Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Tragstrebe für Schutzgitter für Lüfter sowie Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.The invention relates to a support strut for protective grille for fans and method for their preparation.
Schutzgitter schützen Lüfterrotore, beispielsweise von Axiallüftern, gegen Berührung von außen. Sie bestehen aus im allgemeinen konzentrisch zur Drehachse des Lüftermotors angeordneten Gitterringen aus Draht, die an radial angeordneten, als Halterungsarme dienenden Tragstreben befestigt, meist angeschweißt sind. Über sie werden das Biegemoment, das der Lüftermotor auf das Schutzgitter ausübt, das durch die Rotation hervorgerufene Moment sowie alle anderen durch die Lüfterfunktion bedingten Kräfte, wie Schwingungen, An- und Abbremsmomente u. a. auf die Tragstreben des Schutzgitters übertragen. Daher müssen sowohl die Tragstreben als auch ihre Verbindungsstellen besonders stabil ausgebildet sein. Für größere Lüfter, beispielsweise mit Axialmotoren ab einer Baugröße von 710 mm Durchmesser werden aus einem Flachprofil bestehende Tragstreben verwendet, wobei das Flachprofil über seine hohe Kante gebogen ist. Die Tragstreben erhalten hierdurch eine hohe Biegesteifigkeit. Um die Tragstrebe an dem Lüftermotor sowie in der Wandung, beispielsweise mittels eines Wandringes, zu befestigen, müssen an den Enden der Tragstreben Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen sein. Zur Befestigung mit dem Wandring ist an dem äußeren Ende der Tragstrebe eine mit Bohrungen versehene Lasche angeschweißt. Mittels Schrauben wird die Lasche auf den Wandring aufgeschraubt. Zur Verbindung mit dem Lüftermotor sind die Tragstreben mit ihrem inneren Ende an einen ebenfalls mit Bohrungen versehenen Flanschring angeschweißt, der mit dem Lüftermotor verschraubt wird.In general, the protective grille on the wall, in which the fan is installed, attached. Abgesehen von dem damit verbundenen zusätzlichen Aufwand haftet die Beschichtung nicht dauerhaft an fehlerhaften Stellen der Schweißnaht, beispielsweise Gas- oder Schlackeeinschlüsscn, die auch nicht durch die spezielle Vorbehandlung beseitigt werden können. Die allein durch das vorteilhafte Umformen hergestellte Tragstrebe besitzt also sofort nach Abschluss aller Biegevorgänge an ihren beiden Enden das jeweils erforderliche Befestigungsmittel. Dadurch sind weder Schweißvorgänge noch spezielle Schweißnahtvorbehandlungen für die Beschichtung erforderlich, was die Herstellung der Tragstrebe wesentlich vereinfacht. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil besteht darüber hinaus darin, dass sie sich als ein aus einem Stück gefertigtes Teil ohne Probleme beschichten lässt, so dass Korrosion aufgrund einer mangelhaften Beschichtung in den kritischen Bereichen ihrer Montage mit einem Wandring bzw. Lüfter von vorn herein vermieden wird. Die einteilige Ausführung, d. h, die Integration der Befestigungsmittel in die Tragstrebe, hat darüber hinaus den Vorteil, dass zur Verbindung mit dem Lüfter ein Flanschring nicht mehr erforderlich ist.
