Description

The invention relates to a sound-absorbing device, in particular for mounting on a ceiling or wall.

Such a sound-absorbing device is for example from the document DE 198 39 973 A1 known. The document describes a sound absorbing device comprising a sound absorbing means coated with a fabric. The device thus produced can then be fixed to a ceiling. A variety of such devices then causes the sound absorption in the room. The sound-absorbing means provided in the sound-absorbing device is tuned to specific frequency ranges or a certain frequency range. Sound with frequencies from these frequency ranges is absorbed by the sound absorbing device. This allows you to achieve a high speech intelligibility in the room with an optimal balance of the reverberation time course.

A disadvantage of the device described in the document is that a subsequent adaptation of the sound-absorbing devices mounted in the room is not or only with great difficulty possible. However, a subsequent change may be desired for various reasons. For example, a subsequent change may be desired if the acoustic behavior of the room changes as a result of the introduction of furniture, carpets, curtains or the like. By introducing such things into the room, it may be necessary to dampen certain frequencies more than in a room in the original state (inventory / actual situation). In addition, it may be necessary to adjust the acoustic behavior according to the use of the room. If the use of the room changes, it can be necessary to adapt the acoustic behavior to the changed use.

In order to obtain subsequent changes in the acoustic behavior of a room equipped with the sound-absorbing devices known from the prior art, the sound-absorbing devices must be completely replaced. This is complicated and expensive, since the sound-absorbing devices are usually disposed of after their dismantling.

The document CA 2 226 601 A1 discloses a sound absorbing device having the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Hier setzt die vorliegende Erfindung an.This is where the present invention begins.

The invention has for its object to provide sound-absorbing devices that can be flexibly adapted to the desired acoustic behavior of a room.

This object is achieved by a sound-absorbing device according to claim 1. A sound absorbing device according to claim 1, which is particularly suitable for mounting on a ceiling or wall, has a first frame, a second frame, at least a first sound-absorbing means and a covering. The first sound absorbing means is detachably connected to the first frame and thereby exchangeable. The second frame is covered with the fabric. The second frame with the cover is slipped over the first frame with the first sound-absorbing means in the manner of a hood and releasably connected to the first frame. The thus formed sound-absorbing device can be changed in their frequency response by simple means. For this purpose, the second frame with the covering is released from the first frame, then the first sound-absorbing means separated from the first frame and against another Sound-absorbing agent with a different frequency response replaced. Subsequently, the second frame with the covering is slipped over the first frame with the first sound-absorbing means again. During the replacement of the sound absorbing means, the first frame remains at least partially fixed to the ceiling or the wall.

In a preferred device according to the invention, the first frame is designed in two parts. The two-part frame may then comprise a first frame part which can be mounted on the ceiling or the wall or the like and which remains mounted on the ceiling when replacing the sound-absorbing means. This first frame part may have a clear cross-sectional area which is equal to or greater than the cross-sectional area of the first sound-absorbing means. Then it is possible for the first sound-absorbing means to be enclosed by the first frame part.

The first frame can also comprise a second frame part in addition to the first frame part. This second frame part may be attached to the first frame part of the first frame. The second frame part advantageously has a clear cross-sectional area which is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the first sound-absorbing means, at least in one section, in particular so that the first sound-absorbing means can be held by means of the second frame part. In further sections, the clear cross-sectional area may be equal to or greater than the cross-sectional area of the first sound-absorbing means. Thus, therefore, the second frame part may be suitable for fastening the first sound-absorbing means. The first sound absorbing means may, for example, be between the second Frame part and the ceiling, the wall or the like may be clamped after assembly.

A device according to the invention may further comprise a third frame. This third frame may be releasably attached to the first frame.

The device according to the invention may comprise a second sound-absorbing means. This can be fixed in the device by means of the third frame. For this purpose, the third frame can have, at least in one section, a clear cross-sectional area which is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the sound-absorbing means. At least with sections, the third frame may enclose the second sound absorbing means. The second sound absorbing means may be advantageously clamped between the third frame and the first sound absorbing means after assembly.

A distance may remain between the first or, if appropriate, the second sound-absorbing means and the covering drawn over the second frame, which spacing may be particularly advantageous for the acoustic behavior of the sound-absorbing device.

The embodiments explained with reference to the figures largely correspond to one another. Therefore, like reference numerals are used for like parts of the devices. The devices will first be described with reference to the first embodiment according to Fig. 3 explained. The differences of the second embodiment according to the Fig. 4 and the third embodiment according to the Fig. 5 to the first embodiment will be shown below.

That in the Fig. 3 illustrated embodiment of a sound-absorbing device according to the invention is mounted on a ceiling 1. The device comprises a first frame 9, 13. The first frame is designed in two parts and has a first frame part 9 and a second frame part 13. The first frame part 9 is fragmentary in different views in the Fig. 6a to 6c shown as a single part. The second frame part is in different views partly in the Fig. 7a to 7c shown. Both frame parts 9, 13 are made of a profile, preferably an extruded profile, in which sections of the profile are sawn miter and thus at right angles juxtaposed give an overall rectangular frame. In principle, all forms are possible (different from the illustrated embodiment) (rectangular, angular, round, freeform etc.) The four sections of each frame part 9, 13 are screwed together with angles 9a and 13a and screws 9b and 13b.

