technischen Holzproduktes 3 entlang der schiefen Ebene wird das Verbindungselement 4 glatt in die Nut eingedrückt.
Die Übergabevorrichtung 7 dient zugleich als Transportmittel für die Verbindungselemente 4 vom Magazin 6 als auch als Haltemittel vor dem Einpressvorgang.
Bei der Einrichtung gemäß Figur 3 wird als Einpressaggregat 14 eine Anpressrolle verwandt und auf eine Lagerung der Verbindungselemente 4 im Magazin 6 verzichtet. Die Verbindungselemente 4 werden von der Bevorratung 5 direkt der Übergabevorrichtung 7 zugeführt und dort mittels Schneidvorrichtung 15 auf die gewünschte Länge abgeschnitten und, wie schon bei dem Einpressaggregat gemäß Figur 1 ausgeführt, in die Nut eingehakt und eingepresst.Opposite the
