Claims (15)

  1. Charnière (1) appropriée pour permettre l'ouverture et la fermeture d'une porte en faisant tourner un battant de ladite porte en liaison avec un montant d'un encadrement, dans laquelle ladite charnière comprend :
    un corps de charnière (2), approprié pour être raccordé audit battant, comprenant un espace (8) approprié pour recevoir un corps de roulement à rouleaux (14) de la charnière de manière coulissante, dans lequel ledit corps de roulement à rouleaux est approprié pour supporter un corps de butée de la charnière (16) ;
    un pivot (32) approprié pour être raccordé audit montant de l'encadrement et tourné vers ledit corps de charnière (2) pour permettre la rotation relative entre ledit pivot (32) et ledit corps de charnière (2), dans lequel ledit pivot comprend une partie en forme de came (38), qui est appropriée pour permettre un retour automatique de la porte d'une configuration ouverte à une configuration fermée ;
    un moyen d'influence (20) approprié pour influencer constamment ledit corps de roulement à rouleaux pour maintenir ledit corps de butée fixé sur la partie de came (38) du pivot (32) ;
    des moyens de guidage appropriés pour guider ledit corps de roulement à rouleaux (14) entre une position rétractée, correspondant à une configuration ouverte de la porte, et une position avancée, correspondant à une configuration fermée de la porte,
    dans laquelle lesdits moyens de guidage sont appropriés pour guider ledit corps de roulement à rouleaux (14) le long d'un trajet fondamentalement rectiligne,
    ladite charnière étant caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage comprennent au moins une perche (30a, 30b) raccordée au moyen d'un couplage du type trou d'arbre audit corps de roulement à rouleaux (14) qui coulisse sur ladite perche (30a, 30b).
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de guidage sont appropriés pour guider ledit corps de roulement à rouleaux, en évitant le contact avec les parois latérales (10a, 10b) de l'espace (8).
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite perche (30a, 30b) est cylindrique.
  4. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de guidage comprennent deux perches (30a, 30b), qui s'étendent selon une direction longitudinale, coïncidant avec le sens de déplacement du corps de roulement à rouleaux d'une position rétractée à une position avancée.
  5. Charnière selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle lesdites perches sont transversalement espacées.
  6. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de guidage sont contenus dans ledit espace.
  7. Charnière selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de guidage sont supportés par une paroi de fond (12) et par des saillies (22a, 22b) de l'espace (8).
  8. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la largeur dudit corps de roulement à rouleaux (14) est inférieure à la largeur de l'espace (8).
  9. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit moyen d'influence comprend au moins un ressort (20).
  10. Charnière selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ledit au moins un ressort est constamment comprimé entre le corps de roulement à rouleaux (14) et une paroi de fond (12) de l'espace (8).
  11. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit corps de charnière (2) comprend une plaque d'appui (4) et une plaque de couvercle (6) entre lesquelles une partie du battant peut être fixée pour être raccordée au corps de charnière (2).
  12. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite partie en forme de came (38) du corps de came (36) comprend une partie active (39) et au moins une entaille (40, 42).
  13. Charnière selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ladite partie de came (38) comprend une entaille centrale (40), dans laquelle ledit corps de butée (16) est reçu dans la configuration fermée de la porte.
  14. Charnière selon la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13, dans laquelle ladite partie de came (38) comprend au moins une entaille latérale (42) dans laquelle ledit corps de butée (16) est reçu dans la configuration d'ouverture limite de la porte.
  15. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit corps de roulement à rouleaux (14), ledit corps de butée (16), ladite partie de came (38) et ladite tige (34) sont alignés de manière axiale.
