Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dish carrier for dishwashers according to the preamble of claim 1.
More particularly, the invention relates to dish carriers in the form of tapes in commercial tape transport dishwashers used in restaurants, restaurants, canteens and similar facilities. Belt transport dishwashers are referred to in English as a flight-type dish washer or flight-type goods washer because they not only wash dishes, but also other items used in kitchens and in the eating of food and drinks, for example, trays for carrying dishes , The dish carrier is in this case a band, usually in the form of a multi-link chain-like band, which has support fingers, between which the dishes or trays can be placed edgewise for transport through the belt transport dishwasher.
However, the invention also relates to dish carrier in the form of a basket in which dishes can be adjusted upright and which is designed for use in basket transport scavengers or for use in program machines. In Korbtransportspülmaschinen is a transport device, eg. B. a belt or rollers provided, on which the harness carriers are adjustable for transport through the basket transport dishwasher. This type of machine is also referred to as a rack-conveyor dish washer or rack-conveyor goods washer and is used commercially in restaurants, restaurants, canteens and similar establishments.
The invention also relates to program machines which are used commercially, for example in restaurants, restaurants, canteens and similar facilities. They are also referred to as batch dish washer or batch ware washer. These types of dishwashers may be under-counterware washer or top-counterware washer or hood-type ware washer.
In addition, the invention is also suitable for dish carriers for household dishwashers.
In the known dish carriers of the types described above, the support surfaces which hold the dishes in the dish carrier in an upright oblique position, evenly distributed. In the dish carrier, the tableware having a large height (depth) and a small diameter or small width, such as soup plate, of other dishes or trays, which has a low height (depth) but a greater length or greater width, surmounted and largely covered and thereby shielded from upper nozzles, which wash water or rinse water splash from top to bottom on the trays and on the dishes. As a result, the water jets can not impinge directly on the covert dishes, so that this hidden crockery is poorly cleaned or very much water and long washing times are needed. Such a situation is illustrated in Fig. 1 of the drawings attached hereto. The larger angle of filachen trays relative to plates also causes unwanted shielding of these trays by the plates against water jets, which are injected from bottom nozzles from bottom to top on the plates and trays.
Dadurch überragt und verdeckt das Tablett 14 den Teller 12.Fig. 1 shows a portion of a known
By the invention the problem to be solved is to create a possibility by which all rinsing items (ware) can be cleaned well and with as little rinse water or detergent in a short time, even if the rinse items have different heights and different outer circumference dimensions.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
Further features of the invention are contained in the subclaims.
By the invention, in addition to lower support surfaces and upper support surfaces at least one relative to the upper support surfaces forward and / or upwardly offset upper special support surface is provided in subjects of dish support, which flat items such. B. trays approximately parallel to higher items such. B. soup plate stops.

The
Each
As a result, the
The
The offset upper
The
The
As particularly shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
Fig. 6 shows a plan view of a
The invention also includes the possibility of providing in the
