Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Segmentschale aus einem Kunststoffmaterial zur Aufnahme von Portionen eines Lebensmittels, wie Schweinemett, mit voneinander trennbaren Portionsschalen, die nach außen abgewinkelte, in der Verbundlage in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegende Randstege haben, von denen die einander benachbarter Portionsschalen entlang von Sollbruchlinien mit entsprechender Materialschwächung miteinander verbunden sind.The invention relates to a segmental shell made of a plastic material for receiving portions of a food, such as pigs, with separable serving bowls, which have outwardly angled, lying in the composite layer in a common plane edge webs, of which the adjacent portion shells along predetermined breaking lines are connected to each other with appropriate material weakening.

Macht man die Materialschwächung im Bereich der Sollbruchlinien zu stark, ergibt sich ein labiler Verbund der Portionsschalen miteinander. Dies kann beim Befüllen und weiteren Handling noch vor dem bestimmungsgemäßen Abteilen der Portionsschalen voneinander zu einem Auseinanderbrechen der Segmentschale führen. Für die Erfindung ist wesentlich, daß aufgrund der gewellten Sollbruchlinien die Randstege der miteinander verbundenen Portionsschalen sozusagen miteinander verzahnt sind. Dadurch ergibt sich insbesondere in der gemeinsamen Ebene, in der beim Verbund der Portionsschalen deren Randstege liegen, eine hohe Festigkeit. Andererseits lassen sich die schmalen Sollbruchstege im Bereich der Sollbruchlinien aufgrund deren Wellenform so anordnen, daß sie unterschiedliche Biegelinien aufweisen. Dies erhöht die Festigkeit der Portionsschalen senkrecht zur Ebene der Randstege in der verbundlage. Andererseits können deshalb die schmalen Sollbruchstege entlang den Sollbruchlinien so dimensioniert werden, daß dennoch ein leichtes Auseinanderbrechen der Portionsschalen möglich ist.For the invention is essential that due to the wavy lines of weakness, the edge webs of the interconnected portion shells are so to speak interlocked with each other. Im einzelnen erkennt man an der in Figur 1 dargestellten Segmentschale vier Portionsschalen 1, die je einen Boden 2, Seitenwandungen 3 und davon abgewinkelte Randstege 4 aufweisen. Die vier Portionsschalen 1 sind in der Verbundlage gezeigt, jede einzelne Schale läßt sich aus dem Verbund ausbrechen, um ihren Inhalt zu verwerten. Vornehmlich handelt es sich dabei um ein empfindliches Lebensmittel, wie Schweinemett, welches je nach Bedarf in einer oder mehreren kleinen Portionen verzehrt werden kann.
