Description
The present invention relates to a sports shoe with a sole consisting of a wear sole with Layer structure and an insole as well as one lying between these, at least in the rear part of the Sole existing wedge body consists, which is provided substantially in the middle of the heel area closed Has cavity, in which at least the upper part is an upwardly widening, most suitable one truncated cone or the like has corresponding shape.
The usefulness of a sports shoe is largely determined by its sole construction, especially its elasticity the sole and from its adaptation to evenly supporting the sole of the foot.
Weitere Nachteile sind das Auftreten von Schmerzen in den Zehen, weil der Fuß imA disadvantage of known sports shoes is that, since the sole in the heel area must be relatively stable, the sole in this part is at the same time quite inelastic and therefore difficult to adapt to different foot shapes, which in part results in harmful stresses in the form of flattened arches of the foot and one in the heel Causes bone thorn. Other disadvantages include the occurrence of pain in the toes because of the foot in the

With regard to the state of the art, the following Referenced patents: DE-PS 135 595, DE-PS 953 584, DE-OS 2 152 710 and DE-OS 2 460 034, GB-PS 1 010 519, GB-PS 1 018 098, SE-PS 890 045, SE-PS 116 298, DK-PS 57 400 and US Pat. No. 2,741,038. Various types of shoe sole constructions are indicated in the above-mentioned patents, which contain elastic components, including air cushions. The shoe sole constructions of these documents have become however, not extensively introduced, mainly for the reason that they are not suitably elastic in the heel region and provide appropriately distributed suspension and support for the foot. Regarding the state of the art, we will See Applicant's Finnish Patent Application No. 760,588 (corresponding U.S. Patent No. 4,102,061); these The illustrated sports shoe construction is intended with the present invention while utilizing the experience of use to be further developed. It has been found that in this sports shoe design of the applicant, the under the heel centrally attached cavity provided suspension properties are elastic and not sufficiently damped.
Um diese Nachteile zu beseitigen und um später erhellende Ziele zu erreichen, ist der erfindungsgemäße Sportschuh in der Hauptsache dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geschlossene Hohlraum in einen oberen und einen unteren Teil unterteiltIn order to eliminate these disadvantages and to achieve objectives which will later become evident, the sports shoe according to the invention is shown in FIG mainly characterized in that the closed cavity is divided into an upper and a lower part

11 bezeichnet. According to the invention, the shoe has a sole IO in layered construction, consisting of a wear sole 12, an inner sole 13 and a wedge-shaped intermediate body 14. The parts 12, 13 and 14 are made of suitable rubber or plastic and are glued together, for example tied together. The wedge body 14 gives the sole 10 and vor allem ihrem dem Absatzteil entsprechenden Teil eine geeignete Form. Die Verschleißsohle 12 trägt eine Verschleißfläche 18 mit erhabener Profilierung.especially their part corresponding to the paragraph part suitable shape. The parts 12 and 13 can mainly be plate-like. The wear sole 12 has a wear surface 18 with a raised profile.
Die Hohlräume 15a, 16a schließen luftdicht unten gegen die Verschleißsohle1, 2, 3A and 3B, the closed air cavity provided in the center of the heel area consists of an upper part 15a and a lower part 16a, which are introduced into the wedge body 14 by drilling. Essentially cylindrical in shape. The shape of the top Part 15a gives the elastic insole 13 under the heel suitable progressive resilience properties according to the invention is still further improved by means of the membrane 17a, which has a flow opening 18a with a small in its center Has diameter.
The function of the elastic sports shoe construction explained above is described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 3A and 3B. As shown in FIG. 3A, the elastic insole is in the dot-dashed position 13 when the sole of the shoe is free of stress and no pressure is exerted on the sole of the foot. When the shoe is placed on the ground, the elastic insole 13 yields elastically in the area of the heel and to some extent also in that of the arch of the foot due to the underlying cavities. In this connection, the pressure p 1 in the upper partial cavity 15 a rises higher than the pressure P 1 in the lower partial cavity 16. The pressure difference Λρ = pi ~ p2 ^ s ** tends to balance itself out to some extent due to the elasticity of the membrane 17a, but above all by virtue of the damping flow F, which takes place through the hole 18a with a small diameter in the membrane 17a. This flow F takes place until ρ.j = p2. In this way, a cushioned suspension of the sole in the heel area is achieved.
In Fig. 3A ist die JnnensohLe' 13 in ihrer eingedrückten End-In Fig. 3A the inner sole '13 is in its depressed end

Accordingly, the membrane bears the designation 17a 1 and the cavities are identified with 15a 1 and 16a 1 . As soon as the pressure of the heel against the insole 13 'ceases, the insole begins to rise in the direction of the layer 13, and here P2> p.! and the flow through the opening 18a of the membrane goes in the opposite direction to the arrow P.
A second embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the upper partial cavity 15b being conical And the lower partial cavity 16b is cylindrical. At the top of the conical cavity 15b is a opening 18b provided with a small diameter, which in works in the same way as described above. In this embodiment of the invention there is no separate membrane provided, but the same corresponding links arise from the lying between the cavities 15b and 16b Ring part 17b of the wedge body 14.
Die Membran oder Platte 17c arbeitet in ebensolcher Weise wie die Membran 17a, ausser in dem Fall, daß5A and 5B, the upper partial cavity 15c has the shape of a truncated cone. In his lower In part, there is a shoulder in front of the cylindrical lower partial cavity 16c. To the said paragraph is a proportional one rigid, for example made of rubber, plastic or metal existing cylindrical plate body 17c placed, which has a hole 18c with a small diameter in the middle. The membrane or plate 17c operates in the same way Way as the membrane 17a, except in the case that

Ein Druckunterschied in umgekehrter Richtung hingegen gleicht sich nur durch die öffnung 18c mit kleinem Durchmesser verzögert aus, womit die erfindungsgemäßen gedämpften Federungseigenschaften erreicht werden.the pressure p2 in the lower cavity 16c is higher than the pressure p. in the upper cavity 15c; then the membrane or plate 17c can lift up in its entirety and the said pressure difference can be equalized very quickly. A pressure difference in the opposite direction, on the other hand, is compensated for with a delay only by the opening 18c with a small diameter, whereby the damped spring properties according to the invention are achieved.
In the shoe according to the invention, the shape of the upper cavity 15a; 15b; 15c in conjunction with the damped suspension properties the cavities a more affordable sports shoe construction compared to the known.
