Für ein solches flexibles Fachsystem werden flexible Bahnen in einem Rahmen befestigt, beispielsweise zwischen Rahmenelementen gespannt, wobei übereinanderangeordnete Bahnen mit vertikalen Zwischenstücken, die ebenfalls aus flexiblem Material bestehen, vernäht werden, so daß sich Fächer ergeben. Für große Transportbehälter werden große, zusammenhängende flexible Fachsysteme benötigt. Die Herstellung solcher großen flexiblen Fachsysteme erfordert den Einsatz entsprechend bemessener Maschinen, wie z.B. Nähmaschinen oder Schweißvorrichtungen. Jedes Grundelement ist aus horizontal gespannten flexiblen Bahnen aufgebaut, die mit Hilfe von vertikalen Zwischenstücken 2, die ebenfalls aus flexiblem Bahnenmaterial bestehen, miteinander verbunden sind, so daß vier Fächer 3 gebildet werden. An den Seiten rechts und links der Fächer 3 sind die flexiblen Bahnen 1, 16, 17 zu Schlaufen 18 vernäht, durch die Spannstangen 6 zur Befestigung am Rahmen geführt sind. Die übereinander liegenden Grundelemente 4 sind in der gezeigten Ausführungsform mit Abstandshaltern 14 ausgestattet. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform bestehen die Abstandshalter 14 ebenfalls aus flexiblem Bahnenmaterial, das so gefalzt ist, daß Winkel entstehen, die miteinander vernäht werden. Die Abstandshalter sind so bemessen, daß sie einen Abstand überbrücken, der es ermöglicht beide Bahnen 16, 17 mit Schlaufen an Befestigungsstangen zu befestigen. Die Abstandshalter 14 des oberen bzw. unteren Grundelements sind miteinander vernäht.
