Description

The present invention relates to a flexible shelving system consisting of flexible webs sandwiched between frame members, e.g. Rods are tensioned or suspendable to these, with intermediate pieces, which also consist of flexible sheet material, are sewn to the tensioned or suspendable webs that results in a compartment division.

From the prior art flexible specialist systems for mounting in frames, especially in transport containers, known. These flexible specialist systems enable the gentle transport of piece goods, such as automotive parts, in large quantities in a closed transport container. Specialist systems are known with various shapes of compartments or pockets, including those that consist of compartments that can be loaded from the front ends of the transport container ago. For such a flexible tray system flexible webs are mounted in a frame, for example stretched between frame members, wherein superimposed webs with vertical spacers, which are also made of flexible material, are sewn, so that there are compartments. Large transport containers require large, coherent flexible shelving systems. The manufacture of such large flexible shelving systems requires the use of appropriately sized machines, such as e.g. Sewing machines or welding devices. The replacement of the conventional machines by those which are suitable for the production of large coherent specialized systems, but is very expensive.

EP-A-865 991 offenbart ein Fachsystem gemäß dem Obergegriff des Anspruchs 1.EP-A-865 991 discloses a tray system according to the preamble of claim 1.

Compared to this prior art, the present invention has the object to provide large flexible shelving systems with a sufficient number of subjects available that can be produced in a cost effective and time-saving manner.

The object is solved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1, wherein a large flexible compartment system of a plurality of basic elements with a smaller number of compartments is modular, wherein the basic elements are designed so that they are mutually connectable to a larger unit.

This construction makes it possible to use the conventional production machines and methods to produce flexible shelving systems as modules for larger flexible shelving systems with a large number of shelves. No new machines have to be procured for production. In addition, the combination of several basic elements to a flexible specialist system saves production time against-over the production of a large coherent compartment system, as smaller units of the specialized system can be handled more easily, ie aligned and fixed. The modular design also allows the replacement of individual basic elements in the event of damage without having to replace the entire compartment system. Above all, the modular system is also suitable for large series production, since a large number of identical modules can be produced, which can then be connected to different sized specialist systems according to the customer's wishes.

In a variant of the invention, each basic element is composed of four compartments. Such elements are already being produced and distributed for smaller shipping containers. Moreover, it is advantageous if the basic elements or modules according to the invention are specially designed so that they are easily mutually connectable and optionally also in a basically arbitrarily large number of interconnected.

Conveniently may be an embodiment of the invention in which the composite primitives are all identical. Producing just one type of primitive saves time and money.

In another preferred embodiment, the lower flexible webs of the respective upper basic elements have no fastening elements for the frame. This arrangement reduces the installation height of the compartment system and simplifies the manufacture of the basic elements, since only one track is attached to the frame of two abutting flexible webs of two basic elements, which are sewn together anyway.

Moreover, it is useful in this embodiment of the invention that the superimposed basic elements are sewn together along the fastening elements for attachment to the frame or are connected to each other by means of Velcro. This prevents slippage of the lowermost flexible web of the respective upper basic element.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the flexible webs of the individual basic elements are sewn on the sides into loops. Handrails can be inserted through the loops, with which the compartment system is attached to the frame and tensioned.

In this embodiment of the invention, it is expedient that the uppermost or lowermost of the flexible webs of two abutting basic elements are provided on both sides only with loop halves, which are sewn to the corresponding loop halves of the abutting flexible web to one or more full loops. In this arrangement, both the lowermost flexible web of the upper base member and the uppermost flexible web of the lower base member are held and stretched on the frame. The loops of an upper and a lower track superimposed primitives can also be offset to each other gap.

Alternatively, the complete loops of two superimposed primitives may be sewn together to form a full loop. If the loops are sewn together at their furthest protruding points, a loop of doubled material results after sewing.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the superimposed basic elements are sewn together along the openings of the compartments or connected to each other by means of Velcro fasteners. This prevents the loading of the transport container cargo is accidentally inserted between two basic elements. The embodiment with Velcro closures also allows a quick separation of the basic elements after removal from the frame.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, additional loops or loops are attached to the upper and lower sides of the respective lowermost and uppermost webs of a modular composite tray system, can be guided by the tie rods, which hold the tray system in the vertical direction and tension. This prevents sagging of the flexible webs when loaded with heavy objects.

