Claims (21)

  1. A cutter head disk (1) for a meat cutter, which cutter head disk (1) is adapted to accommodate at least one blade (8) and has a preferably metallic core (2) for the accommodation of the drive shaft, characterized in that said core (2) is frictionally and/or form-fittingly joined at its periphery to a plastics skirt (3).
  2. The cutter head disk as defined in claim 1, characterized in that said core (2) has at least one recess (18), in each of which at least one eccentric retaining bolt (4) for the blade (8) can be mounted.
  3. The cutter head disk (1) as defined in claim 1, characterized in that it has at least one recess (18), in each of which at least one eccentric retaining bolt (4) for the blade (8) can be mounted, said blade (8) being adapted for positioning by means of the eccentric retaining bolt (4) in at least two different positions on said cutter head disk (1).

  5. The cutter head disk as defined in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has at least one sealed edge (13).
  6. The cutter head disk as defined in claim 5, characterized in that said sealed edge (13) is in the form of a raised annulus or raised region.
  7. The cutter head disk as defined in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has recesses (5, 11).
  8. The cutter head disk as defined in claim 7, characterized in that weights (6, 12) can be inserted into said recesses (5, 11).
  9. The cutter head disk as defined in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has shoulders (19) of which the height is substantially equal to or slightly less than the thickness of the base (21) of said blade (8) and whose clearance is substantially equal to the width of the base of said blade.
  10. A system comprising a cutter head disk as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9 and two blades (8), of which each has two recesses (20), preferably bores, characterized in that said eccentric retaining bolts (4) are inserted in said bores (20).
  11. The system comprising a cutter head disk as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9 and one blade (8) and a filler disk (9, 10), each of which has two recesses (20), preferably bores, characterized in that said eccentric retaining bolts (4) are inserted in said bores (20).
  12. The system as defined in claim 11, characterized in that said filler disk has recesses (22).
  13. The system as defined in any one of claims 10 to 12, characterized in that said blades (8) and/or filler disks (9, 10) can be removably attached to said cutter head disk (1) with the aid of said magnets (7).
  14. A cutter head exhibiting at least one system as defined in any one of claims 10 to 13, characterized in that it is disposed on a shaft.
  15. The cutter head as defined in claim 14, characterized in that compensation of dynamic imbalance is effected in the plane of the blade.
  16. The cutter head as defined in claim 14 or claim 15, characterized in that it need not be balanced.
  17. The cutter head as defined in any one of claims 14 to 16, characterized in that all blades have the same length.
  18. The cutter head as defined in any one of claims 14 to 17, characterized in that its outer surface is closed and smooth except for the projecting blades.
  19. A method of setting-up a cutter head as defined in any one of claims 14 to 18, characterized in that said cutter head disk (1) is fixed to the shaft and then the knives (8) and/or a knife (8) and a filler disk (9) are mounted on said cutter head disk (1).
  20. A method as defined in claim 19, characterized in that said cutter head is forced onto the shaft.
  21. A method for setting-up a cutter head as defined in any one of claims 14 to18, characterized in that said cutter head disks (1) and said knives (8) or filler disks (9. 10) are preassembled on a sleeve, which is then mounted on the cutter head shaft.
