Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a blister pack according to the preamble of claim 1, which consists of a base film having at least one product receiving yard, which is closed with a push-through such that the push-through except for an unsealed area, which is bounded by a sealing edge , is firmly connected to the base film, wherein on the push-through on the side facing away from the base film Abziehfolie is applied, which is applied with a lower adhesive force on the push-through than the push-through foil is connected to the base film, and the push-through a running along a line Has perforation.
Such a blister pack is known for example from the document FR-A-2263945 or a leaflet "Blister Lidding" Lawson Mardon Singen GmbH. In the known blister pack, several areas of a base film, each having a trained by deep drawing yard, separated by grid-shaped perforation lines. The courtyards, which usually serve to receive medicaments, are closed by means of an aluminum foil sealed onto the base foil. On the aluminum foil, a peelable film is applied to the side facing away from the base film.
At the crossing points of the perforation lines, circular regions are formed, in which the aluminum foil is not connected to the base film. In these so-called seal-free areas, the aluminum foil thus does not adhere to the base foil so that it and the peelable foil attached to it can be grasped with the fingers.
The peelable film is applied to the aluminum foil with a lower adhesive force than the adhesive force with which the aluminum foil is applied to the base foil. As a result, the peelable film can be removed from the aluminum foil without the aluminum foil separating from the base foil.
Since the aluminum foil and the peelable film are sized so that the products located in the courts can only be pushed through the aluminum foil when the peelable film is removed, the removal of the products from the blister pack is difficult. Such trained blister packs are therefore called child-resistant blister packs.
Although, due to the lower adhesive force with which the peelable film is applied to the aluminum foil, the peelable foil also separates from the aluminum foil, it often happens that parts of the aluminum foil stick to the peelable foil starting from the seal-free area. As a rule, the parts which adhere to the peelable film have the shape of a wedge. Thus, this wedge does not extend to the courts, whereby the closure of the courtyards would be damaged and the product would be at least partially exposed, the distance between the courts and the seal-free areas must be made correspondingly large. However, this is disadvantageous, as a result, the packaging is undesirably large.
In order to counter this, one has begun to perforate the aluminum foil along a line between the seal-free zones and the courtyards. This is intended to ensure that the demolition wedge extends only to the perforation line and is interrupted there. Although this reduces the distance between the seal-free zones and the yards, which makes the package smaller, it has been shown that the tear on the perforation line is not always reliable. Often, starting from the perforation line new demolition wedges, which damage the closure of the courtyards.
It is an object of the invention to form a blister pack mentioned above in such a way that its size is low and is avoided with high reliability that when removing the peel-off the closure of the courtyards is damaged.
The solution of this problem arises from the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
According to the invention, a blister pack consisting of a base film having at least one product receiving yard closed with a push-through film such that the push-through film is fixed to the base film except for an unsealed area bounded by a sealing edge is connected, wherein on the push-through on the side facing away from the base film, a release film is applied, which is applied with a lower adhesive force on the push-through than the push-through is connected to the base film, and the push-through has a perforation along a line perforation, characterized in that the perforation line coincides with the sealing edge.
It has been shown that the fact that the perforation coincides with the sealing edge, almost exclusively no more demolition wedges arise. As a result, it is advantageously achieved that the distance between the seal-free zone, which has an arbitrary shape and can be, for example, round, triangular or rectangular, and the respective yard no longer needs to be very large. This in turn has the consequence that the blister pack according to the invention can be made very small.
However, it is particularly advantageous that the fact that no or only very small demolition wedges arise more, the risk that the closure of a yard is damaged, no longer exists.
An embodiment of the invention has proven to be very advantageous in which the perforation has been produced when the push-through film is joined to the base film. This further increases the reliability that the push-through foil breaks off at the perforation line. This may be due to the fact that the perforation occurs at a time when the connection of the push-through film to the base film has not yet been completed.
Further details, features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of a particular embodiment with reference to the drawings.
