Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a bowl with its hung on a projection part by forming the projection part projecting in the approximately width direction on a side of an approximately rod extension part which extends upward from approximately intermediate part in the approximately rod bottom side arranged approximately horizontal along the moving direction. SOLUTION: A projection part 2 extending in the width direction (an arrow <b>) on a side face of an extension part 14. The projection part 2 is formed into, so to speak, a wing in the both side surfaces of the extension part 14, has a round rod shape, and is provided with edge surfaces 2e made into acute angles toward downward formed in the bottom. The distance A between both tips of the projection part 2 is set a little shorter than the twice of the length B of a coupling part 12 in the width direction (the arrow <b>). When a bowl is mounted on the extension part 14 with its bottom upward and covering over it, the edge part is hung on the projection part 2 so as to be held with its not horizontal but inclined state, an injection water from the bottom forms a flow flowing from one of inside surfaces to the opposite inside surface direction, and this flow washes out the inside bottom surfaces so as to completely remove the dirt.

Assumptions of the Invention As an automatic washing machine for continuously washing a large amount of dishes, a so-called flight link in which dishes are placed on an upper surface and moved in a washing booth in an endless track is used. This flight link is formed in a belt shape by connecting a large number of parts called pegs so as to be rotatable alternately in the width direction and the movement direction. This is horizontally hung over sprockets arranged at both ends to form an endless track, tableware to be washed is placed on this upper surface, and the inside of a washing booth where a large number of spray nozzle groups are arranged vertically. It is to be transported and moved.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, a peg 10 has a substantially bar-shaped bottom portion 11 disposed substantially horizontally along a moving direction (arrow a) and two ends of the bottom portion 11. A substantially rod-shaped support portion 13 extending substantially upward and having a connecting portion 12 at its upper end, and a substantially rod-shaped extending portion 14 extending substantially upward from substantially near the middle of the bottom portion 11 are integrally formed. It had been. An edge surface 11e having a lower acute angle is formed on the lower surface of the bottom portion 11 to guide the jet of water from below upward, and the base portion of the column 13 and the extension portion 14 are formed. On one side of the base portion, hooking concave portions 13h and 14h are formed, each of which is substantially wedge-shaped. The connecting portion 12 disposed at the upper end of the support portion 13 is formed with a through-hole 12h that penetrates in a width direction (arrow b) substantially perpendicular to the moving direction (arrow a). Normal,
The amount of protrusion of the extension portion 14 is determined from the bottom portion 11 to the connection portion 12.
Is formed to be slightly lower than the height up to the upper end.

[0005] The flight link 20 configured as described above.
In the case of dish-shaped tableware (“dish”) 30, insert it so that it leans between the support 13 and the extension 14, and hook the edges to the hooked recesses 13 h and 14 h. In the bowl-shaped tableware (“Bowl”) 31,
It is placed so as to face down and cover the extension portion 14. In this state, as shown in FIG. 7, the tableware is conveyed and moved (arrow a) in the washing booth 41 of the automatic washing machine 40, and is washed by the jet water from the jet nozzles 42 arranged above and below. The tableware 30 and 31 after washing come out of the washing booth 41 and are manually removed. The flight link is wrapped around a sprocket 43 disposed behind the flight link and is turned back to the opposite side. In front of the sprocket 43, a sensor 44 extending in the width direction (arrow b) at a position slightly above the upper end of the column portion 13 is arranged. t) emergency stop, moving direction (arrow a)

However, in the flight link 20 using the peg 10 having the above-mentioned conventional configuration,
In the dish 30, it is displaced during the movement and is caught between the adjacent pegs 10 in the width direction to damage the pegs 10.

Further, many bowls 31 have a small diameter and a large depth, and when the bowl 31 is covered with the extension portion 14 as described above, the bowl 31 may be completely inserted between the pillar portions 13. . In this state, not only is it difficult to take out after washing, but if it is missed, as shown in FIG. 7, it slips through without being sensed by the sensor 44, rotates according to the sprocket 43, and is adjacent to the moving direction. There was a danger that the support 13 would be pinched (arrow x) and damaged, and sometimes jumped out (arrow y), by being protruded.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, when the bowl 31 is laid down horizontally, water sprayed from below is applied to the inner surface 31 of the bowl.
Since the inner bottom 31b is not completely removed, it is left unremoved, and the bottom 31b of the bowl 31 is washed with washing water (for example, acidic water). There were many inconveniences that left).

According to the above construction, the present invention operates as follows. The peg of the present invention forms a flight link by alternately connecting adjacent blocks in the width direction and the movement direction as in the conventional case. In such a flight link, the dishes are arranged so as to be hung vertically between the support portion and the extension portion as in the related art. In the case of a bowl, it is placed so as to cover the protruding portion in a prone state. At this time, the edge portion of the bowl hits the upper surface of the protruding portion, and is placed not horizontally but inclined.

Since the tableware is held in such an inclined state, a part of the tableware is exposed above the position of the upper end of the column, and the tableware surely comes into contact with the sensor. Further, the water jetted from below enters from one inner peripheral edge and comes out from the opposite inner peripheral edge, and so-called water edge effect completely removes dirt on the inner bottom. Further, since the thread tail is inclined, the washing water hardly remains in the recessed portion.

In the description of the configuration and operation of the present embodiment, the same components and devices as those in the above-described conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and description thereof will be omitted.
The basic configuration of the peg of the present embodiment, that is, the bottom portion 11, the connecting portion 12, the support portion 13, and the extending portion 14 are the same as those of the above-described conventional example.

A feature of the first embodiment is that a protruding portion 2 extending in the width direction (arrow b) is formed on the side surface of the extension portion 14. The projecting portion 2 is formed in a wing shape on both sides of the side surface of the extension portion 14. The shape is a round bar shape, and a lower acute edge surface 2e is formed on the lower surface thereof. The distance (A) between the tips of the projections 2 and 2 is set slightly shorter than twice the length (B) of the connecting portion 12 in the width direction (arrow b).

When the bowl 31 is placed on the protruding portion 14 with the bowl 31 lying down, the edge 31e of the bowl 31 is hung on the protruding portion 2 so that the bowl 31 is held in an inclined state without being horizontal. 3, see FIG. 4). For this reason, a part of the bowl 31 is located above the line L connecting the upper ends of the connecting portions 12, and if the bowl 31 is missed, it will surely come into contact with the sensor 44.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, since the water is inclined, the flow of the jet water from below flows from one inner surface 31s and flows toward the opposing inner surface 31s (arrow c). . This flow rinses the inner bottom 31b and completely removes dirt. The so-called water edge can be used effectively.

In addition, it is possible to drain the water without leaving the jet water from above remaining in the recessed portion in the yarn tail. Furthermore, tilting the bowl allows not only easy removal from the flight link after cleaning, but also secure contact with the sensor if it is missed. It is possible to reliably prevent breakage or protrusion due to pinching between the pegs.
