Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Begrenzung eines Flügels (5) einer Tür oder eines Fensters, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse (8) und gegen die Kraft eines elastischen Material aufweisenden Dämpfungselements (1) in einer Führung (2) des Gehäuses (8) bewegbaren Kolbens (3), auf den der abzubremsende Flügel (5) einwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement (1) aus losen in der Führung (2) angeordneten Einzelelementen gebildet ist, wobei die Einzelelemente als Dämpfungsglieder (6) hintereinander geschaltet sind und von denen zumindest eines aus einem elastischen Material besteht und in seiner Abmessung an die Führung (2) so angepasst ist, dass es im unverformten Zustand punktuell oder linienförmig annähernd bis an die Führungswände (4) der Führung (2) heranreicht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (2) in seiner Längserstreckung Raum für ein Vielfaches der Elemente aufweist und das der Kolben (3) als stoßhartes Element in seiner wirksamen Länge an die Anzahl der Dämpfungsglieder (6) angepasst ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungsglieder (6) vorzugsweise aus gummielastischen Material aus Butylkautschuk hergestellt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämpfungsglieder (6) als Kugel oder als Kugelform bildendes Polygon ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (8) Befestigungslöcher (11) aufweist, wobei das Gehäuse (8) eine in der Verschieberichtung des Flügels (5) zur Laufschiene (10) angepasste Ausnehmung (9) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (8) mindestens eine Führung (2) aber vorzugsweise zwei Führungen (2) aufweist, die mit ihrem Durchmesser dem Durchmesser des Kolben (3) eines ersten Durchmesserabschnittes angepasst sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Gehäuse (8) auf der zur Dämpfung wirkenden Seite eine Abdeckplatte (12) vorgesetzt ist, die der äußeren Kontur des Gehäuses (8) entspricht und mit Befestigungsmitteln (13) durch dafür vorgesehene Ausnehmungen (14) an der Abdeckplatte (12) und aufweisende Gewindebohrungen (15) am Gehäuse (8), diese miteinander verbindet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckplatte (12) vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckplatte (12) mit Ausnehmungen (16) versehen ist, deren Achsen in kraftschlüssiger Verbindung mit den Achsen der Führung (2) des Gehäuses (8) fluchten, wobei die Ausnehmung (16) maßlich kleiner ausgebildet sind als die Führungen (2) und dem zweiten Durchmesserabschnitt des Kolbens (3) angepasst sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (3) in Schieberichtung des Flügels (5) bewegbar ist, wobei die Abdeckplatte (12) den Kolben (3) und die Dämpfungsglieder (6) gegen herausfallen sichert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (3) vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der voran gehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (3) und die Dämpfungsglieder (6) auswechselbar ist.
