  • the lid 20 further comprises, in a single piece with the sealing portion 21, a tamper evident portion 25 having a lower skirt 25a which is generally tightly seated around a circumferential extension of the upper end 13 of the tubular body 10, more particularly its double seam 14, and presenting an upper end 25b which is incorporated, by means of manually breakable bridges 26, to the external edge 21b of the sealing portion 21.
  • the bridges 26 connect the upper end 25b of the lower skirt 25a with the external edge 21b of the sealing portion 21 in points which are angularly spaced apart.
  • the bridges 26 are broken when submitted to a certain pulling force, which separates the tamper evident portion 25 from the sealing portion 21, upon the first opening of the lid 20.
  • the tamper evident portion 25 presents an interruption 25c, in its circumferential extension, extending along at least part of the height of the lower skirt 25a, said interruption 25c defining a certain circumferential spacing between respective confronting edges of the lower skirt 25a, on both sides of the interruption 25c.
  • the sealing portion 21 incorporates a gripping tab 27, axially downwardly projecting through said interruption 25c of the tamper evident portion 25, for example remaining substantially leveled with the lower skirt 25a.
  • the gripping tab 27 projects along the whole axial extension of the lower skirt 25a, but it can also project axially inferiorly beyond the axial extension of the lower skirt 25a.
  • the tamper evident portion 25 comprises at least one breakable lock 28, connecting the griping tab 27 with the lower skirt 25a.
  • the gripping tab 27 is manually operable only upon the rupture of part of the tamper evident portion 25, for example, upon the rupture of each breakable rod 28.
  • the lower skirt 25a incorporates the ends of a bridge 25d, circumferentially extended over the interruption 25c of the tamper evident portion 25 and over the gripping tab 27.
  • the bridge 25d presents a first end 25e, which is incorporated to the lower skirt 25a by connecting means 25f, which are broken when said first end 25e is forced away from the lower skirt 25a, for example, by being pulled radially outwardly from, in order to liberate the manual access to the gripping tab 27.
  • the bridge 25d has its first end 25e superposed to said lower skirt 25a and incorporated to the latter by two connecting means 25f, which are circumferentially spaced from each other.
  • the gripping tab 27 is inferiorly incorporated to the bridge 25d through a breakable lock 28, in the form of one or more axial bridges, which are manually broken upon the first opening of the lid.
  • the provision of the gripping tab 27 allows the sealing portion 21 to be easily removed from its seating condition on the seat 16, and also a controlled and progressive opening of the can, first in the region adjacent to the gripping tab 27, and subsequently in the remaining of the seat, preventing the stored product from being inadvertently taken out from the can.
  • the gripping tab 27 may present one of the massive and at least partially perforated forms, defining a tag, such as in the illustrated construction.
  • gripping tab 27 can be massive and formed from a respective portion of the lower skirt 25a, remaining perfectly leveled with the latter and maintaining a gap 29 therebetween.
  • the external edge 21b of the sealing portion 21 incorporates a small cylindrical lower flap 21c, which surrounds, preferably tightly, a circumferential extension of the upper end 13 of the tubular body 10 and from which the bridges 26 depend, being inferiorly incorporated to the upper end 25b of the lower skirt 25a.
  • the lower skirt 25a may incorporate a circumferential internal projection 25h, axially spaced from the external edge 21b of the sealing portion 21 and which is dimensioned to be seated and axially locked under the double seam 14 at the upper end 13 of the tubular body 10 and around the latter.
  • the external edge 21b of the sealing portion 21 incorporates an upper circumferential rib 25g, continuous or defined in segments and which projects over the upper end 13 of the tubular body 10, so as to be loosely and telescopically fitted externally or internally to the lower end 11 of another tubular body 10 stacked over said tubular body 10.

