Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Blechschnitt für einen geschichteten Kern eines Transformators mit einem ersten Blechteil, das eine E-förmige Grundform hat und das ein erstes Joch (34;66), zwei Außenschenkel (26,28;62,64) und einen Mittelschenkel (30) einer Schicht des Kems bildet. Der Blechschnitt umfasst ein zweites Blechteil (32,70), das eine I-förmige Grundform hat und das ein zweites Joch der Schicht des Kerns bildet. Im zusammengesetzten Zustand des ersten und des zweiten Blechteils stoßen die freien Enden der Schenkel des ersten Blechteils gegen eine Längsseite des Jochs des zweiten Blechteils, so dass zwei Fenster mit rechteckiger Grundform gebildet werden, die von den Schenkeln und Jochen begrenzt werden. Zumindest im ersten Joch und im zweiten Joch ist mindestens jeweils eine Ausnehmung (36,40,42,46,54;68,72) in einem Teilbereich jedes der Fenster vorgesehen, durch die die Fläche der Fenster jeweils vergrößert ist.

In the assembled state of the first and the second sheet metal part, the free ends of the legs of the first sheet metal part abut against a longitudinal side of the yoke of the second sheet metal part, so that two windows are formed with a rectangular basic shape, which are bounded by the legs and yokes. At least in each case in the first yoke and in the second yoke, at least one recess (36, 40, 42, 46, 54, 68, 72) is provided in a partial area of each of the windows, by which the area of the windows is increased in each case.
