Description

The present invention relates to a device for separate storage or for the separate and / or joint application of individual components, such as viscous and / or powdery media according to the preamble of claim 1.

Ausgangslagestarting position

The spray can has hardly changed in appearance for decades, but the demands of consumers have changed a lot.

Since the colors from the can are difficult to mix, the user is limited in his creativity. What is needed is a way to mix colors from the spray can easily and to match colors to each other.

Problemstellung und ProduktideeProblem definition and product idea

A spray can that delivers any color! It is equipped with several, such as at least five color modules (interchangeable / refillable) (red, yellow, blue, black and white). The user sets the desired color itself and is a color cartridge empty, he can easily replace this (or refill). If one masters the appropriate color mixing technique, for example, two-component paints can also be sprayed in or out of the same container, making the can also of interest to the professional user. With inexpensive color pigments, if necessary, six or more Color modules can be coupled to achieve an attractive color palette.

The vision is to create a product with the capabilities of a professional paint spraying system, but it is more user-friendly (no paint repainting) and has a lower cleaning effort (comparable to today's spray can).

As a primary buyers market home improvement is considered. A large part of the do-it-yourselfer is probably satisfied if he can quickly apply a color that matches his expectations. One exception is e.g. ; Paint damage to the car dar. The universal applicability will cause the spray can is used more often.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Are known systems in the manner described above for only one component (spray cans). There are also systems for 2 components (paint and hardener). In these systems, however, first the entire amount of both components is mixed to then spray them then quite conventionally. This is particularly disadvantageous because the two mixed systems usually begin to react chemically with each other immediately after mixing. This limits the further durability and sprayability of the paint to minutes to a maximum of a few hours.

In der GB-2 244 221 wird eine Farbsprayanordnung gemäß des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 und 8 beschrieben, in welcher zwei getrennte Farbreservoirs mit einer Stickstoffdruckpatrone verbunden sind, um Farbe unter Druck über eine Spritzpistole mit Mischkammer je nach Farbton gemeinsam zu applizieren.GB-2 244 221 describes a paint spray arrangement according to the preamble of claims 1 and 8 in which two separate paint reservoirs are connected to a nitrogen print cartridge for co-applying paint under pressure via a spray gun with mixing chamber according to color.

Analogously, DE-100 47 838 describes a device for applying resin consisting of resin and hardener, together with a color component, wherein the components are withdrawn from separate reservoir and fed via dosing and conveying a mixing head for application.

In GB patent 14 024 a perfume spray is described in which in separate chambers different fragrance component are arranged, which can be placed by means of a compressible balloon under pressure releasably discharged via nozzles.

Finally, US Pat. No. 3,848,802 describes a device for the storage and application of two reactants, wherein the respective liquid reactants are withdrawn from storage containers by means of pumps and fed to a mixing nozzle for application.

Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, ein System, wie beispielsweise eine Sprüh- oder Spraydose, vorzuschlagen, mittels welchem pulverförmige und/oder viskose Medien in unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung bzw. zur Erzeugung unterschiedlicherThe object of the present invention is to propose a system, such as a spray or spray can, by means of which powdery and / or viscous media in different composition or to produce different

Composition or for generating different effects can be applied or output.

According to the invention, a device according to the wording of claim 1 is proposed.

Medien. It is proposed that the device is suitable for the separate storage of individual components, such as viscous and / or powdery media, and that at least one output device for the media is provided for individually, simultaneously separated and / or mixed dispensing of one or more of the Components or media.

Beschreibung der ErfindungDescription of the invention

The invention consists of a system which allows the mixing of at least two or more liquid or powdery components immediately before, during or after their spraying, the respective mixing ratio being adjustable.

In the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the individual components are stored in separate containers 3, 5 and 7 or at most in a multi-chamber container in such a way that they do not prematurely mix.

According to FIG. 1, separate, pressure-resistant component containers 3, 5 and 7 are provided, which contain all propellant gas (T), which in principle is analogous to a juxtaposition of conventional spray cans. The individual components are first in the dosing unit 11th (D) mixed and sprayed through a common spray unit 15 (S).

