Abstract

A pre-table for container treatment machines such as rinsers, filling machines or capping machines, for the treatment of containers such as e.g. Bottles, cans, cardboard packaging and the like made of glass, plastic or cardboard, it is provided that the Vortisch consists essentially of connecting elements (13,14), which form the receptacles (14) for the container transport elements (15) of a container treatment machine and / or connect two or more container handling machines with each other.

Description

  • The present invention relates to a pre-table for container treatment machines according to the preamble of claim 1. Advantageous further developments are specified in the subclaims.
  • For the production of beverages, so-called container treatment machines are regularly used in the beverage industry. These are, for example, rinsers, fillers, sealers and labellers.
  • These container treatment machines may be linear machines, but also so-called rotary machines. Since both types of machines are well known, a more detailed description can be omitted here. In the following, only rotary machines are shown in the figures, without thereby limiting the scope of the present invention to these.
  • The supply and removal of the containers to be treated, such as e.g. Bottles, cans or even beverage cartons for these container treatment machines is usually carried out on one-lane transporters, the transfer between the conveyor and processing machine, or between the processing machine and conveyor on the basis of known inlet or outlet stars.
  • It has proven to be extremely advantageous to combine the inlet and outlet stars and the elements for the mechanical connection of these stars with at least one of the container treatment machines provided within a so-called Vortisches. If appropriate, further elements, such as e.g. Inlet augers, enclosures or controls of container handling machines, also be part of this Vortisches.
  • Since such Vortich, represent all their inherent advantages, due to their complex design and manufacturing a significant cost factor, and present in originally known constructions numerous individual surfaces, edges, corners and undercuts provide starting points for unwanted contamination, it has already in the past time and again proposals for simplification and improvement of Vortisch given in terms of their production, cost and hygiene or cleaning.
  • For example, in the published patent application DE 195 12 849 a Vortischvariante presented in which the Vortisch consists essentially of a flat, relatively thick metal plate, which is arranged in space at a certain angle to the horizontal. It is also envisaged to arrange at the higher edge of the metal plate spraying devices and at the lower edge collecting gutters.
  • For cleaning or disinfection of this device is provided to spray cleaning liquid through the spray devices on the metal plate. The inclined arrangement of the metal plate results in a directional flow of the cleaning agent, through which to be flushed to the metal plate of adhering contaminants in the gutter.
  • A disadvantage of such a device is, inter alia, that the metal plates used require a high cost of materials and mechanical processing is complicated and expensive due to the numerous, at certain angles introduced into these plates holes.
  • Also presented was a Vortisch according to DE 200 02 483 U1. In this document, a Vortisch is proposed, which has a substantially rectangular base body, said base body is provided with a roof-shaped, consisting of sheet metal construction.
  • This walmdachförmige structure in turn is broken in the vertical of the brackets or receptacles for inlet or outlet stars, capper, etc.
  • Although a Vortisch according to DE 200 02 483 U1 offers a significant material savings compared to other embodiments, but the manufacture of the roof-shaped structure often prepares manufacturing difficulties.
  • In addition, an embodiment according to DE 298 05 957 was known. This embodiment reduces the components and surfaces present in known Vortic tables to the essentially necessary. Thus, Vortische according to DE 298 05 957 first consist of a base body which is composed of frustoconical elements, these elements being connected by straight connecting pieces whose top has a saddle roof-shaped shape.
  • Furthermore, such vortices consist of conical or columnar elements extending vertically upwards from the main body and having at their upper end devices such as e.g. Pick up transport stars, capper, inlet screw, etc.
  • Due to the extremely advantageous design of such a Vortisches production and cleaning are significantly simplified in operation and reduced the associated costs accordingly. Only the material required for the basic body can be improved.
  • The object and purpose of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of known vortices for container treatment machines, such as e.g. high material costs and associated high production costs and large surfaces with unfavorable design which tends to avoid soiling. To this end, the invention provides to replace the known Vortische by a simple strut construction with optimized or reduced surfaces.

