Abstract

Urinoir rabattable, qui se compose d'une tête (1) et d'un bras (2) montés en corrélation, ce bras (2) étant associé, au moyen d'un axe de rotation (e1) à l'installation des W.-C. (3) à laquelle il est incorporé de façon permanente avec, au moins, une mobilité verticale par rapport aux W.-C. (3).

Description

  • La présente invention a trait à un urinoir rabattable, pensé pour une plus grande hygiène, car il évite les éclaboussures d'urine sur le sol et la cuvette de la salle de bains. La taille réduite, aussi bien de l'urinoir que de la tuyauterie d'écoulement, permet un nettoyage rapide et une économie importante dans la consommation d'eau.
  • Dans la technologie actuelle, sont déjà bien connus, d'une part, les W.-C. et, de l'autre, les urinoirs muraux. Les urinoirs portatifs (par exemple, le U9502655), conçus pour des utilisations dans des circonstances inhabituelles, sont, eux aussi, connus.
  • L'objet de l'invention est un nouvel urinoir ayant sa propre installation sanitaire (eau pour le nettoyage et tuyau d'écoulement-assainissement) s'incorporant de façon permanente aux W.-C. par rapport auquel il a, au moins, une mobilité verticale, de sorte qu'il peut être sorti (pour son utilisation) ou rabattu (lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé) par rapport aux W.-C. eux-mêmes.
  • Il est indifférent et accessoire, aux effets de l'invention, que l'urinoir atteigne les W.-C. ou la conduite d'assainissement qui en part.
  • Aussi l'urinoir rabattable constitue-t-il une invention nouvelle, qui implique une activité inventive et qui est susceptible d'être applicable industriellement.
  • Pour mieux comprendre l'objet de la présente invention, on présente sur les plans une forme préférentielle de réalisation pratique susceptible de changements accessoires qui n'en dénaturent pas le fondement.
  • La figure 1 représente une vue générale schématique d'un urinoir rabattable selon l'invention, incorporé dans la conduite d'assainissement des WC (3) -figure 1a- et incorporé dans la cuvette même des W.-C. (3) -figure 1b-.
  • La figure 2 représente une vue schématique frontale pour la réalisation de la figure 1a.
  • La figure 3 représente une section partielle schématique en détail de la tête (1) et de ses composants.
  • On décrit ci-dessous un exemple de réalisation pratique, non limitative, de la présente invention. D'autres modes de réalisation, dans lesquels des changements accessoires sont introduits, qui n'en dénaturent pas le fondement, ne sont nullement écartés ; au contraire, la présente invention en inclut également toutes les variantes.
  • L'objet de l'invention est un urinoir rabattable, qui se compose d'une tête (1) et d'un bras (2), montés en corrélation. Le bras (2) est associé aux W.-C. (3) au moyen d'un axe de rotation (e1).
  • La tête (1) comporte, essentiellment, un corpos réceptacle (10):
    • une tuyauterie (11) d'entrée d'eau sous pression
    • un diffuseur (12), actionnable grâce à un bouton-temporisateur (13)
    • une tuyauterie d'assainissement/évacuation (14) avec un siphon (15) et un filtre (16)
    • un couvercle mobile anti-éclaboussures (17).
  • Une disposition générale, préférentielle et non limitative, de ces composants de la tête (1) peut être observée sur la figure 3, où le corps réceptacle (10) présente une forme conique ou similaire, de taille réduite.
  • Le bras (2) est creux. À l'intérieur, il y a les tuyauteries d'entrée de l'eau (11) et d'assainissement/évaucation (14), qui atteignent, respectivement, le réseau général d'alimentation et le réseau général d'assainissement.
  • Il est indifférent, aux effets de l'invention, que la conduite d'assainissement (14) et, par conséquent, le bras (2) qui la porte et qui tourne autour de l'axe (e1) atteigne directement le réseau général d'assainissement -comme sur les figures 1 a et 2- ou atteigne les W.-C. (3) -comme sur la figure 1b-.
  • Les tuyauteries (11), (14) sont flexibles, afin de pouvoir supporter le mouvement du bras (2) et d'en faciliter le raccordement.
  • Le couvercle mobile anti-éclaboussures (17) comporte un bras interne rigide, avec lequel il peut tourner autour du corps réceptacle (10) à proximité d'un point de rotation (17a). Lors de la phase de miction de l'utilisateur (18) le couvercle (17) est soulevé et, en phase de nettoyage, il est abaissé, afin d'éviter les éclaboussures à l'extérieur du corps réceptacle (10).
  • Pour obtenir l'axe de rotation (e1), il y a de nombreuses façons : n'importe laquelle d'entre elles est comprise dans l'objet de l'invention, car elle n'en affecte pas le caractère essentiel. Un exemple de réalisation, pour que les tuyauteries d'eau (11) et d'assainissement (14) passent à l'intérieur du bras, est de diviser le bras (2) en deux tuyaux (2a), (2b) -voir figure 1 a- ayant différentes dimensions, afin d'introduire l'un dans l'autre, pour qu'ils s'ajustent suffisamment entre eux et qu'ils aient une mobilité verticale (avec un léger serrage), de façon à ce que la tête (1) soit retenue et stabilisée à la hauteur que l'on veut (dès que cesse l'action manuelle de l'utilisateur sur celle-ci).
  • Dans les réalisation représentées, l'urinaire est à côté des W.-C. (3), mais il peut être placé en tout autre lieu de la salle de bains. Les possibilités d'utilisation sont multiples, car les tuyaux (2a), (2b) du bras (2) n'ont pas une longueur déterminée et peuvent être courbés
  • De façon analogue, sans altérer l'essence de l'invention, le bras (2) peut être un tuyau flexible, mais suffisamment rigide aussi pour supporter le poids de la tête (1) et demeurer stable. Le tuyau (2b) du bras (2) peut être encastré dans le mur et mener les tuyauteries (11), (14) de l'intérieur au lieu de raccordement.

Claims (1)

  1. Urinoir rabattable, se caractérisant par le fait que :
    a) il se compose d'une tête (1) et d'un bras (2) montés en corrélation, ce bras (2) étant associé, au moyen d'un axe de rotation (e1) à l'installation des W.-C. (3);
    b) la tête (1) est structurée en un corps-réceptacle (10), muni d'un couvercle mobile anti-éclaboussures (17), cette tête (1) comprenant à l'intérieur, une tuyauterie (11) d'entrée d'eau sous pression, avec un diffuseur (12) actionnable gâce à un bouton-temporisateur (13) et une tuyauterie d'assainissement/écoulement (14), avec un siphon (15) et un filtre (16), ces tuyauteries (11), (14) passant à l'intérieur du bras (2) jusqu'à ce qu'elles atteignent, respectivement, la tuyauterie d'entrée (11), pour la conduite générale d'entrée d'eau, et la tuyauterie d'assainissement (14) à l'intérieur des W.-C. (3) ou la conduite d'assainissement, qui part de ces W.-C. (3).
