Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trainingsgerät, nämlich einen Ellipsen- oder Crosstrainer mit zwei Pedalen, die an je einer Pedalstange angebracht sind, wobei die Pedalstangen mit vorderen Enden gelenkig mit je einem Pedalhebel verbunden sind. Dabei sind die Pedalhebel schwenkbar mit je einem vorderen Lager verbunden.
- Derartige Trainingsgeräte sind beispielsweise aus der Gebrauchsmusterschrift mit der Veröffentlichungsnummer DE 201 00 276 U1 bekannt. Darüber hinaus werden derartige Trainingsgeräte von verschiedenen Anbietern, darunter auch die Anmelderin, hergestellt und vertrieben.
- Der Benutzer eines Trainingsgeräts, wie es in der Druckschrift mit der Veröffentlichungsnummer DE 201 00 276 U1 offenbart ist, ruht während des Trainings auf den Pedalen, die fest mit den Pedalstangen verbunden sind. Die Füße des Benutzers führen während des Trainings eine in etwa elliptische Bewegung aus, woher auch der Name Ellipsentrainer für solche Geräte kommt. Die Ellipse ist dabei so ausgerichtet, dass die großen Halbmesser der Ellipse im Wesentlichen waagerecht verlaufen. Der Benutzer des Trainingsgeräts hat dadurch den Eindruck, er bewege sich in einer Ebene fort. Für bestimmte Trainingsprogramme ist es wünschenswert, wenn der Benutzer des Trainingsgeräts den Eindruck bekommt, als bewege er sich bergauf oder bergab. Ein solcher Eindruck lässt sich mit den bekannten Trainingsgeräten der eingangs genannten Art nicht vermitteln.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Trainingsgerät der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, dass verschiedene Schwierigkeitsgrade einstellbar sind in der Form, dass dem Übenden das Gefühl vermittelt werden kann, sich bergauf oder bergab zu bewegen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die vorderen Lager höhenverstellbar an einem vorderen Gestellteil, welches nachfolgend als Gestellvorderteil bezeichnet wird, angebracht sind. Durch ein Verschieben des Lagerpunktes der Pedalhebel kann die Ausrichtung der Ellipse entlang welcher sich die Füße eines Benutzers des Trainingsgeräts bewegen, geändert werden. Die Ellipse kann relativ zu einer Waagerechten nach oben oder nach unten geneigt werden. Durch eine derartige Neigung wird dem Benutzer das Gefühl vermittelt, er bewege sich bergauf oder bergab.
- Zum Einstellen der Höhe der vorderen Lager kann das Trainingsgerät besondere Einstellmittel (Mittel zum Einstellen) aufweisen. Diese Einstellmittel können einen Antrieb umfassen, der vorzugsweise ein Elektromotor ist. Die Einstellung muss dann nicht mehr mit Muskelkraft vorgenommen werden, sondern kann elektromotorisch unterstützt werden.
- Die Mittel zum Einstellen weisen vorzugsweise Elemente zum Umwandeln einer Drehbewegung in eine Linearbewegung auf. Diese Elemente können eine Spindel und/oder eine Mutter umfassen, wobei die Mutter drehbar auf der Spindel angeordnet sein kann.
- Die Pedalstangen eines erfindungsgemäßen Trainingsgeräts sind vorteilhaft mit hinteren Enden gelenkig mit je einer Pedalkurbel verbunden. Diese Pedalkurbeln können um eine gemeinsame Achse drehbar angeordnet sein.
- An den Pedalhebeln können im übrigen Handgriffe angebracht oder angeformt sein.
- In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung des Trainingsgeräts können die Pedale verschiebbar an den Pedalstangen gelagert sein. Die Pedale können dann mit je einer Schubstange gelenkig verbunden sein, wobei die Schubstangen vorteilhaft mit je einer Schubstangenkurbel gelenkig verbunden sind. Diese Schubstangenkurbeln können um die Achse, um die bereits die Pedalkurbeln drehbar sind, drehbar angeordnet sein.
- Die Abstände zwischen den Angriffspunkten der Schubstangen an den Schubstangenkurbeln und der Achse können vorteilhaft einstellbar sein.
- Die Pedalkurbeln und/oder die Schubstangenkurbeln sind vorteilhaft ganz oder teilweise durch Kreisscheiben gebildet.
