Accordingly, a flow loss caused as air is re-circulated to the upper side of the partition plate after passing through the diffuser can be reduced, and thus, a suction force and efficiency of the centrifugal fan can be enhanced.

Claims (8)

  1. Zentrifugalgebläse (12) für einen Staubsauger, das aufweist:
    - einen Antriebsmotor (58), der eingerichtet ist, eine Drehkraft zu erzeugen;
    - ein Flügelrad (62), das durch eine Drehwelle (60) mit dem Antriebsmotor (58) verbunden ist und eine Luftblaskraft erzeugt;
    - eine Trennplatte (82), die innerhalb eines Flügelradgehäuses (52) angebracht ist, die eine Oberseite, die zum Flügelrad weist, und eine Unterseite aufweist, die zum Antriebsmotor (58) weist;
    - einen Diffusor (80), der an der Oberseite der Trennplatte (82) ausgebildet ist, um einen Druck der Luft zu erhöhen, die durch das Flügelrad geströmt ist, wobei der Diffusor mehrere Diffusorblätter (80a) aufweist;
    - eine hintere Schaufel (84), die an der Unterseite der Trennplatte ausgebildet ist, um Luft, die aus dem Diffusor (80) ausgestoßen wird, so zu leiten, daß sie durch den Antriebsmotor (58) strömt; und
    - ein Luftleitelement (90), das senkrecht an der Außenseite jedes der Diffusorblätter (80a) ausgebildet ist, um Luft, die durch den Diffusor (80) geströmt ist, zur hinteren Schaufel (84) zu leiten.
  2. Gebläse nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Luftleitelement als eine tragflächenförmige Platte ausgebildet ist.
  3. Gebläse nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Luftleitelement so ausgebildet ist, daß es auf der Seite des Diffusors nach unten geneigt ist.
  4. Gebläse nach Anspruch 3, wobei eine Seite des Luftleitelements auf der Seite der Diffusorblätter integral ausgebildet ist und die andere Seite eine Innenumfangsfläche des Flügelradgehäuses berührt.
  5. Staubsauger, der aufweist:
    - einen Staubsaugerkörper mit einem Zentrifugalgebläse (12), das eingerichtet ist, eine Saugkraft zu erzeugen, und einem Staubsammelfilter (10) zum Sammeln von Staub; und
    - eine Saugdüse (20) zum Aufsaugen von Staub,
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zentrifugalgebläse ein Gebläse nach Anspruch 1 ist.
  6. Staubsauger nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Luftleitelement als eine tragflächenförmige Platte ausgebildet ist.
  7. Staubsauger nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Luftleitelement so ausgebildet ist, daß es auf der Seite des Diffusors nach unten geneigt ist.
  8. Staubsauger nach Anspruch 7, wobei eine Seite des Luftleitelements auf der Seite der Diffusorblätter integral ausgebildet ist und die andere Seite eine Innenumfangsfläche des Flügelradgehäuses berührt.