Claims (7)

  1. Kunststoffdeckel (20) für eine Dose des Typs, der einen rohrförmigen Körper (10) mit einem unteren Ende (11) und einem oberen Ende (13), das mittels eines Doppelsaums (14) eine ringförmige Wand (15) festhält, in der eine Sitzfläche (16) für den hermetischen Sitz des Deckels (20) definiert ist, umfasst, wobei der Deckel einteilig umfasst: einen Versiegelungsabschnitt (21), der in der Sitzfläche (16) entnehmbar sitzt und gehalten wird und mit einer Außenkante (21b) versehen ist, die von der Sitzfläche (16) radial nach außen vorsteht; einen Manipulationsnachweisabschnitt (25) mit einer unteren Schürze (25a), die um einen Teil des oberen Endes (13) des rohrförmigen Körpers (10) sitzen soll und oben über Stege (26) mit der Außenkante (21b) des Versiegelungsabschnitts (21) verbunden ist, wobei der Manipulationsnachweisabschnitt (25) eine Unterbrechung (25c) aufweist, die sich wenigstens über einen Teil der Höhe der unteren Schürze (25a) erstreckt, wobei der Versiegelungsabschnitt (21) einteilig und an seiner Außenkante (21b) einen Greifansatz (27) aufweist, der durch die Unterbrechung (25c) des Manipulationsnachweisabschnitts (25) vorsteht, wobei die Stege (26) zerbrochen werden, wenn sie einer bestimmten Zugkraft unterworfen werden, wodurch der Manipulationsnachweisabschnitt (25) von dem Versiegelungsabschnitt (21) getrennt wird, wenn der Deckel (20) erstmals geöffnet wird, wobei die Stege (26) axial um eine Umfangsverlängerung des oberen Endes (13) des rohrförmigen Körpers (10) angeordnet sind, um eine Oberkante (25b) der unteren Schürze (25a) mit der Außenkante (21b) des Versiegelungsabschnitts (21) an Punkten zu verbinden, die in Winkelrichtung beabstandet sind, wobei der Greifansatz (27) sich im Wesentlichen auf der gleichen Höhe wie die untere Schürze (25a) befindet, wobei dazwischen ein Spalt (29) aufrechterhalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Schürze (25a) die Enden eines Stegs (25d) enthält, die sich in Umfangsrichtung über die Unterbrechung (25c) des Manipulationsnachweisabschnitts (25) und über den Greifansatz (27) erstrecken.
  2. Verbesserung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Ende (21b) des Versiegelungsabschnitts (21) eine kleine zylindrische untere Lasche (21c) enthält, die eine Umfangserstreckung des oberen Endes (13) des rohrförmigen Körpers (10), von der die Stege (26) herabhängen, umgibt.
  3. Verbesserung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Schürze (25a) einen inneren Umfangsvorsprung (25h) aufweist, der von der Außenkante (21b) des Versiegelungsabschnitts (21) axial beabstandet ist und der so bemessen ist, dass er unter dem Doppelsaum (14) um den rohrförmigen Körper (10) sitzt und axial verriegelt ist.
  4. Verbesserung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Manipulationsnachweisabschnitt (25) wenigstens eine zerbrechbare Verriegelung (28) aufweist, die den Greifansatz (27) mit der unteren Schürze (25a) verbindet.
  5. Verbesserung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Ende (25e) der Enden des Stegs (25d) mit der unteren Schürze (25a) durch Verbindungsmittel (25f) verbunden ist, die zerbrochen werden, wenn das erste Ende (25e) von der unteren Schürze (25a) weggedrängt wird, um den manuellen Zugang zu dem Greifansatz (27) freizugeben.
  6. Verbesserung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (25e) des Stegs (25d) der unteren Schürze (25a) überlagert ist und damit durch zwei Verbindungsmittel (25f), die in Umfangsrichtung beabstandet sind, verbunden ist.
  7. Verbesserung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ende (21b) des Versiegelungsabschnitts (21) eine obere Umfangsrippe (25g) aufweist, die über das obere Ende (13) des rohrförmigen Körpers (10) vorsteht, um in das untere Ende (11) eines weiteren rohrförmigen Körpers (10), der auf den rohrförmigen Körper (10) gestapelt ist, lose und teleskopartig eingesetzt zu werden.