- Die Angriffspunkte der Pedalstangen an den Pedalkurbeln und gegebenenfalls die Angriffspunkte der Schubstangen an den Schubstangenkurbeln liegen vorzugsweise in einer Ebene, die darüber hinaus auch die Achse umfasst, um welche die Schubstangenkurbeln und die Pedalkurbeln drehbar sind.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel für einen erfindungsgemäßen Crosstrainer ist in den Zeichnungen näher dargestellt. Es zeigt

- Der in den Figuren 1 bis 5 dargestellte Crosstrainer weist ein Gestell mit einem Gestellunterteil 1 a und einem Gestellvorderteil 1b auf. Das Gestell ist im Wesentlichen durch zwei beabstandet voneinander angeordnete Hohlprofile hergestellt. Die Hohlprofile sind weitgehend parallel zueinander geführt, insbesondere im Bereich des Gestellvorderteils 1b. In einem hinteren Bereich des Gestellunterteils 1a sind die Hohlprofile abgewinkelt, so dass diese in diesem Bereich unmittelbar aneinander liegen.
- Die nach oben ragenden Enden der Hohlprofile, die das Gestellvorderteil 1 b bilden sind über erste Stege 1 c miteinander verbunden. Diese ersten Stege 1c sind aus Flachstahlstücken hergestellt. Außerdem sind die beiden Hohlprofile im Bereich des Gestellvorderteils 1 b über einen zweiten Steg 1 d aus einem Hohlprofil miteinander verbunden. An diesem Steg 1d, der unterhalb der beiden ersten Stege 1 c angebracht ist, ist ein Elektromotor 5 befestigt. Dieser Elektromotor 5 treibt ein Spindelelement 4 an, dessen Länge durch den Elektromotor 5 verändert werden kann. Mit seinem unteren Ende ist das Spindelelement an einem Beschlag 2 angebracht, der fest mit dem Steg 1 d verbunden ist. Das obere Ende des Spindelelements 4 ist mit einem Beschlag 3 verbunden, der an einer Traverse 7 befestigt ist. Diese Traverse 7 ist zwischen den ersten Stegen 1c an Gleitrohren 6 verschiebbar gelagert.
- Durch ein Verdrehen einer Spindel des Spindelelements kann die Höhe der Quertraverse 7 verändert werden. An der Quertraverse 7 sind auskragende Streben 7a fest angebracht, die zusammen mit der Quertraverse 7 höhenverstellbar sind. An den freien Enden der Streben 7a sind zwei vordere Lager 8 vorgesehen. An diesen vorderen Lagern 8 ist jeweils ein Pedalhebel 9 schwenkbar gelagert. Die Pedalhebel 9 erstrecken sich sowohl unterhalb der vorderen Lager 8 als auch oberhalb der Lager 8, wobei die oberen Enden der Pedalhebel 9 Handgriffe 10 bilden.
- Die unteren Enden der Pedalhebel 9 sind über ein Lager 11 gelenkig mit vorderen Enden von Pedalstangen 12 verbunden. Die hinteren Enden der Pedalstangen 12 sind über Lager gebildet aus Lagerbuchsen 12a und Lagerzapfen 20 mit Pedalkurbeln 21 a, 21 b verbunden, wobei die Pedalkurbel 21a durch eine Kreisscheibe 21a gebildet wird. Die beiden Pedalkurbeln 21a, 21b sind um eine gemeinsame Achse A drehbar. Die Angriffspunkte der Pedalstangen 12 an den Pedalkurbeln 21a, 21b sind im gleichen Abstand zu der Achse A vorgesehen. Relativ zu der Achse A liegen die Angriffspunkte einander diametral gegenüber.
- Von der als Kreisscheibe 21 a ausgebildeten Pedalkurbel wird eine als Schwungrad ausgebildete Schwungmasse 24 angetrieben. Dazu ist über die Kreisscheibe 21a ein Zahn- oder Keilriemen 23 gelegt. Dieser Riemen treibt unter Zwischenschaltung eines Getriebes die Schwungmasse 24 an. Im Bereich der Schwungmasse 24 ist ein Gehäuse 25 vorgesehen, in dem verschiedene elektrische Komponenten, zum Beispiel eine Wirbelstrombremse, verschiedene Sensoren und Weiteres untergebracht sind.
- An den Pedalstangen 12 sind Führungselemente 13 vorgesehen. Auf diesen Führungselementen 14 können Pedale 13 in der Erstreckungsrichtung der Pedalstangen 12 verschoben werden. Auf diesen Pedalen steht der Übende, der den Crosstrainer nutzt. Die Pedale 13 sind über Lager 15 mit einem ersten Ende einer Schubstange 16 verbunden. Die Schubstangen 16 sind mit ihrem zweiten Ende jeweils über ein Lager 17 mit Schubstangenkurbeln 19 verbunden. Die Schubstangenkurbeln 19 sind fest mit dem Lagerzapfen 20 verbunden, an welchen die Schubstangenkurbeln 12 mit ihren Lagerbuchsen 12a angreifen. Diese Schubstangenkurbeln 19, die ebenfalls als Kreisscheiben ausgeführt sind, sind ebenso wie die Pedalkurbeln 21a, 21b um die Achse A drehbar.
