Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a Fußeinlage consisting of a spatially deformed stabilizing plate of dimensionally stable plastic with great bending stiffness, which supports at least the midfoot of a wearer, and an associated with this formauflageteil of flexible material with adapted to the sole of the wearer top covering at least the stabilization plate. Such a foot insert is known from DE 203 14 288 U. To increase the flexibility of this foot insert in the stabilization plate outgoing incisions or rows of holes are provided as weakening zones. In this case, it has already been proposed, in each case to submit a Korrekturelernent to one side of such a weakening zone, so as to exhaust the relative compliance of the part of the stabilizing plate on the other side of the incision under load from the carrier.
The present invention has for its object to produce a foot insert, which serves not only to correct malformations of the foot in the sense of pain relief or pain relief, but can serve the therapeutic purposes. The solution to this consists in a foot insert of the type mentioned, which is characterized by a plurality of arranged on the underside of the stabilizing plate, elastically deformable correction and stimulation elements. Here, the correction and stimulation elements are arranged so that they lead to stimulation at certain points before the foot is placed completely on the ground. This triggers so-called proprioceptive reflexes, in which the stimulus and the place of success are identical. By such an irritation with subsequent reflexes, the human body, in particular Musculature, in its statics and dynamics are trained specifically. The arrangement of the correction and stimulation elements must be individually adapted to the maldevelopment of posture or the foot, the therapy or training successes must be checked regularly.
Hereinafter, the term stimulation elements is used throughout, which designates the priority task of the object.
The extent of the individual stimuli can be varied by different design of the stimulation elements, on the one hand the elevation of the elements on the underside of the foot insert, on the other hand, the stiffness of the materials of the stimulation elements and finally the nature of the connection of the stimulation elements with the footrest plays a role. Preferred embodiments will be discussed below by way of example only and not exhaustively.
The attachment may be attachment or attachment to the underside of the stabilization plate. However, it may also have the stabilizing plate breakthroughs, so that the stimulus is introduced directly into the mold support. Finally, the mold support itself can also have openings, so that at least one stimulation element is plug-like or with a plurality of plugs inserted into the mold support. Suitable types of fastening are gluing, riveting, screwing, clamping, crimping or welding and welding.
As fastening types and clamping connections come at the edge of the stabilization plate into consideration.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that the stimulation elements are non-destructively separable connected to the stabilizing plate to allow individual adjustments and subsequent corrections of the position of the stimulation elements. It is particularly advantageous, if the stabilization plate and possibly also the mold support has a plurality of prepared holes or openings, inserted into the stabilizing elements either positively can be. In this case, the elastic resilience of the stabilizing elements can be exploited during insertion.
With regard to the material properties, a layered structure of different layers of plastics, in particular foam of different hardness can be proposed. According to another embodiment, a stimulation element may consist of a casing with a gel insert. In contrast to the first-mentioned embodiment, which creates a volume-variable element, the second embodiment has only the possibility of change in shape with volume constancy. In a particular embodiment it is provided that at least two stimulation elements contain hydraulic medium and are connected to one another via connection channels, so that an interaction between them arises.
The stimulation elements can have down-flat, spherical or pointed pads. Likewise, they can act upon penetration of the stabilization plate with spike-like stimulation elements or load-distributing plate bodies on the sole of the wearer.
Reference is made to the embodiments mentioned in the subclaims.
