Abstract

The invention relates to a piece of formwork which is specially designed for the production of reinforced concrete cornices that are, for example, built into a slab as a one-piece extension of same. The inventive piece of formwork comprises an essentially level core (1) which is based on a light and highly resistant material or, more specifically, recycled or non-recycled complex ground materials at melting point. The aforementioned core is suitably shaped in accordance with the design of the cornice and provided with a laminar shell (2) which produces a perfect surface finish for the piece and which does not adhere to the concrete. In this way, the inventive piece requires little storage and transport space and is deformation resistant when used for formwork purposes. In addition, the piece is reversible, thereby enabling either of the two sides thereof to be used, and can be recycled after use.

DESCRIPCIÓNDESCRIPTION
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a formwork piece, which has been specially designed for the workmanship of cornices and the like.
The object of the invention is to achieve a piece of formwork that is highly resistant, lightweight and of reduced volume, based on recyclable or virgin materials.
The invention is intended for the field of construction, specifically for the manufacture of concrete cornices integrated into the building.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the field of construction, participation in the façade of a cornice building is frequent, contributing decisively to its aesthetics.
For safety reasons, these cornices are manufactured in a single piece with the slab, as a frontal extension of the latter, so that such cornices are an integral part of the slab itself, with a common reinforcement. Consequently, the classical formwork to obtain the floor must be finished in a specific formwork for the type of cornice that is intended to be obtained.
At present, and as a formwork medium for these cornices, expanded polystyrene pieces are used, properly coated to avoid the adhesion of concrete, in which a suitable profile is defined to be desired in the cornice.
These formwork pieces present a problem that focuses primarily on the following aspects:
Although they are light in weight, their volume is very considerable, generating significant costs for both storage and transport.
The material they are made of is very difficult to remove, practically irrecyclable, causing a major problem for builders from the point of view of waste disposal. - Its structure is very weak, so that careful manipulation is necessary, in order to avoid blows that could disfigure its "anatomy", which would in turn imply the existence of irregularities in the resulting cornice. Each formwork piece can only be used to obtain a specific type of cornice, the one corresponding to its operating profile.
Una solución aparentemente evidente a esta problemática sería la utilización de piezas de encofrado metálicas, que además serían reutilizables, pero en la práctica esta solución tampoco es válida por cuanto que sería necesarioA seemingly obvious solution to this problem would be the use of metal formwork parts, which would also be reusable, but in practice this solution is not valid either because it would be necessary
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) recurrir a piezas de considerable espesor, para evitar deformaciones en las mismas, lo que traería consigo un excesivo peso para tales piezas, que las haría difícilmente manejables, a la vez que su carácter reutilizables obligaría a disponer de un amplio estocaje de piezas de diferentes tamaños y configuraciones, para poder obtener en la práctica cualquier tipo de comisa, piezas que se ven además sometidas a deformaciones por golpes e impactos durante la limpieza y manipulación de las mismas.SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) resorting to pieces of considerable thickness, to avoid deformations in them, which would result in excessive weight for such parts, which would make them difficult to handle, while their reusable character would require a wide stock of pieces of different sizes and configurations, to be able to obtain in practice any type of comma, pieces that are also subjected to deformations by impacts and impacts during the cleaning and handling thereof.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The formwork piece that the invention proposes, belonging to the first group of the aforementioned ones, solves in a completely satisfactory way the problem previously exposed, in the different aspects mentioned.
For this and in a more concrete way, said piece is structured by means of a relatively flattened core, profiled and sized in correspondence with the type of cornice to be obtained, based on recycled complex materials, such as vegetable or synthetic fibers mixed with melting or binder polymers. , the first of them in a proportion between 60 and 80%) and the second between 20 and 40%, materials that are crushed and taken to the melting point of their particles, at a temperature between 120 and the 140C ° 3 thus creating a homogeneous and compact mass that hardens when cooled, hardening effect that is also achieved, without the need to heat the crushed materials, when using binders.
