Abstract

The childproof pack (10) has an opening aid (6) as a weakened section (9) of the carrier film (2) along a connecting line (x-x) of the pack. The weakened section is formed by notches, perforations or by making the material brittle so that it can be opened by bending. On breaking the opening aid (6), a tab is released at the covering film (3) to peel it from the carrier film (2). The stiffness of the two films (2,3), is set in relation to the weakened section (9) so that the pack can be opened by adults.

Description

The invention relates to a childproof package for comparatively large and pressure sensitive Pro products such as transdermal therapeutic systems (TTS) etc.

Are known to fulfill the important property "Childproof", for example in the case of pouch packaging highly tear-resistant packaging material webs for the production of a sol Chen packaging required. They also need to Packaging material webs the permeability of the packaging material for the active ingredient used and its volatilization products or steam and air humidity have barrier properties. Furthermore must to maintain the required barrier function firm, undamaged and tightly sealed Weld seam a media-tight seal edge of the pack form. Also, to achieve a desired one Peeling properties on sealed sealing seams especially for this coordinated sealing media or combinations of sealing seals serve like B. TE peel, peel paints, etc. to use. Childproof packaging is already for solid medication medium in trade. This is for without tools opening, sealed from childproof materials Packaging such as blister strips, blister cards and -bands, their packaged goods from pressure-insensitive products such as tablets, pills, capsules, etc., which is used for Removal with the intended force by a mostly Aluminum foil existing cover from the pack be pressed and removed. The one to be applied for this Strength is measured in such a way that children's hands do not open them can.

A number of states are currently binding publications on the introduction of childproof packaging for considering a number of medical products or already adopted. This applies particularly to Arz drugs caused by the toxic effects of their preparation improper use or ingestion pose a high risk especially for children. Other is on the one hand with medicinal products because of their structure and their special type of application flexible and pressure are sensitive, pushing through a packaging, as described above, not possible. But it is from egg a large number of patients as disadvantageous and troublesome seeks when taking a therapeutic pro products from child-resistant packaging close to the aid me of a tool such. B. a pair of scissors or a knife sers, requires.

The invention has for its object a both oh ne tool to open as well as particularly childproof Pack for comparatively large and pressure-sensitive sensitive products such as transdermal therapeutic systems me (TTS) etc., when opening them, none at all Pressure is exerted.

The task is carried out in a child-resistant package in the Preamble of claim 1 type with the inven by the features specified in the labeling section reached.

The advantages that can be achieved with the invention are special in that now one without aids child-resistant package that is easy to open is provided, no pressure was exerted on the product when it was opened is practiced, and which ver in this form for packaging  equally large and pressure-sensitive thera therapeutic products, such as transdermal therapeutic sy steme, ideally suited, but with great advantage the Stei ability of the foils sealed together in the area the weakening is dimensioned such that the for bending the Children do not need finger strength to break open applicable, but appropriate for adults.

One embodiment provides that after breaking the door the broken piece of film is a handling aid for Peels the cover film from the edge of the carrier film, the exposing and removing the product is essential facilitated.

Advantageous configurations of the childproof pack are provided according to the subclaims.

Es zeigen:Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the following explanation of an in the drawings schematically illustrated play. Show it:

Fig. 5 eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Packung mit an der Trägerfolie haftklebendem Produkt und daran angeordneter Anfaßhilfe, im Schnitt;
FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of the pack with the product with pressure-sensitive adhesive on the carrier film and a gripping aid arranged thereon, in section;
The child-resistant pack 10 shown in FIG. 1 for comparatively large-area and pressure-sensitive therapeutic products 1 , such as transdermal therapeutic systems (TTS) etc., is according to the invention as a blister peel pack with a comparatively dimensionally stable, transparent or translucent carrier film 2 and a peelable, comparatively highly flexible and extremely tear-resistant cover sheet 3 with the formation of at least one receiving space 4 for the product 1 . It can be sealed on the adhesive surfaces of a peripheral edge 5 with gel medium and has in the area of the edge 5 a break-open aid 6 in the form of a weakening of the film 2 along a line xx of the package 10 , for example by notching, perforation or embrittlement etc. This can be broken open by bending the weakened film 2 and thereby exposes a breaking edge 20 on which the cover film 3 can be grasped and removed via the carrier film 2 ( FIG. 3).

In this embodiment, the required child safety of the pack 10 is achieved according to the invention in that the rigidity of the films 2 , 3 which are applied to one another at the edge ( 5 ) in relation to the weakening 9 in the area of the break-open aid 6 along the connecting line xx is such that the finger force required to turn the break-open aid 6 cannot be applied by children, but is appropriate for adults.

To illustrate the arrangement and design of the individual elements of the childproof package 10 , the se is shown in Fig. 2 in plan view. This shows the position of the product 1 , for example a circular TTS, in the center of the package 10 within a receiving space 4 formed by the cover film 3 , as well as the edge areas 5 sealed with sealing medium, in its area outside the thin dash-dotted line, the areas sealed with sealing medium of carrier and cover foil 2 , 3 are present.

Fig. 3 shows a package 10 according to the invention after breaking up the break-open aid 6 in the carrier film 2 , wherein on the cover film 3 there is a bendable gripping aid 14 with the breaking edge 20 with which it can be peeled free to expose the product 1 . This results in an uncomplicated possibility of opening the package 10 without the product 1 contained therein being subjected to a pressure application.

In Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of the package 10 is shown in which the carrier film 2 with at least one receiving recess 8 is formed for a therapeutic product. 1 Thus, after opening of the package detecting the product 1 is possible without difficulty at the edge of the receiving trough 8, a detection of the domestic product 1 Pro facilitating grip 11 may be additionally formed. This is particularly expedient if, as in the example shown in FIG. 4, the product 1 adheres to the carrier film 2 with an adhesive layer 19 . In order to solve this by breaking up the carrier film 2 on the Aufbrechhilfe 16 the product 1 easily with its adhesive layer 19 from the carrier sheet 2, this is provided with a weakening to sätzlichen 16 ', which results in a breaking edge 21 when turning. The weakening 16 in the carrier foil 2 can preferably be formed as a predetermined breaking point and preferably be formed close to the recessed grip 11 .

In Fig. 5 another embodiment of the package 10 is shown, in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive product 1 is placed on a flat, comparatively stiff carrier film 2 and covered with a particularly flexible cover film 3 and is approximately positively enveloped and sealed at the edge. The expedient measure ge dripped may be that from the edge of the adhered patch 1 is a stiffened tab-shaped gripping aid 17 is projecting the light ren peeling of the pressure-sensitive adhesive patch 1 is arranged.
