Claims (3)

  1. Système de transfert d'une bande de fibres (V) provenant d'un cylindre de sortie (2) d'une machine de cardage (1), comprenant un cylindre de retrait de bande (6) disposé en aval dudit cylindre de sortie (2), un convoyeur à courroie (11) disposé en aval et adjacent au cylindre de retrait de bande (6), un dispositif d'aspiration (15) comprenant un cylindre perforé (16) disposé de manière à tourner autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal, et dans lequel une structure fixe (17) forme par rapport à celui-ci un secteur d'aspiration fixe (21) relié à une source de dépression, le cylindre perforé (16) étant disposé quasiment tangentiellement au cylindre de retrait (6) et adjacent au convoyeur à courroie (11), et étant actionné, en fonctionnement, pour tourner dans la direction opposée à la direction de rotation du cylindre de retrait de bande (6) ;
    le système étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend
    un cylindre de séparation (3), disposé entre ledit cylindre de sortie (2) de la machine de cardage (1) et le cylindre de retrait de bande (6) et actionné, en fonctionnement, de manière à tourner dans la direction opposée à la direction de rotation dudit cylindre de sortie (2) de la machine de cardage (1) ;
    en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration (15) et son cylindre perforé (16) sont disposés au-dessus du cylindre de retrait de bande (6) et au-dessus de l'extrémité d'entrée du convoyeur à courroie (11), et
    en ce que ledit cylindre perforé (16) est actionné en fonctionnement, pour tourner dans la direction opposée à la direction de rotation du convoyeur à courroie (11).
  2. Système de transfert d'une bande de fibres (V) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif d'aspiration (15) est fixé et supporté par une structure de support (14) de ce convoyeur à courroie (11).
  3. Système de transfert d'une bande de fibres (V) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le dispositif d'aspiration (15) est associé à un moteur d'actionnement (23) fixé à la structure de support (14) et couplé au cylindre perforé (16).
