Hierbei ist es immer sinnvoll, den Faltriemen 8 möglichst weit entfernt von der Faltlinie oder Rilllinie angreifen zu lassen, um Fehler beim winkelgetreuen Falten, dieser Effekt wird auch als Fish-tailing bezeichnet, so gering wie möglich zu halten und einen optimalen Angriffspunkt zu erhalten. In allen bisher bekannten Faltschachtelklebemaschinen liegt der Angriffspunkt immer in unmittelbarer Nähe direkt an der umzulegenden Rillenlinie. Durch den erfindungsgemäßen Gedanken ist nun die Möglichkeit geschaffen, dass der Faltriemen 8 im vorderen auflaufenden Bereich 12 seitlich verstellbar ist. In der nachfolgenden Faltweiche 16, in der die Verdrehung des Faltriemens 8 von 0° bis 90° geschieht, ist die Faltweiche 16 im vorderen Bereich seitlich und im hinteren Bereich höhenverstellbar befestigt.The possibility of adjusting the

Claims (4)
- A folding station in a folder gluer for processing a blank transported along a conveying path (12, 13, 15) at a predeterminable speed, the blank being a flat projection of a folding box and having a central part and lateral parts arranged on the sides of the central part to be folded inward towards the longitudinal centre of the blank over a fold line along folding grooves between the central part and the lateral part and finally placed together to form the folding box, the folding station including a folding belt (8) for swivelling and placing together the lateral parts and guided by a folding switch (16), an adjustment roller (10) and one or more deflection (9, 10, 13') and pressure rollers (14), the position of the folding belt (8) in the direction of transport (2) of the blank being adjustable in the vertical and horizontal directions to adjust the distance between the folding belt (8) and the folding line of the blank,
characterized by
the facts that the adjustment roller (10) is arranged below a plane of transport, that the folding belt (8) rolls off the adjustment roller (10) to be guided into the plane of transport via a deflection roller (11), the longitudinal axis of the actuating roller (10) being arranged to be offset by 90° relative to the longitudinal axis of the deflection roller (11), and that the adjustment roller (10) is adjustable in a direction transversal to its longitudinal axis. - Folding station according to Claim 1,
characterized by
the fact that the folding of the lateral parts of the blanks by the folding belt (8) is achieved up to approximately 90° by means of the folding switch (16) in a first region (12) and the placing together up to 180° by means of the pressure rollers (14) in a third region (15), and that in a second region (13) between the first region (12) and the third region (15) the folding belt (8) is guided by a number of at least three deflection rollers (13'). - Folding station according to Claim 2,

the fact that each of the three regions (12, 13, 15) guiding the folding belt (8) is separately adjustable in the vertical and horizontal directions. - Folding station according to one of Claims 2 to 3,

the fact that the three regions (12, 13, 15) guiding the folding belt are jointly held on a linear guide (17) in adjustment devices (18).