  • Further developments, advantages and applications of the invention will become apparent from the following description of exemplary embodiments and the drawings.   • As shown in FIG. 1, a pre-table according to the invention essentially consists of rod-shaped connecting elements 13 which connect the individual container treatment machines, in this case rinser 18, filler 19 and capper 20, to one another and, on the other hand, the associated transport stars 15, ie inlet, outlet and outlet elements Transfer stars, record, or provide for this mounting options.
  • In the illustrated embodiment, the container treatment machines used are joined together by the arranged connecting elements 13 in the form of a triangle, which is in terms of achievable stability of particular advantage.
  • The connecting elements 13 are advantageously fastened between or on the foundation rings 21 of the container treatment machines. The receptacles 14 for the transport stars 15 or the transport stars 15 themselves are fastened to these connecting elements 13 in a suitable manner.
  • The connecting elements 13 may be, for example, pipes in a round, 3, 4 or n-angular configuration, or else any profiles of any cross-sectional shape produced by edging, die-casting, continuous casting, rolling, etc.
  • The scope of protection of the present application also extends to those embodiments which, by contrast with the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, use connection elements 13 which do not have a substantially straight shape, but e.g. bent or angled.
  • In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is intended to connect not only combinations of container treatment machines in the manner shown in Figures 1 and 2. It is also contemplated that individual container handling machines, such as e.g. a filling machine 19 in the manner according to the invention with the necessary transport stars 15 to connect (Fig. 3).
  • It is initially provided to fasten the connecting elements 13 to the foundation ring 21 of the container treatment machine in such a way that they extend outwardly substantially radially from the center of the container treatment machine. On or on these connecting elements 13, the receptacles 14 for the transport stars 15 are arranged.
  • In the event that increased stability requirements exist, it is also provided to reinforce the radially outwardly extending connecting elements 13, by an additional, arranged between them strut 16.
  • The scope of the present invention also extends to embodiments in which the connecting elements 13 are not fastened to the foundation ring 21 in the manner described above. In such embodiments, the connecting elements 13 may for example be attached tangentially or at any angle to the foundation ring 21.
  • As shown in Figure 2, it is also provided in the present invention, not only to arrange the connecting elements 13 in a height level, but to arrange them both in several height levels, as well as extending over several height levels. It is also provided for a further embodiment, to connect the arranged on different height levels connecting elements 13 by vertical struts 17, resulting in further advantages in terms of stability.
  • For a further, highly advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the shape of the cross-sectional area of the connecting elements 13 be formed in such a way that it has no outer surfaces on or on which liquids or contaminants can accumulate and / or deposit. This is essentially achieved in that the upper outer surfaces of the connecting elements 13 are not formed in a horizontal, but in oblique or inclined orientation and / or as a circular or curved convex surfaces.
  • Furthermore, the present invention provides that elements for adjusting and / or aligning the connecting elements 13 or the container treatment machines are provided at least on one side at the ends of the connecting elements 13.
  • The scope of the present invention is not abandoned even if instead of the substantially rod-shaped connecting elements 13 flat, for example made of sheet metal or a similar material connecting elements are used.
  • Certain types of container handling machines require so-called infeed or in-line augers which serve to bring bumped containers to the predetermined machine pitch.
    Also, certain types of container handling machines require guide members to guide the containers safely and smoothly through the container handling machines, which may be, for example, internal or external guides. In addition, the transport of the containers to and from certain container treatment machines takes place by means of conveyor belts.
  • In the context of the present invention, it is also provided that these elements, ie inlet screws, guide elements and conveyor belts, are fastened directly or indirectly to the connecting elements 13. Thus, the above description is to be understood at the points where transport stars 15 are spoken, so that the arrangement of these container transport elements is also disclosed on the connecting elements 13, if these additional container transport elements make sense at this location.
  • In the context of a further embodiment of the present invention is provided, cladding or enclosure for noise, accident or shock protection, as they are often provided on container treatment machines, directly or indirectly to the connecting elements 13 to arrange or secure. This procedure further benefits cleaning and cost reduction.
  • The embodiments proposed in the context of the present application provide significant advantages. For example, the cleaning or disinfection due to the reduced surface area and the improved design selbiger much easier and cheaper. By using the connecting elements 13 according to the invention, the production costs and the time required for the assembly of the container treatment machines are considerably reduced.

Claims (16)

  1.
