Ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel einer Wendestangeneinheit 37 zeigt Fig. 4. Die Wendestangeneinheit 37 der Fig. 4 entspricht im wesentlichen der Wendestangeneinheit 20 der Fig. 1, so dass zu Vermeidung unnötiger Wiederholungen für gleiche Baugruppen gleiche Bezugsziffern verwenden werden. Die Wendestangeneinheit 37 der Fig. 4 unterscheidet sich von der Wendestangeneinheit 20 der Fig. 1 lediglich dadurch, dass im Bereich der Seite 34, welche der Ausführseite 33 gegenüberliegt, keine sogenannte Bay-Window-Wendung der Teilbahnen 29 erfolgt. So werden der erfindungsgemäßen Wendestangeneinheit 40 der Fig. 6 im Bereich der beiden Seiten 24 und 25 jeweils zweifach-breite Bahnen 23 des Bedruckstoffs zugeführt, im Bereich einer Ausführseite 33 können Teilbahnen 29 in drei nebeneinaderliegenden Strängen aus der Wendestangeneinheit 40 ausgeführt werden. Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 7 werden die Teilbahnen 29 zu beiden Seiten 33 und 34 auf der Wendestangeneinheit 41 ausgeführt, und zwar wiederum in Form von jeweils drei nebeneinaderliegenden Strängen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 8 werden im Bereich der beiden Einführseiten 24 und 25 dreifach-breite Bahnen 23 in die Wendestangeneinheit 42 eingeführt, wobei jede dreifach-breite Bahn 23 über zwei Schneideinrichtungen 28 in einfach-breite Teilbahnen 29 getrennt wird, wobei die Teilbahnen 29 an den Wendestangen 21 gewendet werden, und wobei weiterhin die einfach-breiten Teilbahnen 29 in jeder Ebene der Wendestangeneinheit 42 in Form von zwei nebeneinaderliegenden Strängen aus derselben ausführbar sind. Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 8 erfolgt die Ausführung der Teilbahnen 29 lediglich an einer Ausführseite 33, bei der Wendestangeneinheit 43 der Fig. 9 hingegen erfolgt die Ausführung an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten 33 und 34. Fig. 10 zeigt eine Wendestangeneinheit 44 im Sinne der hier vorliegenden Erfindung, der im Bereich beider Einführseiten 24 und 25 in mehreren übereinander angeordneten Ebenen gleichzeitig mehrere dreifach-breite Bahnen 23 zuführbar sind, die wiederum in einfach-breite Teilbahnen 29 getrennt werden und nach Umlenkung derselben im Bereich der Wendestangen 21 die Wendestangeneinheit 44 im Bereich einer Seite 33 verlassen, und zwar im Bereich von drei nebeneinaderliegenden Strängen. Es ist selbstverständlich, dass weitere Variationen hinsichtlich der Breite der in die Wendestangeneinheit eingeführten Bahnen 23 und der Anzahl der aus derselben ausgeführten, nebeneinaderliegenden Stränge möglich sind.Thus, the turning
Allen Wendestangeneinheiten 20, 37, 38, 40 bis 44 der Fig. 1 bis 10 ist gemeinsam, dass denselben die Bahnen 23 des bahnförmigen Bedruckstoffs gleichzeitig von zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten 24 und 25 aus zuführbar sind. Die Einführrichtungen 26 und 27 an den sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten 24 und 25 sind um 180° zueinander versetzt. Fig. 11 und 12 zeigen jeweils Ausschnitte aus einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, in welcher zum Beispiel die Wendestangeneinheit 20 der Fig. 1 bis 3 Verwendung findet. So zeigt Fig. 11 vier Druckwerkstürme 45 einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, wobei zwischen den beiden mittleren Druckwerkstürme 45 die erfindungsgemäße Wendestangeneinheit 20 positioniert ist. Der Wendestangeneinheit 20 sind von jedem der in Fig. 11 dargestellten, vier Druckwerkstürme 45 Bahnen 23 eines bedruckten Bedruckstoffs zuführbar, die dann als Teilbahnen 29 einem Falzaufbau 46 (siehe Fig. 12) der Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine zuführbar sind. Neben einem Druckwerksturm 45, der erfindungsgemäßen Wendestangeneinheit 20 und dem Falzaufbau 46 sind in Fig. 12 weiterhin Rollenwechsler 47 gezeigt. Bedingt dadurch, dass der erfindungsgemäßen Wendestangeneinheit 20 Bahnen 23 gleichzeitig von zwei unterschiedlichen Seiten 24 und 25 zuführbar sind, wird lediglich eine Wendestangeneinheit 20 im Bereich der Druckwerkstürme 45 benötigt. Hierdurch können die Druckwerkstürme 45 mit geringerem Abstand zueinander positioniert werden, wodurch sich letztendlich für die gesamte Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine Platzvorteile ergeben.
