Claims (19)
- Breitnipkalander (1) mit einer Schuhwalze (2), die einen umlaufenden Mantel (5) und einen Anpreßschuh (9) aufweist, und einer Gegenwalze (3), die mit der Schuhwalze (2) zusammen einen Breitnip (4) bildet, wobei der Anpreßschuh (9) in Richtung auf die Gegenwalze (3) verlagerbar ist und den Mantel (5) in einem Arbeitsbereich aus einer Kreisform heraus radial nach außen verformt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mantelverdünnungskompensation vorgesehen ist.
- Breitnipkalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation einen Mantel (5) aufweist, der im Bereich der seitlichen Enden des Arbeitsbereichs eine größere Dicke als in einem mittleren Bereich des Arbeitsbereichs aufweist.
- Breitnipkalander nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation eine der Flächen, die den Breitnip (4) begrenzt, in eine Richtung verformt, in der die mittlere Flächenpressung gleichmäßiger wird.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation eine in Richtung auf die axiale Mitte des Arbeitsbereichs abnehmende Wirkung aufweist.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (5) eine Verstärkungseinlage (14) aufweist.
- Breitnipkalander nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungseinlage (14) in der von der Gegenwalze (3) abgewandten Hälfte der Dicke des Mantels (5) angeordnet ist.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation an der Innenseite des Mantels (5) wirkt.
- Breitnipkalander nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation auf den Anpreßschuh (9) wirkt.
- Breitnipkalander nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation den Anpreßschuh (9) beheizt.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation im mittleren Bereich eine verminderte Anpreßkraft in Richtung auf die Gegenwalze (3) erzeugt.
- Breitnipkalander nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation an den seitlichen Enden des Arbeitsbereichs eine erhöhte Anpreßkraft erzeugt.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation ein vergrößertes Ölpolster zwischen dem Anpreßschuh (9) und dem Mantel (5) erzeugt.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anpreßschuh (9) im Bereich der seitlichen Enden des Arbeitsbereichs weiter in Richtung auf die Gegenwalze (3) vorsteht.
- Breitnipkalander nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anpreßschuh (9) im Bereich seiner seitlichen Enden dicker als in einem mittleren Bereich ist.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation auf die Gegenwalze (3) wirkt.
- Breitnipkalander nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation die Gegenwalze (3) beheizt, wobei die Beheizung im Bereich der seitlichen Enden des Arbeitsbereichs stärker als in einem mittleren Bereich des Arbeitsbereichs ist.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation eine Dehnungszone des Mantels außerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs anordnet.
- Breitnipkalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelverdünnungskompensation eine dem Breitnip (4) nachgeschaltete Dickenmeßeinrichtung aufweist, die die Dicke einer den Breitnip durchlaufenden Materialbahn mißt, wobei die Mantelverdünnungskompensation in Abhängigkeit der ermittelten Dicke ihre Wirkung verändert.
- Verfahren zum Satinieren einer Materialbahn in einem Breitnipkalander mit einer Schuhwalze, die einen umlaufenden Mantel und einen Anpreßschuh aufweist, und einer Gegenwalze, die mit der Schuhwalze zusammen einen Breitnip bildet, wobei man den Anpreßschuh in Richtung auf die Gegenwalze verlagert und den Mantel in einem Arbeitsbereich aus einer Kreisform heraus radial nach außen verformt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Mantelverdünnung kompensiert.
