  • the primary brush 30 when the primary brush 30 is backwardly rotated, that is, the primary brush 30 is rotated clockwise, the bristles 31 of the primary brush 30 brush dust on the floor towards the front side of the suction port 20. Also, the bristles 71 of the auxiliary brush 70 brush the floor, and move dust brushed by the primary brush 30 thus to be moved to the front side of the suction port 20 toward the rear side of the suction port 20.

  • a part of dust that has not moved to the rear side of the suction port 20 by the auxiliary brush 70 is introduced into the inlet 61 of the second suction duct 60, flows along the second suction duct 60, and is introduced into the first suction duct 50 through the outlet 62 of the second suction duct 60.
  • the dust introduced into the first suction duct 50 and the second suction duct 60 is introduced into the connection pipe 115, and then is introduced into the dust chamber 4 of the body 1 through the connection hose 7.
  • the dust filtered by the filter 3 inside the dust chamber 4 remains in the dust chamber 4, and clean air filtered by the filter 3 is exhausted to outside of the body 1.
  • the suction head 100 of the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention is constructed so that the primary brush 30 can be reciprocatingly rotated within a range of a predetermined angle. According to this, an entire area occupied by the suction head 100 can be evenly brushed thereby to enhance a cleaning function.
  • auxiliary brush 70 connected to the fan motor 2 thus to be rotated is installed between the primary brush 30 and the second suction duct 60, so that dust brushed by the primary brush 30 can be smoothly sucked.
  • a driving force of the fan motor 2 is used in order to rotate the auxiliary brush 70 without an additional driving force generating means, a construction by an installation of the auxiliary brush 70 is simplified.
  • first suction duct 50 and the second suction duct 60 for introducing dust are provided at both sides of the primary brush 30 and the auxiliary brush 70, respectively, brushed dust can be smoothly sucked into the body 1 by the primary brush 30 and the auxiliary brush 70.

Claims (9)

  1. Tête aspirante (100) pour un aspirateur, comprenant :
    un logement (110) avec un orifice d'aspiration (20), par lequel la poussière sur un sol est aspirée pendant l'utilisation par un fonctionnement d'un moteur de ventilateur (2) ;
    une brosse principale (30) installée de manière rotative dans l'orifice d'aspiration et dotée d'une pluralité de soies (31) disposées dans une direction longitudinale ; et
    une brosse supplémentaire (70) dotée d'une pluralité de soies disposées dans une direction longitudinale,
    caractérisée par
    un dispositif d'entraînement de brosse principale (40) pour la rotation alternative de la brosse principale dans une plage d'un angle prédéterminé,
    la brosse supplémentaire (70) installée de manière rotative sur un côté de la brosse principale (30) pour compléter un fonctionnement de la brosse principale en rotation.
  2. Tête aspirante selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une unité de transmission de force de rotation (80) pour la transmission d'une force de rotation du moteur de ventilateur (2) à la brosse supplémentaire (70).
  3. Tête aspirante selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle l'unité de transmission de force de rotation (80) est composée des éléments suivants :
    une poulie motrice (82) reliée à un arbre de moteur (81) étendu depuis le moteur de ventilateur (2) ;
    une poulie menée (84) montée sur un côté de la brosse supplémentaire (70) ; et
    une courroie (83) destinée à relier la poulie motrice à la poulie menée.
  4. Tête aspirante selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    un premier conduit d'aspiration (50) doté d'une entrée (51) positionnée de manière à correspondre à une direction du mouvement de la poussière lorsque la brosse principale (30) tourne dans une direction vers l' avant ; et
    un second conduit d'aspiration (60) doté d'une entrée (61) positionnée de manière à correspondre à une direction du mouvement de la poussière lorsque la brosse principale tourne dans une direction vers l'arrière.
  5. Tête aspirante selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle l'entrée (51) du premier conduit d'aspiration (50) est disposée sur un côté arrière de l'orifice d'aspiration (20) et l'entrée (61) du second conduit d'aspiration (60) est disposée sur un côté frontal de l'orifice d'aspiration et étendu le long d'une circonférence supérieure de l'orifice d'aspiration.
  6. Tête aspirante selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle la brosse supplémentaire (70) est installée entre la brosse principale (30) et l'entrée (61) du second conduit d'aspiration (60) et est tournée pour balayer la poussière sur un plancher vers la brosse principale.
  7. Tête aspirante selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle une sortie (62) du second conduit d'aspiration (60) est reliée au premier conduit d'aspiration (50).
  8. Tête aspirante selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le dispositif d'entraînement de brosse principale (40) est composé des éléments suivants :
    un moteur d'entraînement (41) destiné à fournir une force d'entraînement ; et
    une unité de transmission de force d'entraînement (42) destinée à transmettre une force d'entraînement du moteur d'entraînement à la brosse principale (30) de sorte que la brosse principale puisse être tournée alternativement dans une plage d'un angle prédéterminé.
  9. Tête aspirante selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle l'unité de transmission de force d'entraînement (42) est composée des éléments suivants :
    un élément rotatif (44) fixé à un arbre (43) du moteur d'entraînement (41) et tourné de manière concentrique avec l'arbre du moteur ;
    un support articulé (45) installé sur un côté d'une surface circonférentielle extérieure de la brosse principale (30) ; et
    une bielle (46), dont une extrémité est reliée de manière articulée à l'élément rotatif dans une position excentrée par rapport à un centre de rotation de l'élément rotatif et dont l'autre extrémité est reliée de manière articulée au support articulé.