- Die Angriffspunkte der Schubstangen 16 an den Schubstangenkurbeln 19 liegen einander diametral gegenüber und in einer Ebene E die sowohl die Angriffspunkte der Schubstangen 16 an den Schubstangenkurbeln 19, die Angriffspunkte der Pedalstangen an den Pedalkurbeln 21a, 21b und die Achse A enthält. Die Schubstangenkurbeln 19, der Lagerzapfen 20, die Pedalkurbeln 21a, 21b und eine nicht dargestellte, die Pedalkurbeln 21a und 21b miteinander verbindenden Welle sind starr miteinander verbunden und bilden eine mehrfach abgestufte Kurbelwelle.
- Durch die Höhenverstellbarkeit des vorderen Lagers 8 und somit des Angriffspunktes der Pedalhebel 9 an dem Gestellvorderteil 1b kann die Neigung der Pedale 13 verändert werden. Wird das vordere Lager 8 angehoben, kann dem Übenden das Gefühl vermittelt werden, er müsste sich bergauf bewegen. Durch ein Absenken des vorderen Lagers 8 kann das Gegensteil erreicht werden; dem Übenden kann nämlich das Gefühlt vermittelt werden, sich bergab zu bewegen.
- Die gegenüber einem herkömmlichen Crosstrainer zusätzlich vorgesehene Verschiebbarkeit der Pedale 13 auf den Pedalstangen 12 und die Kopplung der Pedale 13 über die Schubstangen mit den Schubstangenkurbeln 19 bewirkt eine zusätzliche Bewegung des Übenden auf den Pedalstangen 12. Dadurch wird eine insgesamt natürlichere Bewegung erreicht, als es bei den herkömmlichen Crosstrainern der Fall ist.
- Die Verbindung an den zweiten Enden der Schubstangen 16 und den Schubstangenkurbeln 19 ist lösbar. Der Angriffspunkt der zweiten Enden der Schubstangen 16, d. h. die Lager 17 können auf einer Linie B radial verschoben beziehungsweise versetzt werden. Dazu sind an jeder der Schubstangenkurbeln 19 Bohrungen 18 vorgesehen, in welche ein Kopplungselement des Lagers 17 eingreifen kann. Durch eine Verschiebung des Angriffspunktes des zweiten Endes der Schubstange 16 kann der Hub, den das Pedal 13 auf den Pedalstangen 12 während einer Umdrehung der Schubstangenkurbeln 19 erfährt, variiert werden. Damit ist eine Abstimmung auf die individuelle Schrittlänge des Übenden möglich.
Claims (18)
- Trainingsgerät, nämlich Ellipsen- oder Crosstrainer- mit zwei Pedalen (13), die an je einer Pedalstange (12) angebracht sind,- wobei die Pedalstangen (12) mit vorderen Enden gelenkig mit je einem Pedalhebel (9) verbunden sind,- wobei die Pedalhebel (9) schwenkbar in je einem vorderen Lager (8) angebracht sind unddadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die vorderen Lager (8) höhenverstellbar an einem vorderen Gestellteil (Gestellvorderteil 1b) angebracht sind. - Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trainingsgerät Mittel (4, 5) zum Einstellen der Höhe der vorderen Lager aufweist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (4, 5) zum Einstellen einen Antrieb (5) umfassen.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (5) ein Elektromotor (5) ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (4, 5) zum Einstellen Elemente (4) zum Umwandeln einer Drehbewegung in eine Linearbewegung umfassen.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (4) zum Umwandeln eine Spindel umfassen.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (4) zum Umwandeln eine Mutter umfassen.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter auf der Spindel drehbar angeordnet ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pedalstangen (12) mit hinteren Enden gelenkig mit je einer Pedalkurbel (21 a, 21 b) verbunden sind.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pedalkurbeln (21a, 21b) um eine Achse (A) drehbar angeordnet sind.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Pedalhebeln (9) Handgriffe (10) angebracht oder angeformt sind.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Pedale (13) verschiebbar an den Pedalstangen (12) gelagert sind. - Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pedale (13) mit je einer Schubstange (16) gelenkig verbunden sind.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Schubstangen (16) mit je einer Schubstangenkurbel (19) gelenkig verbunden sind.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schubstangenkurbeln (19) um die Achse (A) drehbar angeordnet sind. - Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstände zwischen den Angriffspunkten der Schubstangen (19) an den Schubstangenkurbeln (19) und der Achse (A) einstellbar sind.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pedalkurbeln (21 a, 21 b) und/oder die Schubstangenkurbeln (19) ganz oder teilweise durch Kreisscheiben gebildet werden.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Angriffspunkte der Pedalstangen (12) an den Pedalkurbeln (21a, 21b) und gegebenenfalls die Angriffspunkte der Schubstangen (16) an den Schubstangenkurbeln (19) in einer Ebene (E) liegen, die die Achse (A) umfasst.