Each basic element is composed of horizontally stretched flexible webs, which are connected to each other by means of vertical spacers 2, which are also made of flexible sheet material, so that four compartments 3 are formed. On the sides right and left of the compartments 3, the flexible webs 1, 16, 17 sewn into loops 18, are guided by the tie rods 6 for attachment to the frame. The superimposed basic elements 4 are equipped with spacers 14 in the embodiment shown. In the illustrated embodiment, the spacers 14 are also made of flexible sheet material that is folded so that angles are created which are sewn together. The spacers are sized to span a distance that allows both tracks 16, 17 to be attached to attachment bars with loops. The spacers 14 of the upper and lower basic element are sewn together. This can be seen particularly clearly in the side view in Figure 2, in which one of the seams 15 along the openings of the compartments is shown schematically.

When connecting the basic elements in this first embodiment, one can proceed so that first the spacers 14 are sewn together on one of the two end sides of the compartment system back to back. Then the two spacers are folded and the shelves folded up. The connection between two basic elements shown schematically in FIG. 2 was produced in this way. For example, on the opposite face of the bin system, the attachment may be accomplished by folding the spacers 14 outwardly, i. so that they protrude beyond the conclusion of the subject system, and thus are accessible for sewing.

It is also composed of two basic elements 4 'and 21', each having four compartments 3 '. Of course, embodiments of the invention are also possible in which each primitive has an application adapted number of bins arranged in columns and rows, e.g. only one tray, 1 × 10 trays, 10 × 3 trays, 50 × 80 trays.

It can be clearly seen that the lowermost flexible web 16 'of the upper base member 4' has no loops 18 'for attachment to the tie rods 6'. So that the lowermost track 16 'of the upper base member 4' is also held within the frame, the lowermost track 16 'of the upper base member 4' is sewn to the uppermost track 17 'of the lower base member 21' parallel to the course of the attachment loops or by means of a Velcro fastened to her. This can be seen particularly clearly in FIG. 6, in which two basic elements each having two compartments are shown. The two basic elements 4 "', 21"' are not yet connected to one another in the figure, so that it can be clearly seen that the lowermost flexible web 16 "'of the upper basic element has no lateral loops. of the lower base element has two lateral loops 18 '''', the seams 19 '''parallel to the course of the fastening loops 18 "'for connecting the upper base member to the lower base member are well visible as dashed lines.

In addition, in Figure 4, the connection of the upper 4 'and lower 21' basic elements by means of a hook and loop fastener 13 'along the openings of the subjects can be seen. This connection, in addition to the slippage of the lower panel 16 'of the upper base member 4' also prevents cargo from being pushed between the two base members when loading the racking system. Instead of the Velcro 13 ', the compound can also be prepared by means of a double-sided adhesive tape.

The attachment of the intermediate elements 2 "'in this embodiment is also shown in Figure 6. The intermediate elements are each folded at their upper and lower ends and the resulting horizontal surfaces 20"' of the intermediate elements 2 "are against the upper and lower flexible webs, respectively 1 "', 16"' and 17 "'sewn or glued.

Der Klettverschluß 13" schließt in dieser Ausführungsform mit der Schnittkante der Bahnen 16" und 17" ab.FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment according to the invention, in which the lowermost flexible web 16 "of the upper basic element 4" and the uppermost flexible web 17 "of the lower basic element 21" are each provided with only one loop half 7 "or 8". The two loop halves 7 "and 8" are sewn together so as to form a full loop through which a tie rod 6 "is slid in. The interconnected base elements 4" and 21 "are additionally along the openings of the pockets by means of hook and loop fasteners 13 "connected. The hook and loop fastener 13 "in this embodiment closes with the cut edge of the webs 16" and 17 ".

As an alternative to the fastening possibilities of the basic elements to the frame already described, an embodiment is shown in FIG. 7 in which the fastening loops 18 '' 'of the uppermost 17' ', or lowermost 16' '' webs of two abutting basic elements 4 '', 21 '' ' are arranged offset from each other so that both the loops 18 "" of the upper and the lower base member can be secured to a retaining bar. This type of attachment allows for the removal of the support rods rapid separation of the individual basic elements from each other.

In Figure 8, an embodiment of the invention is shown, which biases the tray system in the vertical direction. For this purpose, at the lowermost flexible web 16 '"" in extension of the intermediate elements 2 ""' eyelets 11 ""'attached. In the illustrated embodiment, the eyelets are formed by sewing to the lowermost flexible web 16 "'" flexible short pieces 20'"" of the same material as the flexible webs and provided with holes 11 '"". Alternatively, the short pieces 20 "'' may also be made of a stronger material than the flexible sheets. Through the holes 11 '"" is a tie rod 6 ""', which is shown in the figure, even outside the holes out. The tension rod 6 '"" is bolted to the frame 12 ""'. Alternatively, for tensioning the Specialist system also hooks made of metal or plastic can be used, which are riveted to the flexible webs.
