Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour l'emmagasinage séparé ainsi que la distribution séparée et/ou au moins partiellement simultanée de composantes individuelles, comme des milieux visqueux et/ou poudreux, au moins un organe de distribution (15) pour lesdits milieux étant prévu pour la distribution individuelle, simultanée mais séparée et/ou mélangée d'une ou plusieurs desdits milieux resp. composantes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un réservoir (10) dans lequel lesdites milieux ou composantes sont emmagasinés séparément chacun dans un récipient flexible (3,5,7) et en ce que les milieux resp. composantes individuels sont emmagasinés sous pression et/ou en ce que ledit réservoir (10), dans lequel lesdits récipients flexibles ou déformables contenants les milieux resp. composantes sont disposés, peut être mis sous pression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par au moins un organe (9) pour produire une pression pour mettre sous pression au moins le milieu à distribuer respectivement lesdits récipients et/ou pour mettre sous pression l'ensemble du réservoir (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par au moins une installation de dosage (11,11') montée dans ou sur l'organe de distribution ou montée en avant de cet organe, notamment pour permettre le réglage d'un dosage prédéterminé lorsqu'on mélange lesdits milieux ou composantes.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé par une installation de dosage et mélangeur (11,11'), présentant un corps de forme pratiquement circulaire, comme par exemple un cylindre sur lequel ou dans sa surface extérieure sont prévus, de préférence répartis uniformément, des tuyaux flexibles pour la conduite desdits milieux resp. composantes, ainsi qu'un moyen de réglage (21) disposé concentriquement ou de forme ovale, de manière à ce que par notation du moyen de réglage autour d'un axe longitudinal dudit corps de forme circulaire lesdits tuyaux (4,6,8,14,16) puissent être serrés de façon variable pour ainsi doser lesdits milieux ou composantes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par trois tuyaux (4,6,8), ledit moyen de réglage pouvant être tourné de telle manière qu'au moins un des trois tuyaux soit toujours fermé pratiquement complétement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par deux tuyaux pour mélanger aux moins deux milieux resp. composantes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ainsi que 5 et 6, caractérisé par au moins une installation de dosage selon la revendication 5 et la revendication 6.
- Procédé pour l'emmagasinage séparé ainsi que la distribution séparée et/ou au moins partiellement simultanée de composantes individuelles, comme des milieux visqueux et/ou poudreux, caractérisé en ce que lesdites milieux ou composantes sont emmagasinés séparément chacun dans un récipient flexible, ces récipients étant arrangés dans un réservoir résistant à la pression, et en ce que l'on met les récipients individuels ou le réservoir pour la distribution des composantes sous pression, et en ce que les composantes sont dirigées dans un système de réglage central pour y régler le dosage pour la distribution finale des milieux par au moins un organe de distribution.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les composantes individuelles sont guidées dans des tuyaux flexibles, ces derniers étant serrés dans l'unité de dosage au moyen d'un anneau de réglage de telle manière, qu'à chaque moment seulement un tuyau étant complètement ouvert tandis que les autres ne le sont que partiellement, ceci permettant de produire des mélanges choisis des composantes.
- Utilisation du dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, pour l'emmagasinage et/ou la distribution de peintures, résines/durcisseurs, colle etc.
