Description

The present invention relates to a kitchen and cutlery according to the preamble of claim 1.

From the Russian design RU 18207 Kitchen utensils are known which consist of a functional working element (a knife, a fork, a shovel of various configurations and purposes) which is mounted in a plastic handle holder. This represents a typical method of attachment of kitchen and table elements in a holder. The durability of such an attachment usually depends on the length of the shank of the working element as well as the durability of the holder material. Most often, the holder fails at its location with the working element, since the plastic parts can not withstand high loads applied perpendicular to the axis of the cutlery.

The RU 2 091 209 describes a household and tourist knife "Siberian bear" with a functional working element, which is firmly mounted in a made of a high-strength, reinforced with a glass fiber reinforced resin holder. This knife has several advantages over the previous kitchen and cutlery, it is more reliable and reliable. In addition, the working element and the handle of this knife is balanced with respect to the entire center of gravity and the knife has buckles on the handle, which correspond to the shape of a clenched human hand, which improves its performance properties. The preparation of such a device is relatively complicated, it requires a fine press technology for the handle, which is also otherwise a costly, made of armored resin article.

EP 0 523 713 A1 describes a knife, consisting of a knife blade with a handle approach of a metallic back part and anchored to this belly part, wherein under the back part of a holding web is arranged with lateral retaining ribs, are applied to the corresponding grooved inner edges of the formed plastic part of the stomach.

The FR 2 768 642 describes a kitchen knife, which is firmly mounted in a holder. The holder is made of two elements, namely a stretchable cover and a plastic handle, which is designed as an insert for the stretchable cover, which is fixed in the upper front part of the plastic handle. In the aforementioned embodiment and in the previous technical versions, the shank of the working element was fixed in the holder by pressing, whereby the fastening security is reduced and it is not excluded that the holder can break or the shaft can slide out of the holder. The upper and lower holder contours copy the natural contours of a human hand. However, it lacks the balance of the working element with respect to the holder, whereby its performance characteristics are significantly impaired. The hollow coating is not firmly enough connected to the holder and may become detached from the holder after prolonged use.

The closest prior art to the present invention is the FR 523 713 to be seen, which discloses a kitchen and cutlery with a holder insert, which consists of a functional working element and a holder provided with the insert, wherein the working element and the holder is made of all-metal. The handle of this device is made of all-metal together with a functional working element in the form of a knife edge and is provided with fasteners for the insert. The insert is made of all-metal. It is hollow inside and provided with some fasteners for fixing on the holder. This design has a number of disadvantages. Namely, there is no balance of the functional working element with respect to the holder. In addition, unlike plastic or an elastomer, the metal does not have a high coefficient of friction and thus slips in the hand. The holder is provided with no elements that would facilitate its positioning and posture in the hand, wherein the attachment of the insert in the holder is uncertain and can easily fall out. Furthermore, the manufacture and assembly of such a knife is a laborious and relatively complicated process.

The object of the present invention is to increase the durability of the holder and in the improvement of its operating characteristics, such as. Balancing, convenience of positioning and holding in hand while working, Simplification of its construction, reducing the cost of kitchen and cutlery in general and for the holder in particular.

This object is achieved by a kitchen and cutlery with the features of claim 1. The kitchen and cutlery preferably consists of a functional working element and a holder provided with an insert, wherein the working element and the holder are made of all-metal. This cutlery has a holder, which is designed as a basket with a flat slightly convex upper surface. The front of the basket, which adjoins the functional working element of the device, is solid and reinforced. The rear end face of the basket is open and inclined at an angle toward the upper surface of the basket, the sides of which are symmetrically convex and have arc faces laterally of the open basket portion. The insert is made in one piece with the front adjacent to the reinforced basket wall straight face and the free shaft and mounted in the basket space. It is made of a material that has a high coefficient of friction. The lower surface of the insert is provided with hand supports in the end zones and with a symmetrical bulge in the middle, the ratio of the length L f of the integral reinforced front wall of the basket to the length L of the entire basket being as follows L f : L = 0 , from 15 to 0.85. The deposit shaft protrudes beyond the open Korbstirnfläche and is arranged equidistant obliquely to the basket.

The kitchen and cutlery is designed as an all-metal construction consisting of a functional working element 1 (which may be a knife, a fork, a spoon, etc.) and a holder 2. The holder is designed in the form of a basket 3, which has a flat slightly convex upper solid surface and a solid and reinforced front wall 4 adjacent to the working element 1. A working surface 1 facing away from the end face 5 of the basket 3 is open and is inclined at an angle to the upper slightly convex surface of the basket. 3

The side walls of the basket 3 have laterally of the open lower part of the basket 3 sheet end faces 6. The holder 2 is provided with a one-piece full insert 7, which is made of a material with a high friction value, such as plastic, and is mounted in the interior of the basket 3. The lower surface 8 of the insert 7 is provided with hand supports 9 and 10 in the end zones and with a symmetrical curvature in the middle. A shaft 11 of the insert 7 protrudes beyond the open rear end face 5 of the basket 3 facing away from the working element. The outer contour of the shaft 11 is arranged equidistant obliquely to the end face 5 of the basket 3. The longitudinal sides 12 of the basket 3 and the insert 7 are curved symmetrically. The length L of the integral reinforced front wall 4 of the basket 3 in the longitudinal direction of the cutlery is related to the overall length of the basket as follows: L f : L = 0.15-0.85.

Die Hand stützt sich dabei gegen die Handabstützungen 9 und 10.Due to the all-metal construction of the kitchen utensils and cutlery, the risk is excluded that the cutlery at the joint of the functional working element 1 and the holder 2 can break. A three-dimensional durable construction of the metal basket 3, whose manufacture is simple and safe to operate, meets high usage requirements. It is reinforced by the part of the holder, which is exposed to the highest loads during work. Also, the construction of the basket 3 is fixed by its reinforced front wall 4, which in turn ensures optimum balance of the device. In this case, the center of gravity lies at the contact point of the working element 1 and the holder 2. Thus, the center of gravity is arranged in a part having the highest value of the specific weight of the cutlery. This is achieved by the ratio of the length L f of the wall 4 to the length L of the entire basket 3 in the frame L f : L = 0.15 to 0.85. Such balancing allows the secure holding of the device in the hand, which prevents it from sliding out. The production of the insert 7 made of plastic or other material which has a high coefficient of friction, reduces the manufacturing costs for the holder 2, reduces its weight, excludes the sliding of the device in the hand during their use. The upper slightly convex solid surface of the basket 3 and the lower surface of the insert 7 are conveniently in the hand, because they copy the natural hand shape. The hand is supported against the hand supports 9 and 10.

The pressing of the plastic insert 7 in the metal basket 3 excludes the detachment of the adjacent surfaces and increases the wear resistance of the holder 2. The outstanding shaft 11 of the plastic insert 7 prevents any slippage of the hand from the end face 5 of the metal basket 3 and ensures a comfortable hold cutlery in hand.

Such a construction of the holder 2 enables a simple and inexpensive production, ensures the durability, safety and wear resistance of the product, improves its operating characteristics.

In this way, by the claimed invention, the object is achieved, which consists in increasing the durability of the holder as well as in improving its operating characteristics, i. in balancing, convenience of positioning and holding in the hand while working, simplifying its construction, lowering the cost of manufacturing kitchen and cutlery in general and for the holder in particular.
