Claims (7)
- Procédé de production de panneaux latéraux de fauteuil pour leur application en tant que panneaux latéraux de support (3), panneaux latéraux de gradin (33) ou panneaux latéraux avant de gradin (133), qui permet la fabrication, en une seule opération de moulage, de panneaux latéraux entiers en matériau plastique qui comprennent les éléments de support ou d'ancrage des sièges sur différentes surfaces, ainsi que des accoudoirs intégrés ou des moyens permettant de fixer des accoudoirs rabattables, en utilisant à cet effet un moule unique composé :- d'une partie fixe (1) à partir de laquelle le corps principal (2) commun à tous les panneaux latéraux est produit et sur laquelle les autres éléments du panneau latéral sont ajoutés lors de l'opération de moulage- d'une pièce ou partie supérieure interchangeable (6), (66), qui donne lieu à un accoudoir fixe (8) ou à des extensions d'extrémité supérieure (9) du panneau latéral permettant de fixer un accoudoir rabattable (12), et- d'une partie ou pièce inférieure interchangeable (4), (44), (144) qui donne lieu à des moyens permettant de soutenir le panneau latéral de fauteuil sur le plancher ou sur la marche (5), (7), (10) et (11).
- Procédé de production de panneaux latéraux de fauteuil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau latéral de fauteuil de support (3), doté d'un accoudoir fixe (8), d'un montant (5) et d'un sabot (7), est produit par un procédé de moulage de plastique en une seule pièce, en utilisant un moule qui comprend la partie fixe (1), la partie supérieure interchangeable (6) et la partie inférieure interchangeable (4).
- Procédé de production de panneaux latéraux de fauteuil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau latéral de fauteuil de support (3), pour un accoudoir rabattable, doté d'un montant (5) et d'un sabot (7), est produit par un procédé de moulage de plastique en une seule pièce, utilisant un moule comprenant la partie fixe (1), la partie supérieure interchangeable (66) et la partie inférieure interchangeable (4).
- Procédé de production de panneaux latéraux de fauteuil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau latéral de fauteuil de marche (33), doté d'un accoudoir fixe (8), est produit par un procédé de moulage de plastique en une seule pièce, utilisant un moule comprenant la partie fixe (1), la partie supérieure interchangeable (6) et la partie inférieure interchangeable (44).
- Procédé de production de panneaux latéraux de fauteuil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau latéral de fauteuil de marche (33), pour un accoudoir rabattable, est produit par un procédé de moulage de plastique en une seule pièce, utilisant un moule comprenant la partie fixe (1), la partie supérieure interchangeable (66) et la partie inférieure interchangeable (44).
- Procédé de production de panneaux latéraux de fauteuil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau latéral de fauteuil avant de gradin (33), doté d'un accoudoir fixe (8), d'un montant (5) et d'un sabot (7), est produit par un procédé de moulage de plastique en une seule pièce, utilisant un moule comprenant la partie fixe (1), la partie supérieure interchangeable (6) et la partie inférieure interchangeable (144).
- Procédé de production de panneaux latéraux de fauteuil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau latéral de fauteuil avant de gradin (33), pour un accoudoir rabattable, doté d'un montant (5) et d'un sabot (7), est produit par un procédé de moulage de plastique en une seule pièce comprenant la partie fixe (1), la partie supérieure interchangeable (66) et la partie inférieure interchangeable (144).
