Claims (13)

  1. Treibstangenverschluß (10), der zum Verriegeln eines Koffers bestimmt ist, welcher Koffer zwei herunter- bzw. zusammenklappbare Teile umfaßt, welcher Verschluß mit einem der zwei Teile einstückige Haken (20, 20') aufweist und mit dem anderen Teil einstückige Rückhaltemittel (22, 22'), welche Haken (20, 20') und welche Rückhaltemittel (22, 22') jeweils in Translations- bzw. Querrichtung eines in bezug auf das andere zwischen einer Position, in welcher sie in Eingriff sind, um die zwei Teile zusammenzuhalten, und einer Position, wo sie eines in bezug auf das andere beabstandet sind, um die zwei Teile freizugeben, beweglich sind, welcher Verschluß Blockierungsmittel (28, 28') für die relative Verlagerung der Haken (20, 20') und der Rückhaltemittel (22, 22') aufweist, welche Blockierungsmittel durch wenigstens eine Treibstange (34, 34') gesteuert bzw. geregelt sind;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haken (20, 20') in Querrichtung beweglich auf einem der zwei Teile festgelegt sind;
    und daß die Blockierungsmittel (28, 28') wenigstens einen mit der Treibstange (34, 34') einstückigen Schwingarm (30, 30') aufweisen, welche Treibstange dazu bestimmt ist, den Schwingarm (30, 30') verschwenkend zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition, in welcher der Schwingarm sich der Bewegung der Haken (20, 20') widersetzt, und einer Entriegelungsposition, in welcher der Schwingarm die Bewegung der Haken ermöglicht, mitzunehmen.
  2. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingarm (30, 30') ein freies bewegliches Ende (42, 42') aufweist, die Treibstange (34, 34') mit einer Platte bzw. Unterlegeplatte (36, 36') einstückig ist, welche Platte einen geneigten, eine Rampe ausbildenden Abschnitt (38, 38') aufweist, und daß das freie Ende adaptiert ist, um auf dem geneigten, eine Rampe ausbildenden Abschnitt (38, 38') derart in Anschlag zu gelangen, um den Schwingarm (30, 30') zu verschwenken, wenn die Platte (36, 36') in Querrichtung bzw. Translationsrichtung durch die Treibstange (34, 34') mitgenommen ist.
  3. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingarm (30, 30') einen Schwenkpunkt (32, 32') aufweist, die Platte (36, 36') bestimmt ist, zu dem Schwenkpunkt mitgenommen bzw. gezogen zu werden, um den Schwingarm (30, 30') in die Verriegelungsposition zu bringen.
  4. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (36, 36') durch elastische Mittel (50, 50') in einer Position entsprechend der Verriegelungsposition gehalten ist.
  5. Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haken (20, 20') einstückig mit einer Verriegelungsplatte (18, 18') sind, welche entsprechend einer vorbestimmten Richtung gleitend festgelegt ist, und daß der Schwingarm (30, 30') in der Translation die Verriegelungsplatte (18, 18') in der Verriegelungsposition blockiert.
  6. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsplatte (18, 18') ein Langloch (24, 24') aufweist, welches sich entlang der bestimmten Richtung erstreckt, eine Kerbe (26, 26'), welche in dem Langloch ausgebildet ist, und daß der Schwingarm (30, 30') mit der Kerbe (26, 26') in der Verriegelungsposition zusammenwirkt.
  7. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingarm (30, 30') schwenkbar im wesentlichen parallel zu der Verriegelungsplatte (18, 18') montiert ist, wobei das freie Ende mit einem Finger (46, 46') versehen ist, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, in das Langloch (24, 24') einzugreifen, um in der Verriegelungsposition in das Innere der Kerbe (26, 26') zu gelangen.
  8. Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Paar von Haken (20, 20') und ein Paar von entsprechenden Verriegelungsmitteln (28, 28') umfaßt, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel des Paars von Haken voneinander beabstandet sind, und daß die jeweiligen Gestänge (34, 34') der Verriegelungsmittel zueinander konvergieren und ein gemeinsames Verriegelungsmittel (37) ausbilden bzw. zusammenfügen.
  9. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gemeinsame Verriegelungsorgan (37) und die konvergierenden Gestänge (34, 34') ein Ritzel-(37)/Zahnstangen- (35, 35') System umfassen.
  10. Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gemeinsame Verriegelungsorgan eine drehbare Krone umfaßt, welche drehbare Krone zwei gegenüberliegende Ränder aufweist, welche gegenüberliegenden Ränder jeweils einen helixförmig ausgeschnittenen Bereich aufweisen, welcher eine helixartige Rampe ausbildet, wobei die zwei helixförmigen Bereiche sich zueinander in umgekehrter bzw. inverser Weise erstrecken;
    und daß jedes der Gestänge ein freies Anschlag- bzw. Auflagerende aufweist, wobei die freien Enden der Gestänge dazu bestimmt sind, entsprechend gegen die helixförmigen Abschnitte derart in Anschlag zu gelangen, daß die Mitnahme zur Rotation der drehbaren Krone gleichzeitig die Translationsbewegung der Gestänge (34, 34') in zueinander entgegengesetztem Sinn bewirkt.
  11. Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Schließmittel umfaßt, welche dazu bestimmt sind, das gemeinsame Verriegelungsorgan in festgelegter bzw. fixer Position zu halten.
  12. Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gemeinsame Verriegelungsorgan durch elektrische Motormittel gesteuert bzw. geregelt ist.
  13. Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zwei Paare von Haken (20, 20') und zwei Paare von entsprechenden Verriegelungsmitteln (28, 28') umfaßt, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel des einen Paars jeweils mit den Blockierungsmitteln des anderen Paars von Blockierungsmitteln gekoppelt sind, wobei die paarweise bzw. zwei zu zwei gekoppelten Verriegelungsmittel voneinander beabstandet sind, und daß die Platten der gekoppelten Blockierungsmittel entsprechend einstückig auf einer einzigen Stange gekoppelt sind.
