Das Klima im Garraum kann insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von dem Temperaturverhalten des Referenzkörpers geregelt werden, vorzugsweise unter Berücksichtigung einer vor dem Garprozess ermittelten Korrelation zu dem Temperaturverhalten einer Gargutart, einer Gargutmenge, eines Gargutgewichts, einer Gargutgröße und/oder Garvorbehandlung eines Garguts. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein Sensor in- oder an dem Referenzkörper plaziert, der mit einer Steuer und/oder Regeleinheit des Gargeräts in Verbindung steht. Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die überraschende Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß durch die spezielle Anordnung einer Positionierungsvorrichtung an einem erfindungsgemäßen Hordengestell für ein Gargerät eine optimale Anordnung eines Referenzkörpers erreicht werden kann, die bedienerfreundlich und sicher ist. Insbesondere wird eine ungewollte Kontamination des Garguts, das auf den Einschubebenen des Hordengestells angeordnet ist, vermieden. Der Referenzkörper wird mit der erfindungsgemäßen Positionierungsvorrichtung in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem Gargut angeordnet. Diese Anordnung liegt jedoch nicht soweit innerhalb des Hordengestells, daß beispielsweise ein Kabel, an dem ein Sensor oder Garprozeßfühler angeschlossen ist, zu kurz wäre und daher über oder quer durch die Einschubebenen gezogen werden müßte, was ohne Zweifel zu einer Kontamination des Garguts führt. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Boden der Metallhülse ferner mit einer Öffnung versehen, was vorteilhaft ist für den Fall, wenn das Keramikröhrchen dauerhaft am Hordengestell verbleiben soll. Figur 1 zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes Hordengestell 1, das ein Rahmengestell 2 aus einem Grundrahmen 3, einem Oberrahmen 4 und Verbindungsstreben 5 aufweist. Innerhalb des Rahmengestells 2 sind sechs Einschubsäulen 6 integriert, die über Holme 7 an den Verbindungsstreben 5 und damit an dem Rahmengestell 2 befestigt sind. Jede Einschubsäule 6 weist eine Vielzahl von Einschubebenen 8 auf, die durch eine Ringform zur Aufnahme eines nicht dargestellten Tellers oder dergleichen mit Gargut definiert sind. Bei dem Hordengestell 1 handelt es sich um einen Hordengestellwagen. Jedoch kann selbstverständlich auch ein nichtfahrbares Hordengestell vorgesehen sein.1 shows an
Der Grundrahmen 3 weist an seiner Vorderseite 9 und seiner Rückseite 10 jeweils einen Griff 11 auf, der beim Verfahren des Hordengestells 1 ergriffen werden kann. Von der Vorderseite 9 des Grundrahmens 3 erstrecken sich zwei Stege 12 im wesentlichen senkrecht nach oben. Dabei sind die Stege 12 so angeordnet, daß sie im wesentlichen zwischen zwei Einschubsäulen 6, längs derselben verlaufen. Selbstverständlich ist vorstellbar, daß sich die Stege 12 nicht nur senkrecht von dem Grundrahmen 3 weg erstrecken, sondern sie können auch zunächst vom Grundrahmen 3 etwas in das Hordengestell 1 hinein gebogen sein, um dann noch enger zwischen den Einschubsäulen 6 zu verlaufen. Dies führt zu einer noch näheren Anordnung eines Referenzkörpers an einem Gargut, wie weiter unten erläutert. Insbesondere bei Tellern mit einem großen Durchmesser, die in den Einschubsäulen 6 und den Einschubebenen 8 gelagert werden sollen, ist jedoch die in Figur 1 gezeigte im wesentlichen senkrechte Anordnung der Stege 12 bevorzugt. Selbstverständlich können sich die Stege 12 auch von dem Oberrahmen 4 im wesentlichen senkrecht nach unten erstrecken.The
Zwischen den beiden Stegen 12 ist auf etwa halber Höhe des Hordengestells 1 erfindungsgemäß eine Positionierungsvorrichtung 13 für einen Referenzkörper 15 angeordnet. Diese Positionierungsvorrichtung 13 umfasst einen im wesentlichen horizontal zwischen den beiden Stegen 12 verlaufenden Balken 18 und eine Ausnehmung 14, die vorzugsweise mittig im Balken 18 angeordnet ist. Die Positionierungsvorrichtung 13 umfasst, wie insbesondere Figur 2 zu entnehmen ist, zudem eine einseitig offene Hülse 19, die einen Referenzkörper 15, der beispielsweise als ein Keramikröhrchen ausgeführt sein kann, umgreift. Die entsprechende Öffnung 20 der Hülse 19 stellt dabei eine Verlängerung der Ausnehmung 14 dar und ermöglicht, ebenso wie die Ausnehmung 14, ein einfaches Einschieben des Referenzkörpers 15.Between the two

Der Referenzkörper 15 sowie der Sensor 16 können bedienerfreundlich und sicher in die Positionierungsvorrichtung 13 eingesteckt werden, wobei auch ein Kabel 17 des Sensors 16 nicht über bzw. durch die Einschubebenen 8 gezogen werden muß. Wie auch aus Figur 2 gut ersichtlich ist, dienen die Stege 12 ferner als Kabelabweiser, da sie verhindern, daß das Kabel leicht auf die Einschubebenen 8 gelangen kann.As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the

Claims (14)
- Oven rack (1) for a cooking appliance consisting of a framework (2) to hold at least one shelf column (6) with a number of shelf levels (8), characterized by a positioning device (13) for positioning of a reference body (15) by means of which measured values of a cooking process can be picked up, said positioning device (13) being attached to the oven rack (1) by at least two ribs (12) extending essentially perpendicularly upwards or downwards from a base frame (3) or upper frame (4) of the framework (2).
- Oven rack according to Claim 1, characterized in that the positioning device (13) has an in particular bar-like or plate-like section (19) running essentially horizontally between the ribs (12).
- Oven rack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the positioning device (13) is located roughly halfway up the height of the oven rack (1).