According to FIG. 2, separate, pressure-resistant component containers 3, 5 and 7 are again provided, which are fed by a central propellant gas container 9.

The pressure for spraying the components can be established either by a propellant gas in the individual containers (Figure 1) or by an external, separate propellant container which either has a direct connection to each individual container, as shown schematically in Figure 2, or from the outside exerts a pressure on the then, for example, flexible, trained container, which in turn are integrated in a pressure-resistant container.

Der druckfeste Behälter 10 kann neben den einzelnen Komponentenbehälter auch direkt das Treibgas beinhalten, wie in Figur 3 dargestellt, oder aber der druckfeste Behälter wird von einem externen Treibgasbehälter 9 gespiesen.FIGS. 3 and 4 each show a variant embodiment of the system according to the invention, comprising a pressure-resistant container 10 in which, for example, flexibly formed containers 3, 5 and 7 containing the individual components are arranged. The pressure-resistant container 10 can also directly contain the propellant gas in addition to the individual component containers, as shown in FIG. 3, or the pressure-resistant container is fed by an external propellant gas container 9.

The pressurization of the component container of one and the same pressure source has the advantage that it is ensured that always all component containers are at the same pressure level, which causes a high dosing and mixing constancy.

The propellant gas can either always be under pressure in the corresponding container or the pressure is built up by means of a pumping system operated either manually or mechanically (compressor, air pump, etc.).

As an important element of the invention, the dosing and mixing unit is to be designated. Each component can be passed through a simple regulating system and so the desired mixing ratio can be adjusted, as shown schematically in FIG. A user-friendly method, especially for the production of color mixtures, is that the mixing ratio can be set with a central coupled regulating system. For the user, the operation is significantly simplified. Accordingly, a possible embodiment variant of a central regulation system is shown schematically in FIGS. 6 and 7.

Shown is a section of the metering device according to the invention. The individual components are guided in flexible lines 4, 6 and 8. These are squeezed with a collar 21 so that only one line at a time (position left) or two lines (position right) are partially open, so that any color mixtures can be produced.

Again, by means of a collar 21, the two lines 14 and 16 of the dosing unit 11 'squeezed differently, making it possible to close both lines, depending on the one to open completely and keep the other closed, or even to allow a mixture of the two components.

Figur 8 schliesslich zeigt eine Kombination des 3-Komponentenreglers 11 aus Figur 6 mit dem 2-Komponentenregler 11' aus Figur 7, wodurch eine kontinuierliche Farbmischung des ganzen Farbspektrums, beispielsweise unter Verwendung der drei Farben rot, gelb und blau ermöglicht wird, mit der zusätzlichen Möglichkeit der Helligkeitsregulation dank dem Zumischen von schwarz (S) und weiss (W).Finally, FIG. 8 shows a combination of the 3-component controller 11 from FIG. 6 with the 2-component controller 11 'from FIG. 7, which permits continuous color mixing of the entire color spectrum, for example using the three colors red, yellow and blue, with the additional color spectrum Possibility of brightness regulation thanks to the mixing of black (S) and white (W).

Of course, the devices or systems according to the invention illustrated with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8 are only possible examples which can be modified, modified or supplemented by further components in any desired manner. For example, there is the possibility that the individual components are separated, dosed and sprayed, the mixture takes place only with the spraying.

The device described in the invention is particularly suitable for the production of multicolor spray cans. With the three primary colors red, yellow and blue as well as black and white, the entire color spectrum can be produced in principle. Also, special effects can be added.

It is also possible to combine paint spray cans with a paint / hardener system. The metered addition of the hardener immediately before spraying also allows opened containers to be stored for a longer time and reused.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to color systems, but any other multi-component systems, which are applied for example by spraying or spraying, can be mixed differently by means of the inventive device or applied in different doses. So it is possible, for example, in 2-component resin / hardener systems, for example, in addition to add an accelerator in different doses when applying; Furthermore, different mixtures can be applied in this manner, by adding further additives, such as, for example, foaming agents, surfactants, fillers, etc., etc.