La naturaleza de este núcleo determina para la pieza de encofrado una gran rigidez estructural, con un reducido pero y volumen, que facilita de forma muy considerable su manipulación y abarata también de forma muy considerable los costes de almacenaje y transporte, ya que diferentes piezas de un mismo tipo pueden ser interacopladas machihembradamente entre sí en ausencia de espaciosThe nature of this core determines for the formwork piece a great structural rigidity, with a reduced but and volume, which greatly facilitates its handling and also considerably reduces the costs of storage and transport, since different pieces of the same type can be intercoupled tongue and groove with each other in the absence of spaces
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) muertos o vacíos y finalmente la pieza es reversible, de manera que puede ser utilizada por ambas caras para obtener dos cornisas de diferente configuración.SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) dead or empty and finally the piece is reversible, so that it can be used on both sides to obtain two cornices of different configuration.
The aforementioned core is complemented with a wrapping sheet, of reduced thickness, based on complex paper laminated on two sides, with an aluminum or simply complex paper laminated on two sides, and can also be used instead of fiberglass paper, fabric or another similar material, sheet that is intimately adhered to the aforementioned core and that has a double function, on the one hand to achieve an optimal surface finish for the formwork piece as a whole, and on the other to get its surface to be non-stick for the constitutive concrete of the cornice.
In practice and for reasons of ease of manufacturing, said wrapping sheet will be obtained based on two pieces, essentially corresponding to one and another face of the core, which closes one on the other without continuity solution, that is, determining a perfectly smooth and continuous surface in its joining areas.
The fixing of the envelope to the core occurs automatically during the manufacturing phase of said core by participation in the same of the envelope sheet on the forming means of the core profile.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOSDESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To complete the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical implementation thereof, a set of drawings is attached as an integral part of said description. In an illustrative and non-limiting manner, the following has been represented:
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) La figura 1.- Muestra, según una vista en perspectiva, una pieza de encofrado para la obtención de cornisas y similares realizada de acuerdo con el objeto de la presente invención.SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) Figure 1 shows, according to a perspective view, a formwork piece for obtaining cornices and the like made in accordance with the object of the present invention.
Figure 2.- It shows a partial detail, enlarged and in section of the piece of the previous figure, in which its structure is observed more clearly.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the aforementioned figures, it can be seen how the formwork piece that the invention proposes is constituted from a core (1), materialized in a conglomerate based on recycled complex materials, based on polyethylene and cardboard, the first of they in a proportion between 20 and 40% and the second between 60 and 80%), materials that are crushed and taken to the melting point of their particles, at a temperature between 120 and 140 ° C , thus creating a homogeneous and compact mass that hardens when cooled, which by means of a thermal process configures a compact mass that, after cooling, is of great structural rigidity, practically undeformable, core (1) that prior to cooling is subjected to a press to achieve the configuration set for the formwork as a whole, such as the one shown in figure 1.
This core (1) is complemented by a laminar envelope (2) of very reduced thickness, based on complex paper, plasticized on two sides, with an aluminum or simply complex paper laminated on two sides, or other suitable material, which ends aesthetically the piece as a whole, which determines a perfectly smooth and continuous surface and that by its very nature prevents the adhesion of the concrete to the formwork piece.
In practice and as seen in Figure 2, said envelope (2) is constituted by two longitudinal sheets (2-2 '), which overlap slightly by their edges (3), as observed especially in the enlarged detail of Figure 2, so that since the wrapping sheet is applied to the core (1) when it is still hot and is moldable, the marginal areas (3 ') of the sheet (2') that are located under the edge ( 3) of the other sheet (2), it undergoes a perfect remission of the forming means themselves, externally offering the set of both sheets (2-2 ') a continuous surface in their joining areas.
These joints between the two sheets (2-2 ') will preferably be established on one of the faces of the piece, essentially for reasons of constructive ease, but as stated above they do not affect the performance of the piece at all, as such formwork element, which can be used interchangeably by both sides, to obtain two different types of cornices, for example a concave and a convex one.
In this way a piece of formwork of reduced weight is achieved, interacoble to other equals for a better use of the space available in its storage and transport, of high mechanical resistance, capable of determining in the formwork to obtain with it a perfect surface finish , which can also be cut, nailed and screwed easily, that with proper treatment can be reused and that in any case constitutes a recyclable element that, as such, does not pollute the environment.
