Claims (15)

  1. Schaftrahmen für eine Webmaschine, wobei der Rahmen zwei senkrechte Stützen und zwei Traversen umfasst, die durch mindestens eine Abstrebung verbunden sind, die sich gemäß einer im Wesentlichen parallel zu den Stützen liegenden Richtung erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstrebung (10) umfasst:
    i) eine Stange (11), die in der Nähe jedes ihrer Enden (111, 113) mit mindestens einem Innengewinde (112) oder einem Außengewinde (116) zur Verbindung durch Verschraubung versehen ist;
    ii) zwei Organe des Typs Schraube (12, 12') oder Mutter (16), von denen jedes geeignet ist, durch Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innen-(112) oder Außengewinde (116) auf eines der Enden der Stange geschraubt zu werden und
    iii) Mittel (14, 15, 14', 15', 122, 162), die geeignet sind, auf mindestens einen Bereich (45, 46, 45') jeder Traverse (4, 4') eine Blockierkraft (F3+F4) auszuüben, die aus der Verschraubung eines der Organe mit dem korrespondierenden Ende der Stange resultiert.
  2. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockierkraft, die von den Mitteln (14, 15, 14', 15', 122, 162) auf den Bereich der Traverse (45, 46, 45') eine Klemmkraft (F3+F4) ist.
  3. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockierkraft (F3+F4) auf zwei Absätze (45, 46, 45') jeder Traverse (4, 4') ausgeübt wird und dass ein Bereich (121) der Organe (12, 12'; 16) zwischen den Absätzen im eingebundenen Eingriff ist.
  4. Rahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich der Traverse eine Rippe oder ein Absatz (45, 46, 45'), innenliegend zur Traversen (4, 4'), ist.
  5. Rahmen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe oder der Absatz (45, 46, 45') sich über im Wesentlichen die gesamte Länge der Traverse (4, 4') erstreckt.
  6. Rahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Traversenbereich (45, 46, 45') von der Seite jeder Traverse (4) zugänglich ist, die zu der gegenüberliegenden Traverse (4') gerichtet ist, durch eine Öffnung (47, 47') hindurch, die lokal in mindestens einer Außenwand (42) der Traverse eingearbeitet ist.
  7. Rahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (14, 15, 14', 15', 122) in der Nähe jedes Endes (111, 113) der Stange (11) ein erstes Plättchen (14, 14'), das geeignet ist, von der Stange gegen den Bereich der Traverse (45, 46, 45') gedrückt zu werden (F4) sowie ein zweites Plättchen (15, 15') umfassen, das geeignet ist, von dem korrespondierenden Organ (12, 12') gegen den Bereich der Traverse gedrückt zu werden (F3), wobei der Traversenbereich zwischen den Plättchen angeordnet ist.
  8. Rahmen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes erste Plättchen (14, 14') an dem korrespondierenden Ende (111, 113) der Stange (11) festgelegt, insbesondere verschweißt ist.
  9. Rahmen nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugangsöffnung (47) zu dem Traversenbereich (45, 46, 45') an einer einzigen Seite (42) der Traverse (4) angeordnet ist, wobei die Aufnahmezone des korrespondierenden Endes der Stange durch eine Wand (44) eingefasst ist, die Bestandteil der Traverse ist, wobei die Halblänge (L14/2) des ersten Plättchens (14, 14') größer als der Abstand (d4) zwischen der Wand und der Mittelachse (X11) des Innengewindes (112) des Endes (111) ist.
  10. Rahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (14, 15, 14', 15', 122), die die Blockierkraft (F3+F4) auszuüben gestatten, gemäß einer Richtung parallel zur Längsrichtung (Y4, Y4') der korrespondierenden Traverse (4, 4') einstellbar (F5) sind.
  11. Rahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (11) mit mindestens einer lokalen Verformung (114, 115) zur Umgehung einer Litzenhalterleiste (5, 5') versehen ist.
  12. Rahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Organ (12, 12'; 16) sich bis außerhalb der Traverse (4, 4'), an der es montiert ist, erstreckt, wobei eine Öffnung (481) in dem Rand (48) der Traverse, entgegengesetzt zur anderen Traverse, eingearbeitet ist und ein Aufsatz (7, 7') an der Traverse bei der Öffnung befestigt ist, wobei der Aufsatz dazu beiträgt, das Organ in mindestens einer Richtung (V) senkrecht zur Längsachse (X12) des Organs festzulegen.
  13. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Organe (12, 12'; 16) nicht nach außen bezüglich der Traverse (4) hervorspringen, wenn sie festgezogen sind, wobei die Organe durch Öffnungen (481, 491) zugänglich (F6) sind, die in den Traversen angeordnet sind.
  14. Rahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (H4) jeder Traverse größer als der Bewegungsweg (F1, F'1) des Rahmens (2) ist.
  15. Webmaschine (M), ausgerüstet mit mindestens einem Schaftrahmen (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
