Claims (3)
- Système d'appareil à prépaiement pour trois monnaies, du type appareil à prépaiement présentant une plaque frontale pourvue en premier lieu d'un disque tournant (12) logé sur la face postérieure de la plaque frontale (1), une plaque à plusieurs ouvertures semi-circulaires, cette plaque étant dotée de doigts palpeurs, et enfin, une autre plaque tournante, d'où ressort, à travers ces ouvertures, une couronne dentelée contre les dents de laquelle s'appuie un cliquet, qui empêche le retour de l'ensemble du mécanisme, pendant que l'autre face de ce deuxième disque tournant présente une feuillure circulaire qui pousse une plaque de fermeture afin que la monnaie de moindre diamètre puisse être retirée pendant qu'il tourne, la totalité de l'ensemble étant actionné par une unité de contrôle qui s'accouple au moyen d'une vis de réglage, aux autres parties du système d'appareil à prépaiement, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est entraîné par trois monnaies, de sorte que :- sur la plaque frontale (1) ils sont pourvus de trois rainures (2, 3 et 4)- sur l'une des faces du premier disque (12), ils sont pourvus de réceptacles (13) de la taille des monnaies qui vont y être logées,- sur le bord de ces réceptacles (13) ils sont pourvus de feuillures (14) qui contribuent à la sortie d'un doigt palpeur situé dans le réceptacle (13) lorsque le doigt tourne, et qu'il n'y a pas de monnaie- dans l'unité de contrôle, sont disposé des moyens d'embrayage qui désaccouple l'action de l'unité de contrôle lorsque un certain seuil du couple de torsion est franchi,- sur le second disque giratoire, et en particulier sur la couronne dentelée en angle, une partie des dents ont été éliminées afin de faciliter le retour pour l'expulsion d'une monnaie introduite par erreur, ce qui arrive assez fréquemment car on doit introduire trois monnaies,- la face postérieure de l'ensemble est pourvue d'un cliquet de désaccouplement.
- Système d'appareil à prépaiement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens embrayage situés dans l'unité de contrôle (6) consistent à procurer une extrémité de la vis de réglage (5), qui est logée à l'intérieur de l'unité de contrôle (6), avec des feuillures à section semi-circulaire (25), où sont accouplés chaque cylindre métallique (16), alors que l'unité de contrôle (6) possède un réceptacle circulaire central qui présente des saillies circulaires (17) définissant chacune un réceptacle où sont situés des rouleaux en plastique (18), de sorte que, si pour une raison quelconque, la force exercée sur l'unité de contrôle dépasse la résistance à la déformation des rouleaux en plastique (18), ces derniers sont déformés par l'action des rouleaux métalliques, l'unité de contrôle se désaccouple alors, il n'existe donc aucun risque de rupture de toute autre partie de l'ensemble, de sorte que l'on peut considérer qu'il existe un embrayage dans l'unité de contrôle.
- Système d'appareil à prépaiement à trois monnaies selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens destinés à fixer le système d'appareil à prépaiement au reste de l'ensemble, possède un cliquet (19) disposé sur la plaque postérieure de l'ensemble ; ce cliquet (19) étant soumis à une traction à travers un ressort (20) qui fait que le cliquet oscille en relation avec la vis de réglage (21), ce cliquet étant normalement déplié pour empêcher le retrait du système d'appareil à prépaiement de son lieu d'installation 10.