The first frame part 9 of the first frame 9, 13 is screwed to the ceiling 1 with screws 5. This first frame part 9 has a clear cross-sectional area which is slightly larger than the cross-sectional area of a first sound-absorbing means 17. As a result, a distance remains between the sound-absorbing means 17, which is substantially cuboid-shaped, and the first frame part 9.

In addition, a Compri band 10 is inserted between the first frame part 9 and the ceiling 1, which creates the airtight assembly between 9 and 1.

The sound-absorbing means 17 can basically be configured as desired. First sound-absorbing means may comprise an acoustically effective filling, for example of mineral wool, preferably airtight packed in PE film. This acoustically effective filling can rest on a sheet metal insert, the strength of which can be determined according to acoustic requirements. Acoustic filling and sheet metal can form a plate resonator.

The second frame part 13 has a clear cross-sectional area that is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the first sound-absorbing means 17. With a portion, the second frame part 13 is further configured to surround the first sound-absorbing means 17 with this section. With a projecting portion 14, the second frame part 13 hangs on the first frame part 9. About screws 12 and with the interposition of a presentation tape 11 with a thickness of 3 mm, the first frame part 9 and the second frame part 13 are screwed together. The second frame part engages behind with the interposition of a first Butylbandes 15 and a second Butylbandes 16, the first sound-absorbing means 17 and presses this against the ceiling 1, so that the first sound-absorbing means 17 between the ceiling 1 and the second frame part 13 of the first frame 9, 13 is clamped.

A device according to the invention has, in addition to the first frame 9, 10, a second frame 2. Also this second frame is like in the Fig. 8a to 8c shown manufactured from profile sections which are mitred and are screwed together with the aid of angles 2a and screws 2b to form a rectangular frame. The frame has recesses 6, 7, which serve to fasten a fabric 4, 4a, 4b. Furthermore, the second frame 2 has a projecting portion 8. This projecting portion 8 is provided with holes, or with recesses, via which the second frame 2 is attached to the outside of the first frame part 9 of the first frame 9, 13. The second frame 2 is mounted on the screws 3a, which are screwed to the first frame part 9 of the first frame 9, 13, mounted. By means of the screws 3b, the position of the second frame 2 is fixed to the first frame part 9. This allows at any time easy assembly and disassembly of the second frame. 2

For fixing the voltage 4, 4a, 4b, in the embodiments according to the Fig. 3 to 5 each carried out in two parts, the edges of the covering parts 4a, 4b are clamped in the recesses 6 and 7 respectively. The first of the covering parts, the covering part 4a, is otherwise designed as an elongate material web, which is beaten once around the circumference of the second frame 2 and is clamped both in the recess 6 and in the recess 7 and in the region of Corner of the second frame 2 is sewn. By contrast, the second covering part 4b has a substantially square or rectangular construction and is clamped by the edges in the recess 7 of the second frame 2.

The aforementioned features have all three embodiments according to the Fig. 3 to 5 on. The embodiment according to the Fig. 4 differs only in that only a Butylband 15 is provided to decouple the sound absorbing means 17 of the second frame part 13 of the first frame 9, 13. The second Butylband 16, which in the embodiment according to the Fig. 3 is provided, omitted in the embodiment according to Fig. 4 , Another difference between the embodiment according to Fig. 3 and the embodiment according to Fig. 4 is that the sound absorbing means 17 in the embodiment according to Fig. 3 is designed so that medium and high frequencies are absorbed. In contrast, the sound absorbing means 17 in the embodiment according to the Fig. 4 configured to absorb low and high frequencies in particular.

The embodiment according to the Fig. 5 corresponds to the embodiment according to the already written features Fig. 4 , However, there are additional features added. In addition to the features already mentioned, the embodiment according to Fig. 5 namely a third frame 16. This third frame is made of frame sections which have the same profile as the second frame part 13 which is in the Fig. 7a to 7c is shown in more detail and is already described above with reference to these figures. However, the clear cross-sectional area of the third frame is smaller than the second frame part 13 of the first frame 9, 13. About the projecting portion 17 and 18 screws the third frame 16 is screwed to the second frame part 13 of the first frame 9, 13.

The embodiment according to the Fig. 5 has a second sound absorbing means 21 in addition to the first sound absorbing means 17. This is also substantially cuboid-shaped, but has a smaller cross-sectional area than the first sound-absorbing means. Also, the height of the second sound absorbing means 21 is less than the height of the first sound absorbing means 17. The cross sectional area of the second sound absorbing means 21 is set so that the second sound absorbing means 21 is surrounded by the third frame 16 and interposed with butyl tape 19, 20 is decoupled from the third frame 16.

The second frame 2 with the fabric 4, 4a, 4b forms a kind of hood, with which the remaining parts of the devices according to the invention are covered. It remains between the first sound-absorbing means 17 and the second sound-absorbing means 21 (in the case of the embodiment according to FIG Fig. 5 ), a free space that promotes the sound absorption of the sound absorbing means 17 and the second sound absorbing means 21.
